I had a very good experience at this hotel and the staff was the nicest I have ever met. The rooms are very modern and very clean. It has a fridge and Coffee maker. Has a good view of the city and it is close to shopping and restaurants. Our favorite was Cheesecake Factory and is located on the property.... More

Spent four nights seeing a series of Baseball games at Safeco Field. Excellent location! About two blocks away fro the Monorail taking you to Seattle Center to explore the space needle, EMP museum and other attractions wishing that block. The LRT terminal was also about a block and a half away to travel to Safeco Field. We walked back each... More

All marble bath with huge soaking tub. The corner suites are a must as they have more space and a separate seating area. Higher floors obviously have better views of either the city or city and Sound.

Hotel was ok, but not happy about this incident: I was recently there and I left my electric toothbrush in my room, after 2 weeks, I called back and they told me it wasn't there anymore, which means that a) they threw it away or b) someone kept it. The toothbrush was 100$!

Great location. Awesome service (probably because I got upgraded to a corner suite?) :) There is even a deli that could be reached from inside for a cheapo like me who doesn't go to Steakhouse (or because I am vegetarian). Room was awesome. Large, nice furnishing, wide bathtub. All nice amenities. Only gripe is that coffee machine was hidden away... More

Service requests required multiple staff interactions and there were still failures, like lack of requested wake up calls. The associated parking garage, although not directly affiliated, is an inadequate mess that cannot accommodate tall people or large vehicles.

We normally stay at higher end hotels such as the Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton but wanted to be more economical this trip and decided on the Grand Hyatt based on the reviews. We stayed 4 nights in a city view room on the 18th floor and it exceeded our expectations. When we arrived at our room an item we... More

We stayed with our family in August 2016 for two nights in the Grand Hyatt Seattle. The hotel is a typical luxury city hotel in the high price range. But the hotel was one of the best Hyatt hotels we stayed in the US after many disappointments with other Hyatt hotels in the US. The standard rooms were not very... More

Stayed in a bay view room at beginning of week as well as a city view room at end of week.. Bay view room was larger and had great views toward water. City view room was nice but smaller. Good location for all things near waterfront. Monorail to Sky Needle just a couple of blocks away. Would definitely stay here... More
