Our stay with our daughter, her husband, and two kids was cramped but the hotel was very accommodating, prior to our Alaskan Cruise. Thank you! Breakfast was great, and relaxing. The front desk was very helpful in recommending the Brazilian restaurant across the street, where we had a glass of wine and early bird special.

Recently had an opportunity to stay at the Residence Inn on Fairview Ave. in Seattle for two nights prior to an Alaskan cruise. Our suite comfortably accommodated 4 adults with 2 spacious bedrooms and baths as well as a nice sized living room and eat-in kitchen. The suite was extremely clean and housekeeping services were excellent. The hotel provided a... More

We shared a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite with our adult children and 2 grandchildren. The rooms are large but the layout is a bit odd. The kig bedroom has an en suite bath, but the queen bedroom bath is outside the room. The bedrooms are large, the bathroom is not. Still, the beds are comfortable, and there is a... More

This is a great place to stay in Seattle. Not in the heart of the city, but conveniently located next to a streetcar line that will take you right downtown. It is spacious and clean. Large area for free breakfast with many options. A few restaurants are within walking distance.

We reserved a 2 room suite thru another website and requested a lake view room, as this was overnight no the 4th of July. We had thoughts of watching the fireworks from our balcony so our three year old could relax prior to the show. A week prior we had to call the hotel to change our stay from 2... More

Our family of 4 We spent 3 nights in Seattle on a recent road trip. The hotel is a great value for a spacious suite. We booked a one room, but upon request were upgraded to a 2 bedroom/2 bath. The staff is very helpful and as accommodating as possible. Though there is no concierge, the desk staff gave of... More

We stayed here four nights and enjoyed everything about this hotel! The rooms are lovely and spacious. The breakfast was great and had a few different items each day for variety. The staff are super friendly and helpful. There is a nice playroom near the pool, that my kids enjoyed. The bus and trolley stop is right at the hotel,... More

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights (16th - 20th July 2016) as a mainly of four (kids aged 6 and 16). We originally booked the hotel based on its facilities - i.e. access to a 2 bedroom apartment, a kitchen area and a guest laundry. The hotel describes its location as "Lake Union/Downtown" which probably needs amending. It's... More

I had a horrible experience at this hotel. First of all, the rooms are very old, dirty, and stink of cigarettes (even though the rooms are nonsmoking...). The first night I checked in and walked into our room I thought maybe it was an anomaly. So I asked for a different room, but it was still dirty (i.e. hair still... More

We used this hotel as a start point for exploring Seattle prior to our Alaskan Cruise. Hotel was in a great location and staff friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to the Space Needle and the Gardens. Somewhat of a hike to Pikes Market but doable. Rooms were clean and breakfast was very good-- nice variety of breakfast... More
