Clean comfortable room, close to everything with lots to do within walking distance to the hotel. Free Parking, continental breakfast, free wi fi. Stayed two nights, will go back for sure. Friendly staff, a bit of noise from the neighboring scrap yard, but did not prevent us from falling asleep. All in All, the best deal in the area. Either staying in town, or a short hop to Downtown Seattle/ A real short walk to a lot of good restaurants, breakfast at Square Knot Diner, steak and eggs, delicious.

So glad I read the reviews on Trip Advisor. Georgetown Inn is a great choice for an economical stay in Seattle. Lower end of price range for Seattle. Rooms are comfortable. Not fancy, but updated and very clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Good location - though not downtown, it is a quick drive away. In an industrial area, but within walking distance of the old Georgetown neighborhood with shops, restaurants, and bars. Free, basic breakfast with breads, muffins, cereals, yogurt, juice, fresh fruit, coffee. Will not hesitate to return.

First off, i won't pretend that this is on the same level as luxury hotels. There are some noise issues, it's in an industrial part of town, if you're not doing things in Georgetown it's not the most convenient location, etc. BUT - man, I live in Washington on the other side of the mountains and go to Seattle enough for business where i'm staying in a hotel multiple times a year. I've stayed all over, and while staying downtown is nice (love to walk to Pike Place, etc), there isn't a better deal in Seattle that provides you with everything you want. And even though this price range is probably best described as mid-range - it truly is budget for Seattle (not enough beds, especially during certain times of years, Seattle hotels can be very expensive). The hotel itself is a remodeled older hotel along the lines of chain motels (think super 8). Beds are comfy, bathrooms clean - there's really nothing fancy to write about (nor complain about, unless you really want to insta your cool room - these rooms aren't that cool). But there's wifi (that's free, something that always bugs me at the luxury hotels where they make you sign up for a program or pay), free on-site, easy to access parking, a fridge in the room, delicious coffee always available by the check in, and a nice spread of simple breakfast in the morning, featuring some great local items like Ellenos Yogurt. The check in area is always playing great tunes, staff is friendly - super friendly. On two different occasions have been with folks who have accidentally left items in their rooms - and both times the cleaning staff alerted the front desk who called us to let us know so we could return to retrieve them. This is the only hotel this has happened to me - if something is left behind it's usually considered a goner. And there are lots of great restaurants, bars and fun stores in Georgetown - so it's a good place to stay, even if it's not your top choice. And it's easy to get downtown (bus lines, uber, etc).

We found the Georgetown Inn as a more reasonably priced inn than the Courtyard Lake Union where we have stayed thru the years when visiting our son in Seattle. It is clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly and customer service oriented. It is much closer to the airport and our son’s business, Can Bar in White Center. The inn is on a busy street and as a result is a bit noisy. We both agree we will return to the inn during future visits.

Thought we'd be staying closer to downtown Seattle (my bad for not reading things properly or looking at map), however we stuck at it and turns out Georgetown and the Georgetown inn are wonderful. Great parking with easy access to the highway and easy enough to hop in a uber to downtown (about 15 mins away). There is also a bus which takes about 30 mins but you need the exact change. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfy and well appointed and the bed was massive. Hotel had some really thoughtful and useful touches like free US stamps, a groovy lobby playlist, free washing and ruddy good coffee on the breakfast buffet. Street traffic can be noisy but calms down in the evening. Take your earplugs if you want to have a lie in! Really good value for money as Seattle is EXPENSIVE and we managed to see everything we wanted without paying through the nose or feeling hemmed in, in busy downtown. They can also be flexible with their availability too. Turns out we were super glad we ended up in GTown. It was quirky had some great bars and restaurants nearby and a superbly odd Metal/ Rock festival which we randomly happened upon. If you end up missing dinner or takeaway closing time because you're having too much fun hanging in the local bars, the Shell garage across the road has a good hot food selection! Try the Tacquitos!
