Hotel personnel before and after visit were great. I requested and received a great room upgrade for a special occasion and that was very much appreciated. Great location in downtown and convenient to everything we were interested in.

Hotel is 10min walk away from Pike's Market. Room was spacious and AC was quiet compared to many hotels (i.e., Four Point) I've been to. Parking was a bit steep at $30 a night with no in and out privileges.

As I have done always, location and price were my two considerations when choosing a hotel. I landed on the Grand Hyatt Seattle this time. Two blocks from the rapid transit exit from the airport, the hotel was impressive at first sight. Our suite was larger than normal and bathroom spacious with separate shower and tub. Par with Grand Hyatt... More

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt on the last night of our Oregon Coast vacation prior to heading home from SeaTac. What a lovely hotel! I used Hyatt points for the room - sometimes using points gets you the lowest level room. What a wonderful, pleasant surprise! Check-in was easy and self parking was directly adjacent to the hotel. This hotel was clean, comfortable, luxurious, and was perfect in every way. The staff was kind and helpful. I love that they provide an empty fridge in the room because I have food allergies and always need to store a few things. I ate in the restaurant and ordered room service and received great service and delicious good. And there... More

I enjoyed a nice city view despite lowest price category. The hotel offers an attractive room with a beautiful and spacious bath. I loved the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna (the real reason for choosing Grand Hyatt Seattle). The location is very good with its easy access to I 5 North and South. The Macy's Christmas Parade is right at... More

The property is first rate and the staff is wonderful. Without question this is my favorite hotel in Seattle. I've gone back and forth on requesting a view of the city or the view of the water....you can't go wrong either way.
