This was my first time visiting and staying in Seattle with my Family. The location was so easy to get to from the highway, immediately was impressed with the staff, the parking garage within the building, and keycard access in elevators made everything feel very secure. Stayed in a spacious room at a great price that was very clean. On top of that, the swimming pool inside was great with the kids. We'll definitely return to this hotel in the future.

The price was right and the location was great for our first trip to Seattle. We were given a room on the 5th floor with a nice view of the Space Needle. There was definitely signs of wear and tear in our room. The door had a lot of scratches and the walls inside were scuffed as well. We had a king bed and it was extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the separate duvets. I didn't really like the layout of the bathroom--you couldn't put the tubmat down and close the door without the towel moving with the door. I never use tubs at hotels, but our room had a standing shower only. There is a mandatory $10/day "fee" and you must spend it at the fridge at the front desk, at the bar, or at the little coffee shop. I tried to get coffee a few times, but the line was always super long. I only ever saw one barista. They seemed to be serving Kirkland brand coffee which is fine, but in a place like Seattle that has world class coffee, why serve Costco coffee? Oh, and the $10 doesn't roll over...one day we got 10 $1 string cheeses just to spend the money. I'm not so mad at the resort fee, but I did feel like I was paying for things that I didn't use like the pool, fitness center. Anywayz, this was an ok stay. If I brought my dog, I might rank it a bit higher, but I can't speak to that. I saw a number of dogs though, as this is an extremely dog friendly hotel. We didn't bring a car and walked and took public transit everywhere. The hotel is close to the Seattle Center (Climate Pledge Arena, Space Needle, MoPop, etc.) and you can easily get downtown via the numerous buses and monorail @ Seattle Center. There's a lovely coffee shop a few blocks away (Hagen Roasters) that we would grab coffee from and then catch the bus. It's an expensive uber ride from the airport, but ~$6 via bus/Link. There's a number of pluses, but I'll probably look to stay elsewhere next time.

Very dog friendly, wonderful room and very friendly staff. Only stayed one night but plan on going back soon! We had a problem with our room key at first but the staff were quick to resolve it. The $10 credit for their cafe was also very nice! Great view of the Space Needle too!
