This was my first trip to Seattle. The location of the hotel was really convenient for us. We walked to everything. The waterfront wasn't a terrible walk, and we even headed to Pike's and over to the space needle. Those are relatively longer walks but we were never quite in a hurry and leisurely strolled. My boyfriend was able to... More

Location, Location!!! This hotel is in walking distance to almost everything! Stadiums, Pike Market, restaurants, bars, brewery! You name and you can walk to it! But if your not a walker the buses and underground trolleys are around the corner. The hotel is very nice and modern. Rooms are large with a small sitting area. They also have a microwave,... More

Thank you for your review! Our location is great for someone attending a game or sightseeing in Seattle. The light rail system now goes to the University of Washington so if you are attending a Husky's game you have easy access to that stadium too. We look forward to your next visit! We came for a few nights to watch the Seahawks beat Philidephia. The hotel is just 5 blocks from the stadium. The rooms were great and we had a room facing the bay. We were able to watch the ferries come and go all day. Staff were so nice and friendly too

I was staying here for business and had an early flight. When I arrived rooms were not ready for check in. The front desk staff offered to take my bags and showed me where I could work until my room was ready and verified my phone number. When the room was ready they walked my luggage to me and had... I am a big fan of the Marriott brand but I was a bit underwhelmed by this hotel. It is clean and comfortable - the wifi is free and at a good speed. But there are lots of elements that make it feel like a budget hotel. Paper cups and plastic stirrers for the coffee in the rooms, no real... More

Marriott Courtyard restored bank property in Pioneer Square which is a happening place in Seattle. So much new construction and interesting buildings. This property is nicely done with very comfortable beds and nice linens. My room which was a mini-suite was spacious and well appointed with a semi-kitchen, utensils, plates, toaster, cook top and fridge. The in-house restaurant (The Bistro)... More

I have stayed at this property several times for personal and business trips. I have also hosted two events here. I was back this weekend and the staff did not disappoint! They were consistently friendly and helpful. Angela in the back office was especially helpful - she has great customer service and really made sure we had everything we needed!

Stayed here a view nights on a work trip. Standard hotel nothing special. Rooms are 2.5 star and pillows are to soft. Depending on what way you walk from the hotel you may end up in some shady parts of town. Seattle has really gone to crap. Stay on 2nd and it is fine. You can also walk 2nd towards... More

Seattle was a Sunny City on my days there while I was inside Courtyard Pioneer Square. Warm atention and very good organization. Remarkable. Placed in a strategic point of the City you can take short walking to visit, for instance, the lovely and unforgettable Market Place.

This Hotel has big spacious rooms with comfy beds. It is central to everything you want to see and do in Seattle. The Hotel bistro serves great food and reasonable prices. The front desk staff cant do enough whether you require extra ammenities or just advice on somewhere close to eat they cant do enough.
