Loews is a perfect location close to Pike’s Place and close to the water. The rooms are clean and new and have great views. We stayed in 1433. The staff was nice and responded quickly. The concierge was readily available and helpful. I would recommend staying here.
Very nice hotel with friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff. Our room had a great view! The restaurant was not open in the evening, probably due to COVID. We did have an excellent breakfast in the morning. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Seattle.
The staff, cleanliness, and location of this place made it so worth it! We really enjoyed our stay and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone. The view was also amazing and the room was decorated very nicely.
This may well be our new favorite hotel. Wife and I visited for an anniversary trip. Shawn at the front desk was extremely accommodating during check-in. Shawn is a super hero, but he wears a suit rather than a cape. The location was perfect for a tourist weekend. The hotel was clean and our room was spotless. The tub is out of this world and the view from our room was top notch. Room service was good and the on-site restaurant was great for dinner.
When we booked the hotel, I believe the total cost was $385 for one night. Kind of expensive but we do not mind paying for the luxury, quality, and cleanliness of a hotel. The front desk agents were really nice. Upon arriving at the room, the first thing I noticed were several brown stains on the floor, it's looked like dog diarrhea stains but I do not know for certain what it really was. I looked further into to room and it was extremely dusty. It was easy to see the dust had accumulated over time. I went down to the front desk to discuss the carpet stains with the manager Shawn. He stated, that his staff didn't have time to properly clean the carpets before we arrived but he would try to have them cleaned. I also asked for a refrigerator for our room. The fridge that they brought up was dusty, leftover food residue inside and it smelled like rotten fish inside. I discussed this matter with Shawn, I was upset at this point because for a luxury brand hotel I would expect to not have these issues and the conversation. Shawn had someone clean the carpet and fridge and accommodate us $65 in parking fees and $100 for breakfast; which was a great gesture. The next morning we ordered room service for breakfast, they dropped the food off outside of our door on the nasty carpet. Yes it was inside a brown paper bag but in food service, normally one would know not to leave food on the floor for their guest, maybe they thought we were dogs. Unfortunately, the food was cold and tasted old. It was a $129 tab, but they comped the food as promised the day before. I am so insulted by the quality of the food service and hotel. I would have rather the establishment refund us $129 off the hotel stay; instead of the cold food that they left on the floor. I understand contact-less delivery for room service but sitting on the floor on the floor is actually more filthy than actually handing it to me. For example, chick fila have con-tactless food delivery but they allow you to take the food from a tray not sit it in the parking lot. It is bizarre that they handled us the way that they did. COVID 19 should not be a accepted justification for horrible service.…
