The rooms are wonderful, service is exceptional, excellent restaurants. Whole Foods right next door for snacks. Pan Pacific is a truly remarkable hotel. I travel for business often but this is perfect for a romantic adventure as well.

Visited family there who lives next door to hotel and therefore received a discount. Hotel has updated rooms, but things like toilet is not made for handicaps. Towels in the beginning of the week was fluffy but the last 3 days of the week, towels were hard and old. Carpets were never vacuumed daily. Kids left pieces of cookies and... More

I found my stay at the pan Pacific a very pleasant experience. Having had initial concern that my allocated was not one with a city view as per my booking. James the duty manager contacted me and offered to fix the problem. I was settled in my room and happy so declined. The hotel is ideally located just short walk... More

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pan Pacific. It was a perfect balance of being at home and treated as a special guest. Archer did a great job greeting us and providing a plethora of information when we checked in. The housekeeping crew were the best we have ever had ... much thanks! The hotel is as centrally located as... More

Held a company seminar here for 20 people and had a great experience. Large conference and break out space, great food and hotel in a walkable location to the center (Pikes place mkt etc). Hotel bedrooms very nice and modern, and very quiet/soundproofed. Hotel bar and restaurant also very nice. Need an IPA on tap though...this is my only criticism!

We had a lovely stay at Pan. At first you think you are quite away from the centre but if you walk straight up Weatlake avenue (outside of he hotel) for about ten minutes then you are in the heart of the shopping district. The hotel is also only about a ten minute walk from the space needle, EMP museum,... More

It is located a bit away from downtown hotel zone, but they compensate with a complementary shuttle that you can ask to take you anywhere (not so far). The rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable. I do recommend for business and pleasure. We booked the balcony suite for 2 nights - it was huge! For two people we had the bedroom, two bathrooms (one of them huge with a bathtub looking out over Seattle), a living/dining area and of course, a balcony. Furnishings felt more business hotel than opulent luxury, but this suited us fine. We ate dinner in the hotel bar... More

Loved the service and size of the room. Perfect location. We were able to walk to a prime location to watch the fireworks on tbe 4th. Absolutely no complaints! Whole food and starbucks right next door make it really a no brainer and walking distance to many restaurants.

This is a beautiful hotel. The service is excellent! I would highly recommend staying here. Free rides to local places and pick ups as well. No need to use your car in the downtown corridor. The only negative is no pool and the hot tub is through the lobby and across the parking lot. Regardless a top notch hotel.
