I was in town for a few days for a work offsite. I had an okay stay at the Hilton Motif. The location was convenient to my offsite and to light rail, and the staff were professional and friendly. However, the walls were super thin and I could hear the guy next door talking on the phone and laughing watching the TV for hours. I slept with earplugs. Also I know "resort fees" are common these days, but I still find them annoying. I was gone from morning until night due to my work offsite and had no opportunity to use any of the drink vouchers or restaurant credit.

Hotel's Favorite
Stayed for one night with family to sightsee around downtown Seattle. Excellent location of hotel in terms of easy on and off the highway as well as a few short blocks away from Pike Place Market. It’s also only two blocks from the monorail. Reception staff were very friendly and made great restaurant recommendations. In the evenings, there is free beer and wine and during the day flavoured water and local apples. Stayed in room with two queen beds and city view and it was very spacious. Never had so much space before! Alexa was in room and we had fun ordering items to the room with it and listening to music. Alexa even turns the TV on and off! Because of its excellent location and unique amenities, we would definitely stay here again.

Let me just start off by saying this is one of the best stays I’ve had at a Hilton property, anywhere for that matter! I came to this hotel as it is very close to all of the spots we planned to visit during our first time trip to Seattle. We were celebrating my little sister‘s 15th birthday which is a huge coming of age moment within our culture . The positive experience started way before check-in. I messaged the hotel via app in hopes that they might be able to do a last minute request for my sister‘s birthday like a birthday card upon arrival etc. Within a short time we heard back from Masai, who I believe was one of the front desk supervisors. He went above and beyond to assure that not only a birthday card was placed but also some delicious macaroons with some garnished berries and a bottle of sparkling cider and some glasses to celebrate her. She was so happy upon arrival and it was such a kind gesture! Thankyou Masai! Throughout our stay Anthony at the desk was phenomenal super sweet and kind!!! He made sure to help us with all our questions and helped acomodate us as well as well with toiletries and during check out time. The other few people I want to give a shout out to are Bobby from the restaurant, he was our server for breakfast time and he was so attentive with everything. Travis at the desk was great too helped us ensure we got the most out of our stay credits! The last person I want to thank is our housekeeper, they made sure my room was clean every day throughout our stay and did a wonderful job, I’m not sure what their name was but a huge shout out to them! The whole team was a 10/10. Will definitely be coming back!

We stayed here for 3 nights and were a bit disappointed. The location is within walking distance to all downtown tourist destinations, great restaurants and cafes, and light rail stations, but the streets surrounding this place are littered with homeless people and unsavory characters, so beware. The hotel itself is nothing to write home about. Our room (an upgrade I was assured , for we are Dimond members) looked tired and outdated, and nothing like the pictures on this page. The mattress sunk in the middle causing an uncomfortable sleep. The walls are paper thin, so one could hear the rude neighbors coming in drunk in the middle of the night. We were in the 19th floor, so no street noise at all. The staff is lovely, very friendly and attentive although I was being overcharged for an extra 24 hrs of parking, so ask to have your bill itemized at check out before you leave. Parking is very expensive at $71 per 24hr period, so avoid driving there if possible. We had to drive 1 hr north of Seattle for a family event, and unfortunately had to rent a car for one day, but the parking fee at this hotel cost more than the daily car rental fee. As Diamond members we got a $40 food voucher per day for 2 people ($20/day pp) to eat at Frolik, the restaurant in the hotel. The food was subpar and the service poor, and the $40 voucher covered just under 2/3 of our bill, so this was another disappointment... We ate there the first morning (huge mistake) and never went back. Used our food voucher at the ridiculously over priced hotel snack and drink stand. We cannot recommend this place as we will not stay again.

We stayed at the Motif to attend Sakura Con. It was busy but the check in/out process was quick. Anthony was very helpful in explaining the benefits and credits during our stay. He is super friendly and patient! He made our stay memorable. Next time we are back in town I hope he will be here to help us out again! Thank you Anthony!

From check-in to check out, Anthony G. at the front desk helped me out daily and checked in with me each day, making sure I had the best experience possible during my stay in Seattle for a conference. He recommended nearby experiences, made sure my room was exceptional, and helped make my experience with Hilton Motif an amazing one!

Anthony, Lukas, and Travis really make this place special! A hotel is just a hotel without great staff, they are the great staff that made this stay special. Motif is clean, quiet and a nice place to stay downtown. The view from the resturant is nice as well. The resturant is a good place to meet friends or family and have a meal. This hotel is on the hip side of the scale, I'd recommend for younger people looking to enjoy Seattle. I think my favorite thing about the staff was, they had absolutely no attitude at all. They seem very genuine and sincere, wearing big smiles, and delivering happy vibes. Thank you Motif, I am enjoying my stay.

The Hilton Motif was a surprise for me. The location was perfect and the accommodations were comfortable and charming. The onsite restaurant was also very accommodating. Anthony was very attentive and made the experience even more grand.

After arriving before noon, our room was ready. A $25 fee was charged, but I would much rather have my luggage secured in my room than wait a few hours. Initially, our room was not what we expected. Anthony went above and beyond to make our anniversary trip extra special. The room is perfect. We have a great view, amazing shower and a fridge that was not packed to the brim. The fixtures of the sinks and shower were 100%. Some of the art pieces have given me inspiration to be creative more often. We enjoyed a dinner at the restaurant Frolik. Baby beet salad, flat iron, drinks, and ambience were awesome. I’d definitely come back. In summary, this experience has been amazing and a large part of it was the hospitality of Anthony accommodating our requests. We will definitely return for another stay.
