Perfect location, close to everything. Perfect room, clean and spacious. Perfect check in experience, was able to get into our room early, very friendly and accommodating staff. Everything about our stay at the Paramount was perfect.

I had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. After providing feedback directly to them, I received a very nice note from the manager. This kind of personal touch seems characteristic of the operation generally. In addition to all that, I found it to be an affordable option in an otherwise expensive city for accommodations. I’d very gladly stay here again.

We stayed at the Paramount Hotel Seattle 3 nights- 1 night before flying to Iceland and 2 nights when we returned. Both times, the staff when we arrived were great at greeting us and getting us situated in our room. Our room was really great both times- roomy enough for the 2 of us, with the best bed! Because we were traveling, we were really tired, so the bed was the most important- you just melt into these beds! And the pillows were great too, not these hard lumpy ones, but pillows that form around your head. So the room was great! But what stands out with this hotel were the staff! Not just nice and efficient, all the staff were familiar with the city and things to do and how to get there. Every restaurant recommended by the staff was good! And they gave great directions. The hotel is centrally located so walking anywhere in the tourist area was easy, including Pikes Market and the Space Needle.

Had a lovely wedding weekend with > 30 rooms and suites filled with out of town wedding guests, bringing 1000s in revenue to this hotel. The disappointment came after returning home. A lamp in one suite was poorly placed on a table that was clearly too small to hold the lamp. One guest of the suite accidentally bumped it off the table as the shade was greater in size than the table. This was all explained to the front desk, and an offer was made to make some sort of restitution, assuming that the hotel would at least feel somewhat responsible for placing an over sized lamp on a too small table. Clearly they felt none of that, they felt no gratitude for the revenue generated by the bevy of guests, and they felt no compassion for over taxed family members. Today the news was delivered by one of the hotel personnel, that we owed them $875.00 for the total cost of the lamp, which I am relatively certain they did not actually pay for that lamp. They could not even see their way to share in the cost/blame for the accident, nor did they appreciate the business brought their way, even though the “wedding block” rate was the same as the rate on travelocity or orbitz. Disappointed, is all there is to say.

We were traveling for my medical care. The staff was awesome, the room was great and the location was perfect. That combined with a killer price and we will DEFINITELY stay again. Thank you Paramount!
