My husband, adult daughter and I stayed at the Pensione Nichols B&B for three days between Christmas and New Years and had a very good time. Our room was spotlessly clean - as were the shared bathrooms. We were welcomed warmly by both Lindsey and Michael who took good care of us throughout our stay. The B&B is centrally located...

Searched for a reasonably priced birthday trip hotel & found this gem Extremely convenient location to Pike's Place Market & quick easy walk to public transportation - monorail or street trolley Charming older establishment with multi sleeping options - private/shared bathroom s Very tasty, generous breakfast featuring fresh fruit & assortment of breads (gluten free option)served with peanut butter &...

My husband and I stayed in Seattle as part of a birthday trip. We were going to the Gorge Amphitheater a couple of hours away but spent a couple of days in Seattle. This is a fabulous bed and breakfast, very eclectic. We had one of the private rooms with its own bathroom - I believe some of the rooms...

I LOVE this place as the location is so amazing and the B&B is lovely. The room we had was really lovely and the bathrooms, although shared, are adequate in number and very comfortable. The breakfast, on the other hand, was OUTSTANDING. People who are sensitive to noise may not love this place as it is in a noisy part...

We truly enjoyed our time at Pensione Nichols. The location is truly amazing, just a block from Pike Place and 7 blocks from the Light Rail Westlake Station, which we took for $3 direct from the airport. It feels like a European pension. Shared bathrooms, but just right next door. Beds were a little too soft though. Some good yogurt...

The Pensione Nichols is exactly what I was looking for during my stay in downtown Seattle. If you're looking for the traditional 5 star hotel treatment, this might not be the place for you. If you're looking to endorse a small business owner/entrepreneur while getting a European style experience, this place is Seattle's best kept secret. The rooms are similar...

When one looks at the location of this B&B it is definitely 5 stars if there were not some shortcomings and here they are. To reach the B&B one has to climb two flights of stairs and that with your luggage as there is no elevator, than the room we occupied had no windows at all and there was no...

Breakfast was good if you like just fresh fruit and bread. Customer service was good but only till about 3:00p and there didn't seem to be anyone at the front desk after that. I had to go out and purchase ice at the quickie mart down the street because they did not have an ice machine available. Other than that...

If you arrive at Pensione Nichols expecting hotel-like amenities and service, or a Bed & Breakfast that caters to huge gourmet breakfasts, fluffy down comforters and 400 count sheets, you will be disappointed. But, if you have in mind a welcoming, somewhat funky and entirely charming "off the beaten path" European style pension you will be delighted. Plus, the location...

We booked after purchasing 2 Living Social coupons. It seemed like a great deal and we were looking forward to our little Seattle B&B getaway. We came in on the Clipper boat from Victoria quite late and arrived at the Pensione around 9pm. We were advised in advance that no staff would be around. We were emailed the entry code...
