We stayed at the Parkside Guest House to attend a recent memorial service and family reunion. We could not have been more comfortable thanks to the gracious interior of the house and to Carly's warmth and wonderful management of it. I will remember her cream blueberry scones for a long time to come.

We stayed here both before and after our stay at Camp Denali. The house is beautifully decorated with Stickley Mission furniture. We stayed in the very large & comfortable bedroom upstairs. Carley was a great help in turns of places to see and eat. Her breakfasts were delicious - there was always a freshly baked option along with fresh yogurt,...

We just returned from our stay here. We stayed two nights before leaving to Camp Denali and then one night on our return back. This is a lovely B&B and Carly was such a nice hostess. The inn Is spotless with beautiful decor and Carly's breakfasts were delicious as well. She was also so helpful in recommending restaurants and ideas...

We stayed here on our return from Denali. What a great accommodation. We should have stayed longer. The house is superb. The hostess is really friendly and professional. The rooms and bathrooms are great and the breakfast was sensational. Loved it

My friend and I stayed one night at Parkside Guest House before going to Camp Denali. Since both are owned by the same family, we were able to obtain helpful information about Camp Denali from Parkside's manager before we arrived at the camp. Parkside itself was pristine, with delightful authentic craftsman furnishing throughout. Our very large room had a lovely...

We only stayed here for one night. The house was a beautifully restored and decorated craftsman. Our room and bathroom were large. Carly the hostess was great. We enjoyed talking with her over an awesome breakfast . Breakfast consisted of many choices including yummy homemade granola, fresh fruit, homemade yogurt and the best homemade blueberry scones. Carly had also made...

This review isn't as positive as most of the others. The house is indeed rather pompous Craftsman decor and our room and sitting area was very large. But, the bed springs squeak. We were greeted at the door with a smile, but it seemed like we were herded about by a sheltie during our 1 night stay, dare we stray...

Have stayed in many B&Bs and this was one of the best. The house is beautifully restored (worth going just for that), the room comfortable, Carly was friendly and helpful, and the location on the park and close to everything was fantastic. We got to walk around Anchorage through the waterside park to Sacks (good) for dinner and around the...

We stayed at Parkside three different nights during our recent trip. The beds were very comfortable, the breakfasts were excellent and Carley was very helpful. Her homemade yogurt, granola and other baked goods were a great start to each segment of our trip.

Great in every way. CSNY83 took the words right out of our mouths. We had an early morning flight and Carly got up and made sure that the taxi was there for us at 4:15 am! She helped us make sandwichs fo the flight.
