We had a great stay at this hotel. It's new and clean. The longest we walked was 20 minutes (very very slowly) to the Space Needle. The Andare continental breakfast is quite good at $19, but don't eat dinner there. Servings are so tiny that it came to $1 per gnocchi for my meal. A 5-year-old would have been hungry after that dinner. Had to supplement our meals with the most amazing flatbread in the Market upstairs. Overall, really enjoyed our stay.
My husband and I took a vacation to Seattle and stayed here at the Hyatt Regency. There really is nothing negative to say... Hotel is in a great location - close to restaurants both inside and outside the hotel, a short walk to the Light Rail and monorail, and great views of the city and Mt Rainier. It is very clean from the public areas and in the rooms. There are a few in-hotel options for food... we used the Marketplace as our stop for breakfast and tried out Andare for a to-go dinner in our room. Both are reasonably priced and have great food. There are also plenty of places to walk to or that will deliver to the hotel. The room itself is well laid out with a very comfortable king size bed, plenty of room (for a downtown city hotel), and great view. Water bottles were included too. Wish there were a few more drawers to keep clothes, but it was not too bad. We also had a great view of Mt Rainier. We did not hit up the gym, but did peak in and it is large and has a good amount of equipment. Keep in mind, at least when we went, that room cleaning is every 4th day but you can adjust. We kept it as is, but sometimes the garbage can pile up a little with smaller bins but larger to-go containers and water bottles to recycle. My only 'complaint' would be to Andare - you give the option to call in take-out or room service but then no one picks up the phone. We tried late one night (around 8:30) but when someone finally picked up after about 3 tries and 25 rings each, we were told they were too busy to do take-out. No problem - I get it and appreciate the honesty. We tried again on another night and no one picked up. Went downstairs to see if they were swamped, and it was not too bad. Was able to order to-go with the host, and food was ready in under an hour. The only nice thing about calling is being able to go downstairs only once to pick up rather than back and forth a few times. We didn't get to do everything we planned, so definitely will be back and will use Hyatt Regency again.…
Wonderful hotel. Spacious room and bath, complimentary robe and slippers, and good restaurants. Requests for additional items and restaurant room service were dealt with promptly. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The staff were helpful and very kind. The rooms were clean and safe. They respected my Privacy. It was quiet and dark during the night. I would highly recommend staying at the Hyatt Regency Seattle!!!
We checked in at our hotel fairly late and found that the hotel had run out of the reserved rooms and had us upgraded to the suite. Any questions and concerns were addressed in the main lobby. The view and restrooms were fantastic
The Hyatt Regency Seattle was clean and comfortable with all the amenities one would need on a business or pleasure stay. The staff were very professional and courteous. The rooms of this establishment are well appointed with the creature comforts one would expect. Express check-in and check-out through the World of Hyatt app make arrival and departure quick and streamlined, which is helpful when traveling for business with a busy schedule.
The environment is good, and the staff with good manner. The hotel's network is good and you can surf the Internet at any time, and it is relatively safe. Places to rest are also provided in common areas.
My stay was an average stay and average conveniences. The food was either really expensive or not very good. For most of my daily needs, they were met but I would of much rather had more options for breakfast and the dinner selections were easy to go away from the hotel.
Great hotel. Central to what we wanted to do after meetings - Pkes Market, Space Needle, Chihula Glass Museum. Plenty of coffee shops nearby with drug store only a block away. Very friendly staff. Conceirge was very helpful and made great recommendations.
Love the digital key and digital check-in process, it makes arrival and departure quick and painless. Also, I appreciate the safety features of the elevator which makes me feel safer traveling alone as I frequently do.
