Second visit to this impeccable little B&B. My husband and I like to get both rooms when we visit. This is a very private set-up with the hosts' rooms beyond the pristine kitchen in a garden setting. Since we stay here while visiting daughter and family nearby, we don't any more take Linda and Tom up on their luscious breakfast...

Choosing this B&B was a great decision for us. We were 2 couples on an anniversary trip. Linda and Tom greeted us when we got in and gave us a thorough overview of the suite and the area. It's clear that they are very interested in your comfort and enjoyment. The unit is impeccably clean and organized. It is also...

For our week long visit to Seattle, my sisters and I opted to stay at The Guest House instead of a Hyatt property in downtown Seattle. So pleased that we did because this bed and breakfast exceeded our expectations in every way! It's very unique because when you book it, you are the only guests. Our inn keepers tended to...

My sisters and I just returned from our trip to Seattle and LOVED our stay at The Guest House. Our hosts, Linda and Tom, were extremely accommodating, helpful and just a joy to visit with. They have a great location - close to the airport but not too close with easy freeway access to downtown Seattle. We loved their setup...

I really liked the layout of this inn. The guests have one wing with bedrooms, bath, and sitting area. The hosts are in a separate wing. It is very comfortable and convenient for sightseeing in the south Seattle area. It is very close to the airport. The hosts are very charming, long-time residents of the area, so they have a...

My mother and I stayed with Linda and Tom for two nights during a quick visit to Seattle. We had our own rooms and a very comfy and inviting living space to hang out together. Breakfast both mornings was fabulous! Thanks to Linda's knowledge of the Seattle public transportation (clean and convenient trains and monorail) and her preparation (she has...

We had an anniversary weekend with my wife, her sister and husband. Linda and Tom greeted us and showed us around and were amazing hosts. Linda's breakfast is incredible and she serves it up at your requested time. She has coffee on early for you and the space is very private and impeccably clean. Anytime I travel to Seattle I...

The facilities were all comfortable and the food was delicious. We felt pampered in every way. We highly recommend it. We hope to one day be able...

We stayed for 2 nights in the end of August and it was the perfect start of our family vacation. The house offers lots of privacy and comfort. The location is good since it is close to the airport, but you can get to downtown Seattle quick & easy as well. The hosts Linda & Tom are excellent innkeepers: they...
