I almost hesitate to write the glowing review I am about to, for fear that what’s feels like my great discovery’s secret will get out and threaten my chances of ever getting a reservation again. Top to bottom and side to side this luxury hotel checks all my boxes. Charm, Culture, & Calm. I want to go back at a time when Charlotte is open, but my room service breakfast was very very good. The staff was friendly, professional and approachable with an air of world class hospitality. My suite was stylish, comfortable, and quiet. I appreciate this concept and hope to come back for a visit very very soon. Thank You Hotel Lotte Staff and Management!

Kara and Sun Woo are shining stars on this five star property. This excellent hotel just simply makes you happy. You don’t want to leave, you want to stay and embrace all the warmth kindness, best service and beauty it has to offer. The staff, the food, the ambience, the decor is over the top. We had never heard of Lotte Hotel when my travel agent booked this so we were not sure what to expect. It exceeded our wildest expectations. The staff was lovely and accommodating. Sun Woo helped answer all our questions about the hotel amenities and Seattle sightseeing. The king junior suite was so bright and sunny with a wonderful bay view. The suite decor was just incredible- it was eclectic, contemporary and luxurious. We found it hard to leave this stunning suite. It had the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in at any 5 star hotel. This is the only Seattle hotel we would ever stay in!! We would definitely choose Lotte hotel anywhere they have a location. It is our new favorite luxury hotel brand. We absolutely loved it!!!

We had the most incredible stay and experience. From booking, to arrival, the stay and our departure. Hyejin made us feel welcomed and cared for. She remembered our names and the reason we were visiting and helped us feel very special. We will be in the area for the coming months and plan to stay at the Lotte Hotel. Had a chance to stay in the Lotte Hotel Seattle this past weekend and had a great stay! Walking in, I immediately recognized the pleasantly reminiscent smell of the Lotte Hotel that I had stayed in Busan, and am happy I came back to Lotte Hotel again because the staff was excellent and the room was huge with elegant touches. I interacted mostly with Hyejin, and her service was above and beyond as she was a joy to talk to as well as welcoming, professional, and very informative by giving us plenty of recommendations for coffee shops and restaurants in the area. She also made sure to email us the recommendations so we could review them in our own time. Thank you, Hyejin, for making our stay perfect!

We had the best stay from the beginning to end! We were greeted by the sweetest concierge, HyeJin, who was very kind and answered all of our questions with a smile! The spa and steam room was lovely to use (24 hours!) The restaurant has a whole vibe and delicious HyeJin also helped us check out and they were accommodating in holding our bags while we explored the city :) will definitely come back again!

It was a luxurious stay. The design of the rooms is great, and the front desk and concierge service were so lovely. Hyejin found some of the best restaurants for us while we were there, and was always ready to help us with anything!
