well maintained house. The room we stayed in is a bit small, but enough for an overnight sleep. Bathroom is clean. At the time of our visit, they didn't host a lot of visitors like some other places we stayed, so it is still more of a home-like feeling. Breakfast is simple.

We enjoyed two very comfortable nights at Julian & Joyce's place. Other people comment on the room size, but we had no complaints, given the very generous family area also made available to guests. The location is great (close to town) and in a very attractive, quiet, neighbourhood. Breakfast is ample, and Julian and Joyce will provide all the knowledge... More

My husband and I rented room three for a whole week. We where returning to Anchorage to visit family and friends. The hosts were very kind people and made sure we had everything we needed. It was wonderful to have a home base to relax each evening. The room was a little small, but room enough with a private bath.... More

Julian and Joyce were absolutely lovely hosts! I spent a couple of nights at the B&B during the summer, and it was exactly what I was looking for. The location is perfect! You can easily access the green way and make your way downtown on the path. Hassle free and extremely welcoming!

I'm an active traveler and don't need anything too fancy in terms of accommodations. Alaska Cottonwood B&B was perfect for my visit to Anchorage with my boyfriend. We stayed 5 nights total (2 nights in the king room and 3 in the queen room). The rooms are small but comfortably furnished with all the basic necessities. Julian & Joyce are... More

Although the bedroom was small, the shared living area was beautiful and the host and hostess were delightful people. The continental breakfast was adequate and the quiet neighborhood provided a good night's sleep. The B&B is located near some beautiful hiking trails and I enjoyed walking along Chester Creek.
