Rising from 5th Avenue and Marion Street in supreme style, Lotte Hotel Seattle presents the pinnacle of luxury escapism in a class all its own-through infinitely spacious suites, contemporary dining experiences, and distinctly high-touch service that's simply unforgettable. Lotte Hotel Seattle earns rave reviews for its attentive service and luxurious atmosphere, with guests often noting the staff's dedication to creating a memorable experience. Reviewers frequently commend the spotless cleanliness and the spacious, well-appointed rooms that boast comfortable beds and modern amenities, along with stunning views.
While its central location is popular for easy access to local attractions, some travelers caution about the high additional fees, which they feel diminish the hotel's value. The amenities, including quality in-room dining, also receive high praise.

Detailed Reviews
Lotte Hotel is hands down the best hotel in Seattle. First things first it’s a Korean brand so greetings are offered in Korean Anyoung haseyo! Arrival process is seamless with both valet and bellman at the ready to assist you. Lobby is up on the 16th floor. As you check in what’s your beverage of choice, bottled water, soda or champagne? The staff is professional, warm and welcoming. The restaurant and concierge are also on this floor. Back in the elevator to the room my room was on the 9th floor. The hallways are beautiful with vibrant colors and lush carpeting. Notice before you open your room the door is sealed. I liked that, it gave me a sense of assurance that no one had been in the room after in-house quality inspector was done inspecting it. With COVID upon us it’s great to see that Lotte is doing their due diligence. The room was beautiful. Mini bar, coffee/tea station. The keurig was one I haven’t seen before. The bathroom is very well done with a separation of the toilet and the shower. Great well lit vanity with mirrors all around and all the amenities you’ll need for a hotel stay. The room is a good size, a bench for your luggage, comfortable seating and a table as well as a comfortable reading chair by the window. Plenty of light with floor to ceiling windows. The TV is a good size and swivels out so that you can comfortably watch from the bed. Best part is there’s a large mirror on the opposite wall so even when you turn your back to the TV you can watch it on the mirror. Linens are what you’d expect of a luxury brand crisp for the beddings and soft and fluffy for the towels and bathrobes. No menu for the restaurant so I ordered the American breakfast that came with eggs your way, potatoes, thick crispy bacon, fresh fruit, toast, coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. Did I say yum! Something tells me I missed out as I didn’t stop by Charlotte the hotel’s restaurant on the 16th floor. I’ll be back!

Having stayed at the Lotte Palace Hotel in NYC, we were excited to try the newest property in the company’s collection. The hotel is centrally located in the business district and just blocks from Pike Place Market. When our taxi pulled up, a team of valet descended out of nowhere, like a ninja SWAT team, to welcome us, attend to our bags, open the doors and escort us to the elevator that would take us to the reception on the 16th floor. The elevators opened to a beautifully appointed reception area, bar and lounge. We approached the front desk, where Holly cheerfully welcomed us with a glass of champagne (always a plus) and an overview of the property, including spa services and menu. When we approached our room, we noticed a sanitary cleaning seal on the door to ensure no one had entered since the cleaning crew was there. The room was spotless, (the mom in me questions how this is possible with so many mirrored doors – not a fingerprint or water droplet in sight). We were stunned at the sheer size of our 2 room, corner suite. The rooms are larger than any I have seen in a downtown urban location and consisted of a master bedroom, living room (separated by a wall), 2 bathrooms and mini bar with small sink. The corner unit has floor to ceiling windows with a spectacular view of the city and waterfront. There are 2 things I look for in every hotel room – a coffee maker and a robe. This room exceeded both with a Nespresso machine, alongside Rishi tea (my favorite brand), and the softest robe I have ever donned. The sense of luxury continues to the bed - it dwarfs the Westin’s Heavenly bed in comfort and is draped with luxurious duvet and ample feather pillows, not the anemic pillows we normally have to fold in half to prop us up. The staff was incredibly attentive and responsive. There was a large wedding taking place during our stay but we didn’t feel any of the crowds, limited amenities or lack of attention from staff that often accompanies such large events. I would highly recommend this hotel for any personal or business stay while in Seattle.

Based on our recent experience, the new Lotte Hotel is by far the most luxurious hotel you could possibly stay at in Seattle. As soon as we arrived, we were graciously greeted by the staff and escorted to the reception where we were offered sparkling wine. The hotel atmosphere was very inviting. I was impressed with the high ceilings, bright colors, spectacular paintings and intricate designs. The room we stayed in was above expectations. It was spacious and pristine, decorated with marble tables and floor to ceiling mirrors. The bathroom was exceptional with a double sink and vanity unit, marble tiles and a rain shower system. Most importantly, the bed was very comfortable with down pillows and a luxurious, heavy down comforter covered with a linen duvet. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. GM Vic Caguindagan went out of his way to welcome us with a handwritten note and house-made delectable chocolates. These are the details you will not find anywhere else.
The Charlotte Restaurant was another highlight of our stay. The dinner was thoughtfully presented and the chef catered to our every request. Overall, My husband and I were more than pleased with our experience. We would gladly come back and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Everything was absolutely incredible. Jeremiah was most helpful and flexible throughout our planning, questions, changes, and last minute details!
The food was fantastic. All the upscale options were great to have and the kitchen did a perfect job crafting each mouth watering course in a timely fashion for hungry guests! Everyone enjoyed their meal and appreciated having several choices with each of our individual dietary restrictions.
Our wedding cake by Artis Kalsons was beautiful and perfect! We didn't want a traditional white wedding cake.. we love the PNW forests and used that as our I spiraling and theme for our tiny wedding. We sent several very different inspiration photos of cakes and left Artis with artistic lice se to "imagine and create." We were all actually impressed at how delicious and moist the cake was. You never know how beautiful it can be but lack in flavor/taste. Absolutely blown away. It wasn't too sweet, but it was plenty rich in flavor. We got the Devil's Chocolate with optional Raspberries and chocolate ganache frosting. We didn't intend to have leftover cake (neither of us are cake people), but nearly one week later, we aren't even close to having enough of it.
The private dining room setup was great; we had plenty of space on the tables and around them to move freely. The space is stunning for everyone: the view, elevation, privacy in the corner.
I wish I took photos of everything so I could share. I was set on having a great time and not being tied to my phone that I failed to take any photos at all on my phone.
The full hotel experience was also most welcoming. All the staff were accommodating, careful listeners, and generous with help. Our honeymoon suite was very nicely dressed with a lovely bottle of champagne from the hotel and chocolate covered strawberries. Artis' beautiful truffles were also a pleasant surprise; the design was also in line with our theme of greenery aand enchanted forest as it was colored green and white -- matched my bouquet perfectly without him even knowing my bouquet design! The staff prepared our "leftover" wine and cake for our room and we arrived to a most comfortable and relaxing room.
We couldnt recommend working with Lotte and Charlotte enough. I would absolutely consider putting together another event here.

+1
We stayed in the Presidential suite for one night to celebrate the holidays and our recent engagement, and I could not have imagined how perfect everything would be. From the moment we arrived, to even days later, we cannot stop talking about it.
First, the hotel is so brilliantly designed. The expansive lobby, the dining and bar areas, and the floor to ceiling glass make the entry to the hotel already a shock to what you might consider a Seattle hotel (we’ve stayed in many).
The staff texts beforehand to make sure you have everything you need (thank you Carolina and Jeff!) and plans for special occasions as a great friend would.
The presidential suite is the nicest room we have ever stayed in, normally we book the standard room (which from the pictures are just as beautiful). We had so much fun staying there, playing the piano, watching a movie on the huge TV, and eating a few meals in the dining area.
The in room service was so well prepared, and well presented, that we did not ever feel like we should go anywhere else.
Finally, throughout our stay we received a handwritten note from Victor, the manager, and such personal service from Cathy. We could not have had such a special time without these meaningful interactions.
Thank you to the Lotte Hotel for such a wonderful time. We cannot wait to come back.

My husband and I frequently stay in Seattle hotels for our night caps away from the kids. We have stayed in countless hotels (all of the hotels on 5th Avenue now, and some), this hotel was amazing. Everyone was incredibly nice, every single person who spoke to us was so sweet.. We were greated with sparkling wine or water, room was sealed and incredibly clean. The room also had gloves and hand sanitizer to take out and about, coffee maker, mini bar, snacks, screen automated lighting, thermostat, amazing view, and the bathrooms were gorgeous and so unique. We did get a couples massage, greeted with rosè. They gave us options of oils to choose from, the eucalyptus was my choice and was so nice! We also dined at the hotel. We each tried two different cocktails, the wagyu steak, smoked scallops, a salad and shared a dessert.. Everything we ordered was to die for and our server was so amazing. The bathroom in the restaurant was also very nice.
The entire time they made us feel like we were very important people to be there. I've never had such a good experience. Will definitely be going back (which we never do, we always pick new places, but I love this hotel)

I cannot praise Lotte Seattle enough. Upon arrival I took a hands free temp check, and then I was greeted by a lovely woman, who helped me with my bags and directed me to the front desk. At the front desk I was checked in and offered a beverage to kick off the staycation, and then brought to my room. The gorgeous view was the first thing you see when entering the room, next the bright, large and airy feel to the room, with great art! I also LOVED they had a personalized note with chocolate waiting for us! I ordered room service while I waited for my husband, it arrived quickly and the server was very respectful, entered with a mask and kept distance.
We had reservations at Charlotte that evening, we made the mistake of not arriving early to enjoy the bar, but the Manager Laura was more than happy to push back the reservation. We enjoyed a Soju Spritz ( YUM) and the bartender Toshi, happily made my husband his new favorite - a mezcal marg. We then moved to the dining room where we were welcomed by a warm, friendly and very professional server - Hibo. She was remarkable, we have talked about her service ever since. Her recommendations were delightful and spot on - BIG KUDOS to the Chef, Pastry Chef, and the Beverage Director Amanda Reed who came over with each cocktail, and chatted with us about the drink. The GM of the hotel, Victor, came over and chatted with us well . All the table touches really made us feel welcomed and important.
The whole experience was really top notch, and the level of hospitality felt so authentic.I will continue to visit Lotte and recommend friends who are visiting to stay. Hoping to return this Spring!

Lotte is a brand well known in Asia and one I had an opportunity to try in Seattle. They did not disappoint. Even during a pandemic when many domestic hotels skip the daily housekeeping and simple tasks like emptying your trash, Lotte did not. The staff was courteous, attentive but not overly consuming. I was extremely impressed by exemplary level of service and cleanliness of this property, and I have stayed in over 15 hotels during this pandemic. I will be back at Lotte in Seattle and be sure to visit their property in NY as well as search for their many properties when I visit Asia.

What a lovely surprise to find this gem of a hotel in downtown Seattle! First I must commend two people who went out of their way to assist me during my 6 night stay.
Sun Woo Park was just incredible! She is a true professional and totally understands the importance of customer service. She helped me resolve a few issues at the beginning of my trip and made my stay so memorable. She remembered me every day and followed up with anything I needed. What a shame we cannot clone her to work in every hotel in America. By far one of the best experiences I have ever had. She is an asset to this property and I hope they promote her or give her a raise asap....
Also, I want to commend Madi Manalo in the restaurant who was just spectacular! She helped me everyday with my breakfast and lunch, personally ensuring each meal was prepared to my liking, even delivering dinner herself to my room. She had great suggestions of other restaurants in Seattle as well as interesting parts of town to visit. She was supportive, professional and kind.
the hotel is beautifully designed by the man himself, Mr. Stark. Great design features, colors, textures and volumes throughout the property. Whimsical and clever details make this property truly unique.
I do want to mention a few areas that could use some improvement. The plants in the lobby are dying and need replacing. The pendant lamps and chandelier leading into the large main ballroom need cleaning and replacement bulbs. The furniture in all the common areas needs a good cleaning and all need to be repositioned and put back into their correct groupings and vignettes. the small lamps in the lounge and restaurant should be taken away since the shades are broken and some do not work.
The food portions in my opinion were too small considering the high prices they are charging in the restaurant. $14 to add chicken to an omelet is too high. I also do not agree with the idea of adding 20% tips automatically to every bill. I have not encountered that before in any major city or restaurant.
What would really make this hotel perfect is a hot tub/jacuzzi in the spa
thanks again!

Absolutely stunning hotel, whether it be the architecture or interior design. The restaurant is also sooooo beautiful, worth the trip for the view alone... The staff was second to none, and the general manager who we bumped into randomly was so kind and gracious, I could see why all the employees were seemed so happy and helpful. Downtown Seattle also looked so much better than the last time we were there, felt very safe, and had a blast.... This hotel is in the financial district, you are out of the fray and area feels really comfortable... The rooms are very tastefully done, a lot of care and thought went into them, luxurious is what word comes to mind. I highly recommend staying here, total gem of a hotel and restaurant/lounge, truly a world class establishment.
