We had a great experience at Hotel 1000 last weekend for a family wedding. From our first encounter with the Valets Friday to checking out Sunday we received top notch customer service. Rooms were clean and well appointed with everything you could need. Simple touches like pre-bagged ice on every floor were appreciated. Everyone on staff that we encountered were friendly, extremely helpful and engaged in wanting our stay to be a positive one. The events of the wedding went without a hitch. (If something did go wrong we certainly didn’t know about it) The catering/events staff were extremely professional and very accommodating. The venue was beautiful, intimate and unique. Thank you Hotel 1000 for a memorable weekend.
My husband and I visited the Hotel 1000 to celebrate our anniversary. Mike and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay feel special. We were upgraded to a beautiful room with a water view room on the 12th floor. The room was comfortable and well appointed, and the housekeeping staff was superb. We loved using the bathtub with the great view of the city. Given that the hotel is very centrally located in town (only a few minutes walk to Pikes Place!), we expected for there to be city noises. It was perfectly quiet! The only noise we had was the occasional firework from the stadium, and that was a nice, unexpected treat. Timothy at the front desk really went out of his way to make sure we were having a wonderful stay, and he gave us great tips for getting around town and places to visit. The whole staff was very pleasant, including the staff at breakfast even though they were short-staffed. The hotel is not fully operational at this time, so keep that in mind; it did not bother us. We will certainly return if our plans bring us back to Seattle.…
I've been here several times and they always have great and friendly service. It's always such a relaxing experience and everyone is so nice. I have had their facials and massages and definitely recommend both!
This is a beautiful property! The staff was very friendly, genuine and helpful. My room had a beautiful view of the waterfront. I had breakfast at the restaurant which was fresh and delicious. It was an excellent overall experience, would highly recommend.
Amazing views. Even better hospitality. Local Seattle chocolates were waiting for me at check in. And Shawn and Jordyn both followed up via text messages (very convenient btw) to see if I needed anything additional. Perfect hotel for business travel.
Began planning a trip to Seattle last year to visit family, and spend time in the city since we normally stay in the Marysville/Everett area. I have stayed at the Grand Hyatt in the past, but Hotel 1000 caught my eye because of its central location, and the great reviews on TripAdvisor. Getting to the hotel was fairly simple, but once we got there, the valet quickly assisted us with our bags, and even let the kids ride to the room on the luggage cart! Had to stop at the front desk, because even though I checked in on the app, they have to activate the digital key. Would have been nice if the front desk asked if I wanted an upgraded room as a HH Gold guest, but we were on a tight schedule so I did not inquire. The room did not have a refrigerator or microwave, but they did offer to bring a refrigerator, if we wanted one. We had a two-room suite with queen-sized beds, with a peekaboo view of the waterfront, but mostly a view of an apartment building. Not a big deal, because we planned on being out of the room most of the time there. However, the only gripe I had was with the bathroom situation: the kids enjoyed the tub being filled with water from the ceiling, but there was no privacy on the toilet or in the shower, something to keep in mind if you are sharing a room with friends or children. Although there was rain most of our time there, we were able to walk the waterfront and the aquarium, and when we needed to drive, we never waited more than five minutes for the valet bring our vehicle, regardless of the time of day. We only ordered room service once for breakfast, even though they offered a daily credit of $25, but the pancakes were outstanding, and not because they cost $18, lol. Our second day there was my daughter’s birthday, so my wife asked for suggestions on local bake shops, and Jordyn & Brooke went above and beyond, gave some great recommendations, and even gifted my daughter some Hotel 1000 gummy bears, which she shared with the family. On a whim, I tried out the golf trainer, would have been better if I had my own clubs, but I enjoyed the opportunity to swing in solitude. Could not stay there long because there is no signal in the basement, but it is definitely a nice escape. Overall, the staff was outstanding, from the front desk, to the valet, to housekeeping, and the issue I had with the bathroom would not stop me from staying at Hotel 1000 in the future.…
Stayed here for a staycation during a snow storm in the city. The room here was pristine. All of the small touches this hotel offers are unique and wonderfully executed. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The tub in my room was probably the best part. You have a separate shower and then a tub that fills from the ceiling! (Mind blown). The front desk at this property is best in class. Very friendly, helpful, and professional. Every employee I encountered at this property was a true delight. I can’t wait for another staycation at this property. The best part… They are SUPER pet friendly. In fact everyone in the hotel seems to love dogs and treat my little guy like a prince. Make sure you bring your four leggged kids with you!
We had a wonderful stay. We are Hilton Diamond members and we were upgraded to a corner suite. From start of our stay to our departure the next day we were treated as special guests at this upscale Hilton property. Particular recognition to Jordyn who welcomed us when arrived and bid is Bon Voyage upon leaving. We had dinner and breakfast at the All Water Seafood and Oyster Bar. Exceptiinal Service by Edward and Eric. Food was exceptionally good and the presentation was remarkable. A must to place to stay before embarking on a cruise. The cruise port is a mile away.
Stopped in at All Water at Hotel 1000 for a drink with a friend and Eric was the bartender. He was friendly and knowledgeable, made great recommendations. He chatted and joked with everyone there, created a great vibe.
We stayed at Hotel 1000 for a single night stay. We were in town for the Luke Combs concert and the staff was amazing and made our trip unforgettable! As soon as we arrived Scotty with the valet was more than accommodating and helped gather our bags and brought them to the room. He even made an extra trip back to the car as we forgot our cowboys boots in the back seat! Jordyn and Brooks were very helpful at the front desk and filed us in on all the best tips about Seattle and how to get around. We were so thankful! My daughters used the gym and were so glad it was there. This morning before we left we ordered room service and not only did it come so fast, it was delicious! Hotel 1000 definitely made our trip. It was beautiful, clean, inviting, and had amazing amenities. We would love to come back in the future!…
