My brother and I recently stayed in Pensione Nichols and thoroughly enjoyed it! Exactly as advertised with a little extra added charm. It's a very old, well kept building. The continental breakfast was very good with great coffee! The dining room/living room is gorgeous! With a big grand piano and a view that can't be beat! The location is also...

A true gem of a B&B in the heart of Pike Place Market. Comfortable, quiet, and charming with an accommodating proprietor ready to meet your every need. The view of Elliott Bay from the communal "living room" is spectacular! I can heartily recommend staying here!

A former Seattle resident, I'd often walked past Pensione Nichols and wished I had a reason to stay there. Moved to Portland, and found the opportunity this weekend, when I brought my sister up for her birthday. We shared a room with two very comfortable beds made up with down comforters and a variety of pillows. While it had no...

In town for sister's 70th birthday and scored with this charming B&B. We watched the harbor action from our front 'porch' and comfy living room. Nice little kitchen, comfy beds and all very clean. Dropped down to the Market, caught a movie and strolled over to the SAM. Proprietor was there for us. Loved it.

I stayed for a night and was really impressed: great location, huge beautifully-decorated room, airy shared areas full of antiques and cool things to look at. I had to leave before breakfast so didn't get to try that alas. Be aware you have to go up a flight of stairs and there isn't a lift, also that not all the...

My husband, adult daughter and I stayed at the Pensione Nichols B&B for three days between Christmas and New Years and had a very good time. Our room was spotlessly clean - as were the shared bathrooms. We were welcomed warmly by both Lindsey and Michael who took good care of us throughout our stay. The B&B is centrally located...

My husband and I stayed in Seattle as part of a birthday trip. We were going to the Gorge Amphitheater a couple of hours away but spent a couple of days in Seattle. This is a fabulous bed and breakfast, very eclectic. We had one of the private rooms with its own bathroom - I believe some of the rooms...

I LOVE this place as the location is so amazing and the B&B is lovely. The room we had was really lovely and the bathrooms, although shared, are adequate in number and very comfortable. The breakfast, on the other hand, was OUTSTANDING. People who are sensitive to noise may not love this place as it is in a noisy part...

We truly enjoyed our time at Pensione Nichols. The location is truly amazing, just a block from Pike Place and 7 blocks from the Light Rail Westlake Station, which we took for $3 direct from the airport. It feels like a European pension. Shared bathrooms, but just right next door. Beds were a little too soft though. Some good yogurt...
