Stay in our 1920 Craftsman style Bed and Breakfast. Located across the street from Green Lake Park, in one of Seattle's most beloved neighborhoods. Enjoy a morning jog around the lake before breakfast, or simply enjoy the beautiful lake view. Walk to many nearby shops and restaurants. Downtown Seattle and the famous Pike Place Market are just a 10 minutes away. You may choose from 5 well appointed rooms, many with lake views, gas fireplace, or jetted tubs. Complimentary welcome basket with wine or non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, and homemade cookies.
I brought my husband to the Greenlake Guest house for a getaway to celebrate his birthday. I’m so glad we found this quaint B&B on the lake. I ran everyday, and we explored the neighborhood with its many restaurants and beautiful fall colors. It’s also a quick ride in to the city for sightseeing. Julie and Blayne are incredible hosts - from the thoughtful touches in our room, to incredibly delicious breakfast everyday (gluten free options included!). I wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

CLEAN and perfection are the best ways to describe what a beautiful guest house Greenlake Guest House is. The owners do not overlook any detail. The rooms are beyond amazing with classic designs, great pristine linens, lovely tubs and fireplaces! The breakfast choices were just as amazing . The price you pay to stay here is a bargain for what you get in return. This stay made our Seattle vacation a 10 plus.

This is THE place! We've stayed many times and each time, if possible, it just gets better. Julie and Blayne are the perfect hosts. Linsy and Christel are angels who want everything to be just right. The location has plenty of restaurants nearby for that afternoon snack or a yummy lunch or dinner. Green Lake Park is directly across the street for a serious run or a slow-paced stroll. The daily breakfast and cookie are unique and delicious. Greenlake Guest House is the type of place you hope will be there FOREVER, and as long as it is there, we will stay there every time that we visit Seattle. Thank you for sharing your perfect place, Julie and Blayne.

I came across Green Lake Guest House on Trip Advisor and quickly booked it for a girls trip to Seattle. Our stay could not have been better! The room was even ready early as I arrived before check-in and everything was so clean and high quality. Lindsay was there to greet me and show me around. I then got to meet Crystal who was wonderful, and finally Julie and Blayne after having spoken to them on the phone several times. Breakfast is truly made to order and a table is set for you when you come downstairs with five-star service. We felt so lucky to have stumbled upon this gem in a gorgeous neighborhood! We did go downtown every day, but the value of GLGH made the Uber prices so worth it, and we felt so safe walking around the neighborhood even at night. Cannot recommend this place enough and hope to go back one day!…

Greenlake Guest House is hands down the best bed and breakfast experience we have ever enjoyed. The home itself is stunning with attention to detail present throughout, from landscaping and front entrance stairway, the preservation of original decorative features on the main floor and the clean, modern comfort in our room upstairs. The warm, genuine hospitality of Leslie, Crystall and Blayne added significantly to our experience, especially at breakfast. The breakfast menu allowed for an impressive array of choices and timing options which ensured that we were able to begin each day as we desired. The food was expertly prepared, served in an elegant manner and placed in a cosy setting. With the positive energy and natural beauty of Greenlake Park as a backdrop, our holiday had a somewhat magical feeling to it. Thanks for the memories.…

We had a lovely stay at Green Lake - we were greeted warmly by Blayne, who showed us around and helped with our bags. The room was very comfortable and cosy, and it was quiet too. Throughout the stay, Julie, Crystal and Blayne went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. Breakfasts were excellent, tailored to your own choice from a menu each day, and all home made. Daily, home baked cookies were delicious too. Located in a safe area, and just across from the lake, the location was ideal and just a short trip to all the main attractions.

The room was an absolute dream--it's like living in a movie with a personal fireplace to keep you cozy and jetted bathtub for the ultimate in relaxation! AND...OMG... the breakfast was absolutely over-the-top, amazing --we could even select individual ingredients so that we would end up with exactly what we wanted-- it was made just for us!

We were visiting family who live in this neighborhood. The location is perfect, across the street from Green Lake Park. There is a 2.8 mile walking loop around the lake, which made for beautiful and relaxing start to our mornings. In general, parking can be a challenge in this area, but we had no trouble parking on the street in front of the property. The Green Lake Guest House is a charming, 2 story Craftsman (I think) home in a residential neighborhood. Our room was spotless, and the owners have included many thoughtful amenities tucked in throughout. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, it was a much needed reprieve from our usual daily routines. Breakfasts were delightful, selected from their menu the night before, and accommodating for some minor dietary restrictions. We enjoyed our table for two, located in an alcove of the front room with a view of the front garden. We will definitely return the next time we are in Seattle visiting family.…
