This Courtyard is very special, an older building lovingly updated. The rooms are modern, clean and large. We heard absolutely no noise from neighbours as the building is solid and built to last forever. The hotel has all the usual Courtyard amenities. The front staff are efficient and correct. The train to the airpots is only one block away, the...

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. I am happy to hear you enjoyed the hotel and I appreciate the kind comments regarding the staff. The homeless issue in downtown Seattle is unfortunate, however we do have security personel within the building. Furthermore, all of our elevators require a guest room key to gain access to the...

Cool historic hotel that lives up to Courtyard brand and standards. Rooms are nice and clean, some rooms have good views. Decent location but near a lot of social services so can be seedy. The restaurant like most courtyards leaves something to be desired.

Super clean, very efficient and very affordable compared to others I have stayed at in Seattle. Location is perfect for going to the game, waterfront, or the Pike's Place market, total walking distance to everything! Desk staff were amazing and nice, totally efficient. Room was small but very well designed so it didn't feel that way at all. Lovely stay,...

Top location, huge suite rooms that are modern and nicely renovated, friendly and knowledgeable staff...would recommend for business or leisure including families. Valet was fast. Definitely a go to for staying downtown.

This was my first trip to Seattle. The location of the hotel was really convenient for us. We walked to everything. The waterfront wasn't a terrible walk, and we even headed to Pike's and over to the space needle. Those are relatively longer walks but we were never quite in a hurry and leisurely strolled. My boyfriend was able to...

Location, Location!!! This hotel is in walking distance to almost everything! Stadiums, Pike Market, restaurants, bars, brewery! You name and you can walk to it! But if your not a walker the buses and underground trolleys are around the corner. The hotel is very nice and modern. Rooms are large with a small sitting area. They also have a microwave,...

Thank you for your review! Our location is great for someone attending a game or sightseeing in Seattle. The light rail system now goes to the University of Washington so if you are attending a Husky's game you have easy access to that stadium too. We look forward to your next visit! Regards, David

We came for a few nights to watch the Seahawks beat Philidephia. The hotel is just 5 blocks from the stadium. The rooms were great and we had a room facing the bay. We were able to watch the ferries come and go all day. Staff were so nice and friendly too

I was staying here for business and had an early flight. When I arrived rooms were not ready for check in. The front desk staff offered to take my bags and showed me where I could work until my room was ready and verified my phone number. When the room was ready they walked my luggage to me and had...

I am a big fan of the Marriott brand but I was a bit underwhelmed by this hotel. It is clean and comfortable - the wifi is free and at a good speed. But there are lots of elements that make it feel like a budget hotel. Paper cups and plastic stirrers for the coffee in the rooms, no real...

Marriott Courtyard restored bank property in Pioneer Square which is a happening place in Seattle. So much new construction and interesting buildings. This property is nicely done with very comfortable beds and nice linens. My room which was a mini-suite was spacious and well appointed with a semi-kitchen, utensils, plates, toaster, cook top and fridge. The in-house restaurant (The Bistro)...

Thank you for your review! I am happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and the hotel met your needs. We have about 25 of those Studio Suites you stayed in, they are great for long term stay guests.
