We booked for 3 nights, we had a car & the staff were more than helpful getting us all parked up in the underground car park. We had asked for an internal room due to previous reviews of noise complaints. We had no complaints. The room was sufficient for us. Comfortable & quiet.

Small boutique hotel in an older area of Seattle. Came down to watch a baseball game and stayed here. It was fantastic!! The rooms are small, but everything is clean and comfortable. Front desk staff are great - they really seem to like their jobs. Also, there is a

This hotel was better than we expected. The room was cute, clean and comfortable and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. We could hear noise from other rooms but definitely not a deal breaker. We could walk to all the attractions that we wanted to see...the pike place

Great location, easy to get around to where you need to be. Plenty of fantastic restaurants and bars around. Only complaints is the walls are far too thin. Thought I had a jet engine launching through the wall at 5am only to figure out it was next doors shower.

I'm thinking of the size of the room. The petite might be smaller. You should call the hotel directly before booking. They have friendly staff, and before parking makes sure you check with them first.

Hi Lee, Thank you for your question! All of our guest rooms have A/C units. This wasn't always the case, but since the summer of 2016, our property has been upgraded to include this feature. Looking forward to your stay in August! Kindly, Kelsey Asplund - Assistant GM

Hi Kerry452, Thank you for choosing to stay with us! We try to be as transparent with our rates, taxes, and fees as we can be - so what you see online are all the fees we have! At check-in, we will take a preauthorization on your credit card for the full amount plus 20% for incidentals. This will be released at check-out, but can take your bank 3-7 business days to reflect back to your account. Please feel free to give us a call at the hotel directly if you have any other questions. Looking forward to your stay, Caitlin Boyer - Front Office Manager

Hi cheneyeh! We require that the individual checking in is at least 18 years old (or legally emancipated). I also like to mention to younger travelers that we do require a Credit Card provided at check-in for incidentals, in addition to the cost of the reservation (if it has not been prepaid). If you have further questions, feel free to give us a call at the property! We'd be happy to answer them for you as you're planning your visit to Seattle. Cheers! Kelsey Asplund - Assistant GM
