Excellent staff, very professional and helpful! The conference went very smoothly, the AV vendor Encore was perfect and the food was great. All conference attendees were extremely happy with the experience, I'd hold a conference there again in a heart beat.

Pan Pacific employees treated us amazingly! Great service! Room was amazing with a spectacular view of the Space Needle! Rob, the GM, Bjorn, FD Mgr, and all staff treated us like VIPs. Will definitely come back and stay here! Breakfast was delicious as well! Coffee was fantastic and beds comfortable. Travelled with my 16 year old to check out the University of Washington! Great location, things to walk to and places to see! Definitely 5 stars! Thank you!

Great experience. We received several texts messages before during and after stay asking if we needed anything and if liked our stay. During check in we were offered complimentary wine which was super nice. My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and were surprised with a beautiful card and wine waiting for us in our room. Nice touch. Bed is super comfy. Views to space needle and city were fantastic! We stayed in room 908 which had an interesting layout.we liked that there was bath robes available. There was a charge of $40 on my bill during check out but it was resolved and I was not charged which was nice.

It was a short get away to relax and see Seattle. Have stayed in pan Pacific hotels before. This one not as nice and think they really scaled back on service and amenities. Maybe because of Covid? Just wasn’t the same experience I’ve had at other Pan Pacific hotel locations. Staff is very nice and friendly, no complaints on the front desk, doorman, they were all very good.Room was clean. A little dated, but okay. Bed comfortable. Quiet and no complaints of noise. I’d upgrade to a nicer room next time, or for the cost, select another hotel. Parking situation not great, but if you plan ahead for extra costs guess it would be okay. $43 each day for park structure self park. $59 each day for hotel valet service. We parked on the street and walked to hotel after paying $43 the first day. No maid service unless you ask, we did, but still never got it as part of our stay. We did some extra clean towels left in our room one day and the trash cans emptied after we asked for service, but that’s it. Just was average. Nothing special. Location is good.

I 100% would stay here again! The staff is excellent and the room was so beautiful (city view) for me, my mom and brother. The main attractions are within 2 miles, ie. Pike Place Market, Lake Union, International District, Space Needle, Chihuly Gardens, and Seattle Waterfront. You can walk 15-30 minutes or request their shuttle service for drop off. I personally want to thank the staff that made our experience so lovely. The front desk managers: David, Tory, Ernest, Becky, Farrid, Ubah, and Ernest. I also want to thank the valet team for their utmost attention and time to take us to the places we wanted to see and gave us additional local tips on enjoying the city: Marc, Ronnie, Willis, and David. I have so much respect for the staff here and wish them all well! Thank you for all you do! Only good things to say about this hotel. I booked directly through their site during their summer promotion. Upon reserving a room for my family, anytime I had questions I called their number and was assured by their staff with what accommodations they could provide. Pan Pacific stands out from any hotels I’ve been to in regards to hospitality. We arrived early and the staff kindly shared that if our room was ready we could have an early check in or leave our bags at the hotel. There was good fate as the room was ready in advance for us. We were greeted with such kind and care and were offered water bottles everyday. There is also complimentary hot water, assorted tea, and coffee every morning! I have a few personal shout outs for Tory and Becky working so hard the nights they were alone and yet still graciously providing the best service to their guests! Shout out to Marc and Ronnie! Ronnie was our first driver and really made our stay feel personal! The rest of the trip we were fortunate to be driven by the valet supervisor, Marc. Marc is all around cool and knowledgeable about his city. On the day we needed to leave to the airport, Marc connected us with a taxi service for a flat rate of $45. We rode with the kindest person and made our last moments in Seattle so bittersweet! I’ll miss this hotel and especially the people who worked here. You make it great and feel like home away from home! My family and I highly recommend this hotel! I can’t wait to return in the future!

This was I believe my 8th stay at Pan Pacific Seattle, and my stay was outstanding. From the second I walked in the door I was welcomed like an old friend and the whole team led by Rob could not make my stay any more memorable than what they did. Nothing was too much for the team - Rob, you have built an amazing team, David, Ernest and all the Front Desk Team and all of the valets and restaurant crew. I can’t wait to see you all again in April, I cannot recommend Pan Pacific Seattle highly enough as there simply aren’t enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The three nights we spent at the Pan Pacific Seattle were were by far the greatest expense of my Wife and I's modest wedding trip. I try not to be a demanding patron of any business, but the staff was unmasked, overworked and did not follow through on requests even after giving assurances they would.

Response from Rob Brandenberg, Innkeeper at Pan Pacific Hotel Seattle
Responded Aug 10, 2022
Dear ColteSO, While we recognize short comings in response for service that you outlined in your earlier review, in which we are deeply sorry and take full responsibility for, we do must note that masks here in Seattle are optional. While we certainly encourage mask wearing, we are not able to mandate it in any capacity. To deem us 'unsafe' due to that is unfortunate and we are saddened you chose to do that. The same for housekeeping services unmasked, the majority of our team member chooses to wear face coverings and we always encourage that our discerning guests temporarily vacate their accommodations, so we can apply an appropriate and safe cleaning process. This has been the wide practice and it is preferred by our resident guests. We recognize you were an exception and we would have certainly pivoted if given the opportunity to do so. In closing, we appreciate your time to convey your experience.

Incredible first visit to Seattle was in large part thanks to the Pan Pacific Hotel and staff. From the desk staff to the restaurant and bar staff to the GM to the room and view of Seattle and the Space Needle, everything was spectacular and we would definitely return! Thanks Pan Pacific for making my first visit to Seattle amazing!

This is a nice modern hotel with very nice rooms and bathrooms. We stayed three nights and enjoyed the breakfasts and bar. There is a nice outside seating area if the weather allows. Although described as being in Downtown, the Space Needle is about ten minutes walk. Pike St market and other attractions Downtown are probably about 30 mins walk. There are several restaurants nearby but we did struggle to find many bars. They are probably centred more around Downtown. Would stay again

It is a delight reading your feedback and appreciate your review, YorkieAA. Vielen Herzlichen Dank! We do hope to welcome you back in the future. While we are very much considered to be in 'Downtown', we are located in the most beautiful part of it called 'South Lake Union'. In the center of all that one wants to see, the Seattle Center is 10 minute away, even the Pike Place Market can be reached in 20 minutes while walking casually, :) also Capitol Hill and Lake Union are in short distance. For bars and fun venues, there is the amazing 'Deep Dive' bar just a few steps away under the 'Amazon Spheres' and several more venues on 2nd Avenue or up Capitol Hill. Be sure to check-in with our team members.

Planned a last minute weekend trip to Seattle and loved our stay at the Pan Pacific Seattle. Everyone was warm and accommodating. We had an extremely early flight from SF and they let us check in early in a beautiful room overlooking the city. Loved every minute of it and would definitely come back.
