My Husband and I stayed at Georgetown Inn for 3 nights during out trip to Seattle. We are from the East Coast and flew to San Francisco and drove up to Seattle. This hotel was in our budget and in a great location.
Spotless throughout, great staff, clean rooms--nothing to complain about there. There were some quaint features:
1. drug deals in the parking lot across the street
2. homeless bedded down a block north

It's always a joy to stay here, staff is top notch at a reasonable price, security is a top priority, the oldest neighborhood in Seattle, a couple blocks away the old rainier brewery, restaraunts, lounges, small shop's and a blue collar artsy environment.
This hotel was amazing! It is unique & funky and located in a really fun area of Seattle. All of the products provided in room are Eco-friendly and all of the products in the common area where breakfast is served are biodegradable, including the utensils!...More
