It’s always a pleasure for me to stay at The Alexis Royal Sonesta Hotel Seattle. To always be welcomed by one of the friendliest and knowledgeable reception staffs is a treasure and a bonus in today’s hospitality industry. From the “little things” that are so accommodating and make you feel special, to the best advice about the city, good conversation, and cozy suites, I always feel right at home. If you want a prime location with amazing views of the waterfront or you’re visiting iconic Pike Place Market (all within walking distance, by the way), I highly recommend this hotel as an excellent choice for your next staycation. Thank you Christina, Ben, Melody, Meka, Jillian, Sven, and Kevin for always showing what true hospitality is all about!!! You all are truly a gem!

Hotel's Favorite
My family and I traveled to Seattle for the first time and fell in love. The Alexis Royal Sonesta was a huge part of that. Everyone at the front desk were so kind and accommodating specifically Christine, Evan and Juan. The hotel is a wonderful location within walking distance to so much of what Seattle has to offer. We had adjoining rooms that were nicely appointed and wanted for nothing. We will definitely return!

Hello Sanger - So appreciate the note. Evan and Co. are all rock stars and have had their share of challenges keeping up with the rules and regulations of the Covid crisis. Great to read of their help. The location of the Alexis has always been a positive. We are within walking distance of pretty much everything you would want and if not - we will get you there. Come back soon and see what we have in store once the city is rocking again!

Where should i begin. My girlfriend and her sister had a girls last minute getaway trip planned to this lovely hotel. Given that we had a previous death in our family's this was a much needed last minute getaway for my girlfriend and her sister. Meka at the front desk took care of some last minute gift items to be placed in the room , and went above and beyond to make sure that they had the best experience ever while staying at this hotel. Meka thank you soo much for your excellent customer service and up beat attitude to make sure you took care of my last minute items. I would highly recommend this hotel and great job Meka for your outstanding customer service !

Meeka, Meeka, Meeka is the absolute best and the hotel is exceptional! From the moment we arrived, Meeka from the front desk made us feel like family. She knew my name and remembered me calling for information months prior to making the reservation. Meeka and Alice were aware we were celebrating my fiancé’s birthday! They sent an excellent gift to our suite so we could kick his birthday the right way. Meeka gave us a quick overview of the area and advised us of great places to eat. Meeka told us the main streets to walk without encountering so many hills! My fiancé wanted a hotel room that was very different and he was wowed when he saw our suite! This made me and him very happy. The suites are so spacious and very clean! Everything we wanted to experience and eat was within walking distance. This is just an immaculate hotel with a superb team that we will definitely stay at again! Thanks, Meeka, Alice, and staff for making us feel at home and such an amazing experience for us both!!! You all were our sunshine through the rain in Seattle. Keep doing an amazing job!!!

We enjoyed our lovely 3- night stay! The whole experience was made all the more special by Meka, who made us so feel welcome and cared for. She is a warm and bright presence at the front desk and makes the first impression positive. Krizzia also was a star! With her calm and quiet manner, so positive and always there to make everything smooth. She and Meka have opposite and very complimentary styles and personalities, making for a great experience all around. Thank you!

Thanks so much KateB! Travel in actuality is far less glamorous than we think it will be or it was... So.. If we can make it a little more pleasant and peaceful - why not. The group at the front desk, pretty fun people and really enjoy our guests - so come back soon and share the news with your friends! Tom W.

I really enjoyed staying at The Alexis Royal Sonesta Hotel. The location cannot be beat! We were close to all the hubub in Pikes market and also close enough to the stadium that walking to and from was no issue! The room was clean and nice! The bed was comfy and clean! You can't ask for more than that!

Appreciate it Liberdaa - The location of the hotel has always been one of our keys to success. At one time the water was right behind the hotel - those rooms would have had a view! - but eventually the harbor was filled in and we are now 100 feet away. - Still great if you are going to the waterfront - the ferry dock, or the market up the street. Throw in some great rooms and fun staff and why would you stay anywhere else! Tom W.

Jillian is fantastic. We arrived in the morning after a grueling cross-country flight and Jillian enabled us to check-in super early and crash for sleep. That was a God-send for these 3 weary travelers. She also hooked us up with a huge (super clean) room that felt brand new. Bravo Jillian and bravo Alexis Royal Sonesta!

We recently stayed at the Alexis Royal Sonesta Hotel in Seattle, Washington in a One Bedroom Spa Studio King Suite and we enjoyed every bit of our 5 night stay. This hotel is situated right in the heart of downtown Seattle within walking distance to Pike Place Market and the Space Needle. Our hotel suite was very spacious with very comfortable bedding and a roomy bathroom with a soaking tub. From the moment we checked in the hotel staff was very accomodating and we enjoyed all the hotel amenities including the paid valet parking. We would highly suggest you consider the Alexis Royal Sonesta Hotel for your next Seattle trip. We will definitely be returning back here again along with any other Sonesta brand hotels across the country. Thank you for a most memorable trip!

Thanks so much Susan! the location of the Alexis has always been one of the most important aspects of the property, from the days when the harbor was right behind the property (120 years ago) to today where the market, pioneer square and the new Seattle Waterfront all come together! Your comments made my day and provided a lot of smiles for the team- Come back soon!

Rooms were huge. Great location! Excellent staff. Clean, pet friendly. Lots of drawers. Parking is $50 a night, but that’s everywhere. Valet is quick. Beds were comfortable. No on site do I g, but restaurant’s all around. Overall, great stay.

Thanks so much G5 - you are right - the parking is alot - go yell at the city council, the fees and taxes consume a ton of the cost. There is street parking, but pay attention to the signs as the tow trucks hang around like vultures. We are working hard on the restaurant - its gonna be great! Tom
