We spent three nights in Seattle at this large B&B in one of the lower floor rooms. The room was large and quiet. Pleasant personal attention from Darryl (manager/owner). The surrounding area includes a nice mix of residential streets and restaurants and clubs. Parking is either in the premises or nearby streets and was not a problem. Volunteer Park with...

It's a big house very well situated in downtown Seattle ..but not runed by the owners..it managed in a cold way by a person in charge of housekeeping. Didn't feel really like at home there ..rooms don't seems to be really clean..and the breakfast is pretty poor ..muffin & a cup of fruits . We are not desapointed, but we...

I booked our family get-away a few months prior to summer holidays, and I was impressed from the start by Darryl's attention to detail, and customer care-- he called me as soon as I made my online booking to clarify a question. An email would have sufficed. When we arrived, our rooms were ready-- we took over the carriage house...

My husband and I stayed here for two nights in the clipper room. We were a block away from a bus stop to pikes place market and all the tourist attractions. The place was clean and had great character. Darryl was helpful when we asked him for assistance. The breakfast didn't sell the place which made us hesitant. But really...

My girlfriend and I spent a couple nights at the Bacon Mansion, and we'll be sure to stay there next time we visit Seattle. The location makes it a great "home base" for exploring the cities sites. The every route we used to and from the mansion was pleasant and scenic. A myriad of great shops and restaurants were nearby....

The Bacon Mansion was recommended by a friend. We stayed in the large Emerald Room located in the lower level of the mansion. The room was nicely finished, quite and very clean. Darren was a pleasant host and the family style continental breakfast around a large table was a wonderful opportunity to interact with the other guests. The homemade muffins...

The Bacon Mansion is a nice home. It is an old home with older decor. Our bathroom had been updated but not cleaned very well. There is more house noise b/c it is an older house. If you don't mind dust on the baseboards and older matresses you will be fine. I love a crisp, clean spot to settle with...

I stayed in the Rose Room for one night on a Saturday (note that most B&Bs don't do single nights on a weekend, but Daryl happened to have a room open for that one night). The house is beautiful and wonderfully decorated with antiques. My room was a perfect size for one (it might have been a little cramped for...

This elegant mansion in north Capitol Hill offered us a small, inexpensive room (large, fancy rooms are available as well) that was very comfortable and homey. We stayed in the Lavender Room, up in the former attic, next to the tiny-doored (Hobbit-sized!) Cabin Room. Both roooms are comfortable enough for two once you enter. The rest of the house is...
