From the moment we entered this hotel and were greeted at the front desk by a smiling Iris who went out of her way to spend time with us getting acquainted with the hotel and its services, we knew we had arrived at the right place to spend our last night in Seattle.
Andrea and Joanna also work the front desk and were very nice as well. Nikki at the bar served us Pacific Oysters and me a Manhattan which was ridiculously tasty!
Max was there as well and must have overheard our conversation. He came over and spent some time with us engaging in some stimulating conversation.
The valet on duty (we did not get his name) was very attentive to our needs and continually held the door for us as we entered and exited the hotel.
The room was impeccable. We were upgraded to a corner junior suite with city views, floor to ceiling windows and a special bathtub. We could not have been happier.
We had breakfast at the hotel which was very good as well.
I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Seattle.

I stayed at Loew's for my birthday and I wasn't disappointed! The standard room was massive: I could literally do a cartwheel across the room. The room felt like a suite. Plenty of natural lighting, but the curtains were dark enough to black out the room at night. The bathroom was spacious and had a soaker tub with a view. (The only strange thing was the water spout, which was in the ceiling. That was a bit strange/gimmicky.)
The spa service was unforgettable. The spa staff were friendly and extremely competent both in their service and social skills (they chatted, but knew when I wanted to relax and be silent). They found out it was my birthday and gave me a goodie bag to take home.
The downsides: The location is convenient for daytime touristy activities, but parking is very expensive. Even if you don't valet your vehicle, it'll cost $30-40 per day to park in downtown Seattle (rather than in somewhere like Bellevue).
For a special occasion, I recommend this property.

The hotel was located in a convenient location within a short walking distance of Pike’s Market, Westlake Center shopping, Pioneer Square and International District.
There was valet parking with convenient drop off along 1st Ave. staff were friendly but going to or calling the front desk was a lot faster than waiting for a chat response in the Hilton app.
We were given a room with a water view which was quite spacious and comfortable. A large king bed, corner couch and lots of built in closets. The bathtub was surrounded in glass with its own privacy curtain. The water filled the tub from the ceiling! Separate shower and toilet made this one of the larger bathrooms we’ve had in a room.
Our Keurig coffeemaker had some issues but no other problems at all with the room.
In the basement they had a medium sized gym with lots of cardio machines and the weights in the corner. There were both dumbbells from 5-50 pounds and a weight stack machine with a solid adjustable bench. A water cooler, recycling bin for used headphones and a refrigerator holding cold towels rounded out the room. It made for a good early morning workout.
For those golfers there were two golf simulators that could be reserved for an hour at a time. Golf clubs, balls and free to use. We gave it our best shot on one off the Hawaiian golf courses and hit the maximum number of attempts for each hole! If we stayed longer drinks and snacks could be delivered.
Overall a nice addition to the Hilton family.

Loved everything about this hotel. I was upgraded to a beautiful room with a gorgeous view due to high volume of cancellations but I can't imagine any of their rooms being bad. It was light and airy and decorated in clean lines. The tub was luxurious however you have to buy your own bath products from the spa. (I just used the liquid body wash and conditioner provided in the shower). The service was above and beyond with everyone asking how they could help. It's located a short walk for Pike Place and a ton of restaurants and bars. I only stayed two nights for work but would definitely come back to stay for vacation.

Booked this room for a long layover using our American Express. Absolutely perfect experience because we had guaranteed 4 p.m. checkout when our flight wasn't until 5:40 p.m. the following day. It was comfortable enough for 4 adults and a baby and the have adorable free cribs. The workers were extremely helpful and we received a $100 credit as well as a $70 breakfast credit which was unexpected. Valet is the only option and costs $45/day which is steep but not unheard of for downtown Seattle. The best part was walking to Pike Place Market and all the shops. The All Water restaurant was great, and where we spent our credit monies. Food was good, selection was plenty, and they had no problem receiving us with baby in tow. I would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel 1000. When we came to check in, we encountered Alexandra taking such great care of the person prior to us, and was equally amazing with our check-in experience. The room is gorgeous and clean. I love how everything in the room, like the slippers thoughtfully placed by the bed are all done with intention. And the little extra touches, like the lavender sachet is why this hotel is a step above others. I was surprised to find the restaurant All Water, at reasonable pricing and with the freshest seafood representative of the Pacific Northwest. We got to chat with Eric who provided us with all of his favorite recommendations and everything was a hit. We ordered all of the small plates including oysters which I definitely recommend if you want to try a variety of their offerings. We loved the Clam Chowder so much, we’re making it a point to grab some for lunch before we check out. At breakfast, Olivia took great care of us and my Salmon bagel again, was perfectly portioned, fresh and delicious. We’re didn’t get a chance to take advantage of their virtual golf but we’re excited to try it on our next visit to Hotel 1000!

Customer service is subpar! Nice hotel, aesthetically pleasing but thats about it. Parking doesn't exist unless you prepared to walk from down the street. The rooms were clean but very average considering your paying 350 a night and the billing department seems to take their sweet time in refunding your room deposit. I would recommend spending your money else where where the treat their customers better!

I can’t state how good the service was at the Hotel 1000!
In a time in Seattle where no one was willing to help us out in a pinch, Becca at the hotel stepped up and offered a solution that really helped me out and made me a lifetime customer!
We were staying there for one night on our way up to Alaska a week ago and had some unforeseen events occur with airlines that required us to stay one more night in Seattle at the end of our trip this bookending our trip with 2 one night stays. When I asked Becca at the hotel she offered us a great room at a reasonable price and was able to deal with all of our gear the we had with us.
The night we checked back in Ashley was an absolute dream to work with. She and the extremely polite and helpful bellman, sorry I forgot your name, were amazing. They had some light snacks ready for us as she knew we had been traveling and it was very late. I would give this place 10 stars if i could. Way to step up and serve when it seems like so many have surrendered to all of the insanity and fallen into complacency! Customer for life!!!!

I have spent about a week over 3 months at Hotel 1000 and for the most part, my review is extremely positive. My first experience in June, I had a beautiful room with a view of the water. Next up was 4 days in July. This room was also clean and comfortable facing 1st Ave. What I didn't know that trip was if you check in on the Hilton app, the front desk cannot upgrade your room. The staff was amazing and attentive. I had one more reservation for a Saturday night 8/26. On a whim I made another reservation for the Friday night 8/25.
Knowing I wouldn't check in until roughly 10pm Friday night, I called and spoke with Eric who advised that we were upgraded to a suite for Saturday night and would have a regular room for Friday night. OK cool. We "check out" Saturday morning and go out to kill time. Upon coming back at 4:30p, our new suite was not available and this is where things kinda went awry. The person working the desk was going to call housekeeping to put a rush on our suite while Eric looked to see if there was an available room. This was partly on us because I didn't want to first get into our room at 10pm after our concert. We ended up in an ADA room with the same view of the water as previous stays. Not much of an upgrade at all. Lastly, the restaurant/room service is limited for those that don't like seafood.
The staff that I have interacted with have all been very professional and friendly. The location is great for easy walking to Pike Place Market, Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park and other Seattle attractions.

We had a great experience at Hotel 1000 last weekend for a family wedding.
From our first encounter with the Valets Friday to checking out Sunday we received top notch customer service.
Rooms were clean and well appointed with everything you could need.
Simple touches like pre-bagged ice on every floor were appreciated.
Everyone on staff that we encountered were friendly, extremely helpful and engaged in wanting our stay to be a positive one.
The events of the wedding went without a hitch. (If something did go wrong we certainly didn’t know about it) The catering/events staff were extremely professional and very accommodating. The venue was beautiful, intimate and unique.
Thank you Hotel 1000 for a memorable weekend.
