This was my second stay at a Moxy property (the other was in London), and I love the concept. Yes, the rooms are basic (no mini-bar, safety deposit box, coffee/tea making facilities, wardrobe, stationery or ironing board, which is available in the hallway), but for many…
We actually loved this hotel. The concepts are great and although the room is small, it’s functional and corky. Free coffee in the morning and drink upon arrival. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Seattle.

I'm not the typical demographic to enjoy this hotel being a woman in my 50's. I don't like the stuffiness of a traditional Marriott and steer toward the W's and Alofts. I was excited when I found the Moxy in Seattle. Love the décor, could care less that a bartender is…
Terrible customer service!!! Absolutely no consideration for guests at all. Room barely has any amenities (not even a plastic cup), so refrain yourself from booking with this hotel! Make your money worth it and book somewhere else.

"I had a top floor room and could hear street noise."
"The Moxy was so new when we stayed, our taxi driver had no clue. Be sure to have the street address handy."
"ask for a room with a normal window if you don't want to feel trapped...unless you want it dark and quiet to sleep well."
"Ask about the view...we looked out on a rooftop. Not a big deal but good to ask"
