The staff is friendly and helpful
The establishment is clean
Free parking is on the premises.
I suggest asking for a room not facing a street...It was a noisy overnight facing Corson Ave.
A breakfast of a nice muffin and good coffee is provided to guests
The rate is costly for the neighborhood in my opinion.

I stayed at the Georgetown Inn in both Jan and Feb for 1 night each time. The Inn is older, however the staff are all friendly and the rooms are clean and comfy and the property has been well maintained. I stayed there while my husband was being treated at the Seattle Puget Sound VA which is only about 2 1/2 miles away which makes it optimal for visiting families. For those of you using Uber or Lyft, it’s just about a $10.00 ride.

Our 1 night stay at the Georgetown Inn worked out perfectly for our 2 day trip to Seattle. The property had a updated feel and local flavor to it. The location was easily accessible from I-5 less than 10 min drive to T-Mobile Field for the Mariners game we attended, close to the International District, Pioneer Square and the Pike Street Market. Our king suite was clean, roomy and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely keep the Georgetown Inn on our radar for future visits.

One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. For the price, this is a great place to stay and there are amazing places to eat within walking distance; one of our favorite places was the Pig Iron....so delicious! This is a great place for the price and my only suggestion would be to add coffee pots in the rooms! Thank you Georgetown Inn and we will be staying with you again soon.....

We stayed at the Georgetown Inn while visiting family nearby. It is situated in a little hip enclave, Georgetown, sporting many bars, restaurants and breweries. The Georgetown Inn is reasonably priced, tidy, has a free laundromat and grab and go breakfast. Beds are comfortable, wifi works, and the coffee is good! But OUTSTANDING was the front-desk help and hospitality. The young woman in charge went above and beyond to help us in every way—with laundry, recommendations, printing, extra pillows, everything. She really does a wonderful job and we are grateful!

I picked this for the location to the ballpark and free parking. It had both of those. But the bed in the room wasn't comfortable, and it felt like a sketchy part of town. Free breakfast was just a couple of rolls cut into pieces.

For the price I should have stayed a bit farther out of town.

Okay, first of all, the staff was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and nice, and made us feel welcome and cared for. Second, the hotel was immaculate. The room and lobby were very clean. It might be an older building, but it has been well maintained and there's a sense of care that went into the maintenance. Nothing is fancy, but everything is done with care. These two aspects made us feel very much at home and comfortable.

We knew what to expect before we arrived, which is that the hotel is in an industrial area next to busy roads. We asked for a quiet room, and it WAS quiet! While there is road noise during the day, I had no trouble sleeping at night. I've had trouble sleeping at hotels in downtown Seattle due to emergency vehicle noises and people yelling on the street. In Georgetown it was quiet at night. This was an unexpected plus. I am very sensitive to sound.

Georgetown was quirky and fun, and we would never have stopped here but for the hotel. We ate a delicious dinner at Uncle Eddie's Public House nearby, and we have plans to have Taiyaki when we return. It's an industrial neighborhood, sure, but it felt relatively safe. We even went for a family walk in the evening.

We are planning to stay here again the next time we visit the Seattle area. Georgetown Inn is a find! :-)

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at this family owned hotel, and once again it was wonderful! The entire property is very clean, the beds and linens are really comfortable, there’s complimentary coffee and hot tea available all day and nice pastries and fruit every morning. And if that’s not enough — they charge only $1 for a cold bottle of water ! Also, I understand there’s complimentary laundry but I’ve not used it yet. The desk clerks are very pleasant and accommodating, we very much enjoyed getting familiar with Ethan and Trin. We also enjoy the nice restaurants located within walking distance of the hotel. We’ll definitely continue to stay at the Georgetown Inn during our twice per year visit to Seattle. Great place, no frills, but otherwise excellent !! Thank you, Georgetown Inn. See you again, Laura and Bob Foster ;-)

This was our second stay at the Georgetown Inn and again, we were very pleased with the experience. The desk personnel were friendly and always helpful. The room and facility was very clean and neat. The Inn is within walking distance of all that Georgetown offers. The continental breakfast was simple with fruit, coffee, yogurt, and pastries. My wife and I definitely recommend the hotel.

The Georgetown Inn was affordable, clean and comfortable. We were in town for a concert at T-Mobile park and it was a $15 cab ride over.
Parking at the hotel was secure and there were plenty of food choices and fun boutique type shops around the corner.
The continental breakfast was tasty and the coffee was hot and ready when we woke up.
All the staff we interacted with were very polite, friendly and helpful.
I recommend the Georgetown Inn!

Not sure about light rail but Bus 124 will take you straight into the city and the stop is just across the road from the Georgetown Inn, 3 minute walk. Trip takes around 18 minutes. Hope this helps.
