It was a nice room with a small balcony that was most enjoyed but not for the cost. Lots of construction in the area. We chose not to order the hotel breakfast and walked looking for breakfast and finally found a place. We were a bit disappointed in returning to Seattle and actually only stayed one of the two nights. I would have picked something different because it just wasn't worth it.

My husband and I stayed at the Pan Pacific Hotel in Seattle after a wonderful experience in 2019 at the Pan Pacific in Vancouver. We expected the same level of service in Seattle and were sorely disappointed. I understand that Covid is still very much present including restrictions and lack of staffing makes for a different experience. However knowing this, the hotel should not accommodate too many guests if they can’t properly staff the hotel. We arrived in early afternoon and our room wasn’t ready yet. Fine we were early. We were told that it would be an hour and the front desk would call us. We never received a phone call and four hours later we came back wondering what was going on. Anything we asked for ie: housekeeping we had to ask for at least 3 times before it was done. I was told that my bill for the room would be emailed to me at the end of our stay. Never got an email. I would stay away from this property until the Covid restrictions are gone and they’ve had enough time to properly staff the hotel.

Very welcoming staff, great accommodations, great location in the heart of the city near everything, great service. Had a blast having this hotel as our home base in the city as we explored together. In an out of the garage during the day, and only 35 per overnight is pretty affordable for the area in a garage. Surrounded by good food spots only a couple blocks away and a few blocks from getting on the freeways to get around.

For the price that I paid, Pan Pacific lacked a lot of amenities that even the cheapest hotels offer: free parking, mini fridge, and a microwave could have made it worth the price. Also, due to covid, many normal offerings weren't available, yet prices did not reflect the lack of service. I also reserved a room with 2 queen beds, but the beds were definitely not queen beds. The staff was very helpful and friendly, though. I just believe I would have received way more value by staying at a Best Western or Holiday Inn.

Thank you for being our guest. We appreciate that you found our staff helpful and friendly, but regret that we apparently failed to meet your expectations. Items like mini fridges and microwaves are available to our guests on request (subject to availability); we apologize if we failed to communicate that to you effectively during your stay. We hope we'll have the chance to earn your business again in the future so we will be able to provide you the experience that so many of our guests have come to love.
