This hotel is in the best location - walkable to restaurants, Pike's market and a quick cab ride from the airport. The rooms are clean and updated, love the boutique-y vibe. Staff was warm and helpful.

minor irritants at accessibility for beverage and watching football. Room was clean, lobby and outside portion very clean and welcoming. Mini fridge was frozen open and not a fan of the resort fee of $12.95 for wifi (thought was free at this location) water and wine tasting (wasn't able to make use of this)

The location of this hotel is its saving grace; its close to everything in Seattle. But our trip started off on the wrong foot with a snooty front desk agent who couldn't even be bothered to explain the features of the hotel to us. The rooms are nicely appointed but the walls are ridiculously thin and when someone flushes the...

The location is great right down town, The staff is great. Our bathroom was dirty...... The parking garage is too low for a pickup. The in house restaurant was reserved each night for a private party.

I have nothing bad to say about the hotel or their staff. We have stayed here before and had very pleasant experience. We have a 2 year old at home so don't get out very often and when we do we want ultimate relaxation. We often times order room service for breakfast rather than going out because it is so...

Great location to Pike's Marketplace and transportation options. Staff were pleasant and professional. Room wasn't quite what we expected. Had a west spot on carpet. Shower didn'the drain properly and water ended up on entire floor. Did NOT expect nightly amenities fee.

My first time in Seattle and they made it my best experience there and made me want to return, which I am in the summer and definitely staying at the same hotel again. Met some wonderful people during the hotels wine tasting, which was a plus.

I only stayed one night but it was a spacious and well appointed guest room. The sink and tub both had cracks in them but they are in the middle of renovating the hotel so I know this will be taken care of. I slept very well and the staff was terrific!

I was very please with the location and feel that it is a very nice property = elevators were extremely slow and inconsistent. Strange having the housekeepers and service people using the same elevators.

Great location to downtown, restaurants and shopping. Easy walk to the waterfront. Frolick was tasty. I was in town for a business trip and the beds were comfortable and didn't hear much downtown street noise. I would recommend.
