This was the best hotel that I have ever stayed in they have an amazing brockets and the no refund after 10 minutes just makes it the best hotel that I have ere been to. I also thought the rooms had a nice homey feel.

This motel is exactly what you pay for. If you are looking for something cheap, just for the night, this is a good place for you. If you want to stay a couple of days, I would not recommend it. I stayed here 2 days and I wasn't there long. Just to sleep. They offer breakfast but there is nothing really good in the breakfast. The rooms are very small as well.

More affordable than most motels in the neighborhood. Close enough for reasonable commutes to downtown. Some pros: * biggest TV I've ever had in a motel room by far * rooms are plenty big * bathroom is plenty big * more hot water than I knew what to do with * two big, very absorbent towels per person * enough complimentary body soap/shampoo * interesting pillows -- three/bed -- of reasonable size * generally, plenty of parking * easy-to-access; easy-to-downtown * nice selection of reasonably-priced snacks in motel lobby * wifi worked fine from room 121; seemed to be 3 repeaters However, there are cons: * Five day stay, beds were made on arrival and one other day * Towels refreshed just a few times * Front desk sort of accepted all this as "that's the way it is" * NO REFUNDS, approximately ever * Pay in advance * It's not the most spic-and-span of a lodging experience * It is NOT new or recent construction; the fit-and-finish is decidedly older * Not very many restaurants very close by (only important if you don't have a vehicle) * Pepsi machine was $2.75 for the 17-20 ounce plastic bottle * Supplied bar soap was thin and fragile * The experience is just not very 'snazzy', overall * Nighttime vehicular traffic and train noise was a bit high * Saturday night revelry noise was quite high, until 2am Was it filthy? no. Did I expect my bed to be made for $76/night? yes. LIkewise, towels refreshed in some way? yes. Did I expect front desk to be a bit sympathetic? yes. Were they? no. I'm not just frugal on these sorts of trips; I am downright cheap. Tight. A skinflint. So, the stay was OK for me, although disappointing in the aspect of no bedmaking. Caveat emptor in a good way.

I stay here regularly. Is it super clean? No, I usually see dust bunnies. Is it clean enough? Yes. It's a no frills motel. It's safe, there's decent wifi, the sheets are clean and it's cheap. If you're scared by the negative reviews, don't be. It's all about expectations. This is not a 5 star hotel nor is it trying to advertise itself that way. But it's a completely reasonable place to stay if you're worried about the budget. It can be a little noisy -trucks and trains, the area is industrial - but not overly so IMO. Although not walkable to downtown, it is a great location for getting there cheaply.

This motel appeared as a good option to crash for the night while driving through Washington. The cost wasn’t too bad. We arrived later in the evening, but found rooms still available. Upon entering our room we noticed that it was plain and had not been cleaned well in a while. There was thick dust that hadn’t been disturbed in a while. The carpets dirtied white wash cloths with a single swipe. The shower had a moldy ceiling and the soap holder was moldy as well. The noise level at this place was one of the worst I’ve experienced. It seems there are long-term guests and they do not care if they are being too loud in their upstairs room. The morning front desk staff did not care about the room being dirty. I would stay away from this motel.

Only one complaint: Two of the towels had a stain on them, so maybe they don't use bleach on their laundry, and they probably should...? (I'm going to assume that's what it is). BUT the tv had tons of channels, which I liked, and the room had a microwave and mini fridge, which was also a pleasant surprise. I also really liked how the chair and table were set up right in front of a mirror on the wall, and for the first time in my life I felt like I had a vanity to do my make up at, so that was really convenient. Loved the parking situation. Also, needed a wake up call at 6AM and that worked just fine as well. Slept fine, tub was a good size. I'd stay again.

Filthy rooms, loud neighborhood which would be understandable for downtown but there is also a train that choo-choos by every 30 minutes throughout the night. Strangers kept knocking at my door. Tenants, who seemed to be living there long term, stayed outside talking and drinking most of the night. I was scheduled to stay 2 nights but I scurried out of there the next morning even though the manager refused to issue a refund for the 2nd night.

We spent two nights at La Hacienda and although it doesn't look wildly exciting from the outside, our room was clean, reasonably sized and the serve yourself breakfast included pancakes and maple syrup, a choice of three cereals, toast and fresh fruits. The manager was very welcoming and helpful, answering all our questions and making helpful suggestions. We were about a 20 minute Uber ride from down town and the price we paid would've been a third of what we would've paid in town. There's a great eating spot up the road which the manager recommended and we really enjoyed. Thanks, La Hacienda.

This hotel is an older property about 3 miles south of downtown Seattle. Although this motel is overpriced for what you get, it is a lot cheaper than nicer hotels about 4 miles north. Seattle hotels have become ridiculously expensive in recent years. The La Hacienda is fine for a place to crash if you are attending a concert or sporting event in (south) downtown Seattle, but this motel is like a very tired Motel 6. On a positive note, there are a couple of cool bars and restaurants nearby and the staff is very friendly.

This could have been a 5 because of the price, location and it is pet friendly. At first glance this looks great. It is in an industrial neighbor hood close to Georgetown. Unfortunately we found little ants crawling over or things.
