Great establishment, been here several times and every time I stayed I still feel great about it. The services are great, helpful and cheerful - the check-in progress went very well and she was very friendly and very nice. The room is clean and everything is in order. Safe distance was in place. The location is great, you can walk throughout the downtown within 2hrs. Loves this place.

Hotel's Favorite
My husband and I chose Seattle for our babymoon and the Grand Hyatt Seattle was the perfect hotel for it. We flew into Seattle so we were able to take the train/metro from the airport to the stop only a couple of blocks from the hotel. We booked a room with a waterview and are so glad we did. The view was great and we could see the Pike Place market sign. The hotel is near many shops and restaurants. We were able to walk to Pike Place, the tram that takes you to the Space Needle and museums, the public library, Starbucks Roastery, and other touristy areas. We also had complimentary water in our room. The front desk staff was great, especially with our early check in. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Seattle!

We stayed in Seattle for 4 days. We got a corner room which had a great view and plenty of space. The location of the hotel was central to all that we wanted to see. The staff were friendly. There was no daily maid service due to COVID-19, but anything we requested was brought promptly.

Dori at the front desk was an angle with checking me in after a long flight from Japan and classic me mixed up my days up with international dateline and she helped find me a room on an almost completely full night! Thank you again and what a great hotel with easy access to everything downtown. I look forward to visiting Seattle again and staying at the Grand Hyatt again!

I totally get the hotel hospitality in Seattle is hurting by 70%, which is true. Yet if you call yourself the Grand Hyatt, stay that way. Front desk wasn’t too helpful, looked bored and wanting to have a friend since it was kinda dead. Rooms were dusty and not up to par and parking was a nightmare with the garage next door. Too much drama, very limited services. I’ve been to other Grand Hyatt’s and they were phenomenal. I would have to stay somewhere else since this hotel was a bit unpleasant.....
