Memorable experience with consummate staff and service!
From the moment we entered this hotel and were greeted at the front desk by a smiling Iris who went out of her way to spend time with us getting acquainted with the hotel and its services, we knew we had arrived at the right place to spend our last night in Seattle. Andrea and Joanna also work the front desk and were very nice as well. Nikki at the bar served us Pacific Oysters and me a Manhattan which was ridiculously tasty! Max was there as well and must have overheard our conversation. He came over and spent some time with us engaging in some stimulating conversation. The valet on duty (we did not get his name) was very attentive to our needs and continually held the door for us as we entered and exited the hotel. The room was impeccable. We were upgraded to a corner junior suite with city views, floor to ceiling windows and a special bathtub. We could not have been happier. We had breakfast at the hotel which was very good as well. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Seattle.

Spacious, luxurious rooms and convenient location
I stayed at Loew's for my birthday and I wasn't disappointed! The standard room was massive: I could literally do a cartwheel across the room. The room felt like a suite. Plenty of natural lighting, but the curtains were dark enough to black out the room at night. The bathroom was spacious and had a soaker tub with a view. (The only strange thing was the water spout, which was in the ceiling. That was a bit strange/gimmicky.) The spa service was unforgettable. The spa staff were friendly and extremely competent both in their service and social skills (they chatted, but knew when I wanted to relax and be silent). They found out it was my birthday and gave me a goodie bag to take home. The downsides: The location is convenient for daytime touristy activities, but parking is very expensive. Even if you don't valet your vehicle, it'll cost $30-40 per day to park in downtown Seattle (rather than in somewhere like Bellevue). For a special occasion, I recommend this property.
EmilyKluge, thank you so very much for the review. We were so excited to share this survey with our entire team and especially our SPA Team. Look forward to hopefully celebrating your next special occasion with you here in Seattle.

    Spacious Water View
The hotel was located in a convenient location within a short walking distance of Pike’s Market, Westlake Center shopping, Pioneer Square and International District. There was valet parking with convenient drop off along 1st Ave. staff were friendly but going to or calling the front desk was a lot faster than waiting for a chat response in the Hilton app. We were given a room with a water view which was quite spacious and comfortable. A large king bed, corner couch and lots of built in closets. The bathtub was surrounded in glass with its own privacy curtain. The water filled the tub from the ceiling! Separate shower and toilet made this one of the larger bathrooms we’ve had in a room. Our Keurig coffeemaker had some issues but no other problems at all with the room. In the basement they had a medium sized gym with lots of cardio machines and the weights in the corner. There were both dumbbells from 5-50 pounds and a weight stack machine with a solid adjustable bench. A water cooler, recycling bin for used headphones and a refrigerator holding cold towels rounded out the room. It made for a good early morning workout. For those golfers there were two golf simulators that could be reserved for an hour at a time. Golf clubs, balls and free to use. We gave it our best shot on one off the Hawaiian golf courses and hit the maximum number of attempts for each hole! If we stayed longer drinks and snacks could be delivered. Overall a nice addition to the Hilton family.

The food was amazing and Mikheyla was really helpful (and patient!) with us. The Halibut is incredible and the Chardonnay aged in bourbon casks was a great complement to the food. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone!

This is a great boutique hotel in a perfect location in Seattle! It is definitely MUCH better than other Hilton Brand hotels we’ve stayed at in the past few years. We had given up on Hilton properties since almost all have been awful from Hilton Garden Inns, Hampton Inns, Homewood Suites, Embassy Suites, etc, and it didn’t matter where they were located. We had Hilton Honor points to use so we selected this hotel based on reviews & its location. It did not disappoint. It far exceeded our expectations. The lobby is small but it has great ambience & character. There is a fireplace just off the lobby with seating to just kick back & relax. All the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. They provided directions to the closest light rail station since we mentioned that we wanted to take it to the airport the next day. Also, we asked for additional water (we were given 2 at check-in) after exploring the city after checking in & there was only 1 at the front desk. The gentleman on duty in the evening had 4 sent up to our room without us even asking. That was so AWESOME! T he room was GREAT! We were in 713 & never had to wait long for an elevator. The view from the room was partial waterfront & overlooked 2nd Ave. We didn’t hear the street noise very much even though it is a very busy street. The room was on the small side but had everything we needed in it. It was bright & very inviting. The bed was extremely comfortable. The mattress was perfect, no lumps or sagging & the pillows were nice & fluffy. We slept great! The sofa in the room was very comfortable, also, and we had no problems sitting on it since we didn’t feel like it was dirty or grimy, which hasn’t been the case in many other hotels. There was a big in-room safe that held our 2 laptops, binoculars, digital camera, & few other things. The was a small refrigerator & wine bottle opener which was a nice touch. There were also robes & slippers in the closet. The bathroom was bright & had a lot of natural light because it doesn’t have traditional walls. The main wall is made of glass, which was different, but we liked it. This glass wall does have a shade that can be rolled down for privacy. This could be a problem if you're traveling with someone that isn't a significant other & you need privacy. There is an oversized soaking tub that fills from the ceiling. So cool! The view from the tub is directly into the bedroom area through the glass wall & you can watch TV while taking a relaxing bath. The toilet area has frosted glass for some privacy. The shower is a little small but efficient and has dispensers on the wall for shampoo, conditioner & body wash. We did have a problem with the shower as it leaked a little into the toilet area which is adjacent to it. We didn’t report it since we were only staying 1 night. The towels were plush & luxurious. They appeared to be new & very gently used. The hair dryer was better quality than at other hotels & didn’t make my wife’s hair frizzy. This hotel doesn’t have typical ice machines, which was very refreshing. The ice was in plastic bags in freezers near the elevator. This made it very convenient to get ice. Loved this idea. More hotels should adopt this concept. As for location, the hotel is located a few walking blocks from the bus station, Pioneer Station, & University Station, 2 Light Rail stations. It is also a few blocks to the Waterfront & around a 10-minute walk to Pike Place Market & the original Starbuck’s. The hotel is located on a relatively flat street & you don’t need to walk up/down any hilly streets if you don’t want to. We highly recommend Hotel 1000. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Seattle.

Everyone from front desk to restaurant to housekeeping was friendly. They acknowledged our one year anniversary and delivered chocolates to the room as a sweet treat! Iris, Destiny, Juliana, Eric, and Rodney are amazing!!!! I didn't catch the names of the restaurant staff, we were there for breakfast, but they were amazing as well. My husband and I were extremely lucky to not only get a room at this stunning hotel on a Saturday night in August but also to have been given an upgrade to a corner room. The room was absolute perfection. It had amazing views, luxurious furnishings and was spotless. It seemed as if everything was brand new. There was a soaking tub in a huge bathroom in addition to a shower. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. We did not want to leave! The staff was top notch and we enjoyed the delicious food in the restaurant. It’s located near all of the downtown attractions. You can walk to Pike Place, the Space Needle, Stadium and Ballpark. We highly recommend!

I’ve stayed at quite a number of hotels in Seattle over the years and Hotel 1000 is absolutely one of my favorites. We were welcomed by the exquisite lobby and classic customer service that you rarely find anymore. Our gracious host, Eric Hunter, had all the answers we needed and more. His knowledge of the city astounded my Girlfriend and I and we had an excellent evening through his recommendations. Thank you Eric! Our room really knocked our socks off! A majestic view of the city and Puget sound, giant tub with real lavender to get a relaxing scent and the bed was so comfortable we didn’t want to rise the next morning . We enjoyed a small lunch at the restaurant. The food was delicious . We also ended the night in the luxurious bar with some Champagne. Wonderful service was experienced in both the bar and restaurant.
