My wife and I arrived way too early (1 pm) for regular check-in after taking the Sound Transit Link from the Airport to the West Lake station at Pine Street, about 0.4 miles from the B&B. Russell accommodated our early arrival. We stayed in the spacious Broadway Room (#4) on the second floor for three nights. This is a residential... More

My husband and I were in Seattle primarily for business but also took the time to explore the city. Whether you are travelling to Seattle for work or for leisure, I wholeheartedly recommend staying at the Bed and Breakfast on Broadway. Why? 1) Location. It is conveniently located in a quiet corner of a lively neighborhood. You'll be able to... More

Don (90 but looks only 70) and Russell are terrific, enjoyable hosts. The Inn is conveniently located around the corner from the 49 bus line (which goes downtown) and about 5 blocks from theSounder Link Capital Hill light rail station to downtown and SEATAC airport. We stayed 1 night in the Attic room which has its own porch on the... More

Honestly, the worst B&B/hotel experience I've ever had. We arrived not to a hello or even how are you. We were greeted with a look of terror, like we were going to rob the place. The owner kept asking for our name and reservation number. After I asked if something was wrong and mentioned that he had t even greeted... More

We booked two rooms for three nights. Our son stayed in the attic bedroom. The only issue he had with his room was the low ceilings. He felt that was offset by the wonderful balcony off the bedroom. Our room is pictured in the attached photos. As you can tell by the number of photos, I really liked our tiled... More

The stay at this location was excellent. The room was well furnished, bed comfortable. Location on Broadway was prime, as Broadway has several shops, restaurants, etc within walking distance. The hosts were very polite, and knowledgeable about the attractions within the city. Breakfast was simple but elegant, and gave us a chance to meet and talk with the other guests.

We stayed here for three nights. The hosts are very friendly and willing to help. We stayed in a very large, Nice room with beautifull bathroom. The location is perfect, with all the restaurants nearby. Breakfast is the same every day and basic. But plenty of restaurants to eat around the corner.

Spent three nights here. The house is just wonderful, as are the hosts Russel and Don. They offered very helpful advice but were not at all intrusive. The location is great -- we walked everywhere. Three or four excellent restaurants only a block or two away. Public transport also just a short walk. Our room was beautiful and we loved... More

I contacted this well-rated B&B in November, 2015, to book a room for 6 nights for this July, 2016. That's a good 7 months in advance. This morning (June 6) I contacted the place to reconfirm my reservation. To my shock and dismay, the gentleman who answered (and who supposedly took my original reservation) said he had no record at... More

We spent a week in this wonderfully restored 106 year old house. It has charming ambience, beautiful rooms, great neighborhood and easy access to all the sights. We walked 3 days and took public transport the balance. The hosts are welcoming and gracious. Breakfast is perfect. We had a great time and would recommend it to anyone.
