On Sept 13, 2016 I stayed with Rita for the third time. She is warm and friendly. The house is like a museum. Our room on the ground floor was large and very comfortable. The breakfast was orange juice, coffee, tea, freshly made waffles with a wonderful cinnamon infused peach compost. The only protein was the Yoplait Light Yogurt. The...

My husband and I stayed her on our first night in Alaska. We were greeted by Rita, the owner, who was friendly and inviting. Our room was clean and spacious and our private bathroom had everything we needed; towels shampoo, conditioner and soap. In the morning, Rita made us waffles and there was also juices, meat, and cereal available. We...

My wife and I stayed here for the first 3 nights of our honeymoon. We stayed in the Butterfly Suite and it was great. Comfortable queen bed, private bathroom across the hall and an awesome host! Rita is a wealth of knowledge about the things to do around the area and beyond. We had planned on staying 2 days in...

Rita allowed us to drop our luggage off early and when we got there our room was ready. We stayed in the Fireweed Room and had our own private bathroom in the hall. Breakfast was delicious with nice company to visit with. Rita has absolutely beautiful gardens and at least 10 green fingers (something I do not possess at all)....

My stay was 4 nights and Rita made me feel right at home. It was very comfortable, warm and inviting. Rita has great suggestions for site seeing activities and her Alaskan stories are hilarious. I will definitely highly recommend this place to others.

Rita is a jewel! The suite is saweet!!! 😍We've had such a great time and will most definitely be back!!! Alaska is a slice of heaven!!! The weather was perfect, the B and B is close to everything, but is quite peaceful and private. Breakfast was always a delicious portion amongst other folks, some regulars and others first timers. Rita,...

Our family traveled to Alaska this month and spent our first few days in Anchorage staying at Alaska Frontier Gardens. This is our second stay at your beautiful B&B and it really feels like our home in Anchorage. Comfortable rooms, awesome breakfast and Rita always so welcoming. Not to mention the moose in the yard the day we left. We'll...

Wonderful house with great room. Everything was very beautiful, clean and romantic. Breakfast was tasty, but a little lacking in variety. The only downside is that it's a little bit far from downtown anchorage, though certainly not prohibitively far.
