This is my first tripadvisor review because I felt so strongly about this dump! Myself and my friend got into town late and had no where to stay, most decent places were booked out due to a food festival, ended up booking into to the eversprings! Over priced, cigarette burns on my blanket, musty smell in the rooms, filthy in... More

This place has no redeeming qualities I can think of whatsoever. How come one can't give zero stars on here?.. One star feels terribly generous.. If the new management represents themselves the way they have, I cringe (and become even more nauseated) to think of what the old management was like. The biggest tragedy of this place to me is... We got into town late afternoon on July 16, found no hotels available due to events going on. After driving around and calling places, we called Everspring and Lo! they had a room - amazing. Found out quickly why rooms were still available. Charging $65 was highway robbery - it wasn't even worth $25. Our room had a busted entry... More

I stayed here several weeks. This is not your "normal" inn. It is very dirty, the towels are threadbare. There are no heaters in the rooms, you have to ask for a room heater. There are bed bugs in some of the rooms. There are burn marks on the sinks and tubs (I was in several rooms). The water temperature... More

Well I have stayed here before and it seemed like a real nice atmosphere. It did have it's problems but the staff were making sure it was safe place. Now I recently went back and it said it was under new management. They raised the prices. Not good as far as customer service, there was blood on my sheets and I... More

You cant beat the value and the motel sits in a great location just minutes from downtown Seattle. I paid a daily rate of $45 + tax and stayed for 5 days. The front desk management presented themselves extremely professional and were very friendly & courteous, the room was clean and in good order. The Everspring Inn is definately a... More

Worst hotel I ever stayed at. The carpet was covered with burns, the blinds were missing slats, a scary place.

The Everspring is the best seedy motel in Seattle. The rooms are decent and clean enough, the price is negotiable ($50 seems to be the best rate available), the staff is friendly and attentive, and the building is secure. The problem is that the Everspring is dressed up to appear as if it should be compared to places like Days... More
