I stayed at Pan Pacific after checking out of the Astra hotel in Seattle due to loud aircondition noise in the room. I called Pan Pacific hotel in Seattle to check on room availability after midnight. I was greeted with the most welcoming soothing kind voice by the front desk manager Fareed Mohammed. He booked a room for me and upgraded it to a suite upon checkin. I wanted to book 5 night stay but there was no room availability after the 3rd night. On my second day of stay, Fareed messaged to let me know he was able to extend my stay because a booking got cancelled. I highly recommend Pan Pacific because of the friendliness of staff, clean beautifully appointed rooms and Balmain toiletries. Though I have status with Marriott, I will definitely choose Pan Pacific over any of the Marriott branded hotels in Seattle for my next stay.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The location is great. Loved having Whole Foods just below the hotel…and all the restaurants in the area were just great. Our room was well designed and well thought out. We had a great view of the Space Needle. But, it really was the service that made our stay so special. Even the staff at the restaurant were so friendly and helpful. Very welcoming. You just felt well taken care of! The whole vibe is zen…and calm. The gym was excellent as well. Can’t wait to come back again!

It was supposed to be an early birthday treat to myself and my husband but we were very disappointed on how we were treated by the staff at the hotel especially during check in and check out. I am a member of Pan Pacific Discovery so I got an email for a promo for my birthday since it’s coming up so I chose Pan Pacific Seattle since the promo was not offered at Pan Pacific Vancouver Canada where we came from. I expected to have a more personal greeting when checking in since my booking is for a Birthday promo/treat. I was not offered a complimentary upgrade to the next level of suite, a complimentary birthday cake & upon check out I was charged for the complimentary breakfast for 2. And worst, they charged me for 2 overnight parking when in fact I only had 1 car to park. It was not a pleasant stay because of poor customer service. Never expected for a 5 star hotel to be treated as if I am not a valuable customer. We travelled for 2 hrs, crossed the border only to find out I paid for merely my stay and all my complimentary offers were overlooked. The only nice and friendly staff was the valet guy who spoke Spanish. He acknowledged that we were Filipinos and even said he works with a lot of Filipinos at the hotel. Anyway, It was not a cheap trip for sure and would probably not go back and stay on this hotel again.

Perfect location, wonderful staff, and comfortable rooms, that's why we continue to return to the Pan Pacific when traveling to Seattle. Quick drive from Seatac, small enough that it isn't over crowded and Valet is always available to make our arrivals and departures super easy. Highly recommended. We've stayed in many hotels in Seattle and this has quickly become our go to place to stay. It's just right!

In my opinion this is the Best Hotel in Seattle!! Kip at the front desk was Awesome at 2:30am when we had the worst day ever at a local Medical Facility in the area and then their Urgent Care Facility. We were so Exhausted and Frustrated and just wanted to find a place to sleep and relax after the horrible day/night we had. Kip got me s a handicapped room and set us up with everything we needed because we didn’t have anything that we needed for an overnight stay, it wasn’t even an going to be an overnight stay at 2:30 in the morning, so Kip extended our stay to 1pm check out. We got a good rest and we were hungry because we hadn’t eaten much the day before, so we ate at the Lobby Bar. I’m so glad we decided to eat there. There wasn’t a big selection of food to choose from but they have a little of this and that for all. We chose the SLK Burger and fries and all I have to say is WOW!! This was the BEST BURGER I have ever eaten in my life. I just turned 54 and so I’ve eaten at a lot of places in different cities but this SLK BURGER WAS AWESOME and I’m loosing forward to going back to Seattle just to have this DELICIOUS BURGER AND FRIES!! I hope we have to stay in Seattle again as well because my Favorite Hotel is Pan Pacific Hotel Seattle and I will definitely recommend this Hotel and their Lobby Bar to everyone I know!! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Five star experience! Luxurious hotel. And all of the staff, from the moment you drive up to the moment, you drive away, treat you like the most important person in that hotel. Delicious restaurant. Close to everything. My favorite place to stay in Seattle!

I had an excellent experience at the Pan Pacific while I was in Seattle for work. I stayed in a Queen room, which was quite large - with a separate bathtub and shower. It had everything I could have thought of - including an iron + ironing board that saved me one morning. There’s also a laundry service if you need. I didn’t realize there was a Mini bar in the room as well! I didn’t have the chance to take part in the wine hour(s) from 17:00-19:00 each day, but it looked very nice. Overall, it was a great quiet space to be able to come back to after busy days. In terms of location: it’s walkable to Pike Place (~20 minutes walk) and South Lake Union (~10-15 minutes walk) and - depending on your luggage situation - easy enough to walk to the Westlake Station and take the Link to the airport.

The room was nice but that’s what I’m expecting for the price. Other than that, it was all average. Nothing happened that made me WOW. Room service never answer either. Will be going back to the W when I’m in Seattle next weekend.
