5-star experience !! 🌟They have the best valet and the lady Gladys who worked as the receptionist always loves to help us with her sunny smile. 🌟The location is great! We walked to the Pike place market and the great wheel, it only takes like 10 minutes. A Starbucks across the street and some restaurants nearby the hotel. 🌟They offer 50% off the parking fee so two days are around 56$ and the valet man is always ready to help you! 🌟Pet friendly! 🌟Free Wifi! 🌟The king bed stranded room is quite nice! Comes with TV, air condition, coffee&tea maker, and the bed is soooooo soft!! I will definitely come back!

This is a great hotel and the staff very helpful and friendly. The room was quiet and the beds were fabulous and so comfortable. It is very convenient to Pikes market and other downtown attractions. I will definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous rooms and very attentive staff. It’s the only place I’ll stay in Seattle. Valet was immediate, check in was efficient. The view from the room was absolutely stellar. This is my 4th or 5th stay with them and I cannot recommend it enough.

I was looking for a reasonably priced hotel for my weekend at a convention. This was the perfect location. The gym was nice, the decor was charming. The rooms are a little small, but if you’re here for an adventure the rooms just to sleep in anyway, haha. The linens were great. Oh, and it’s right next to two movie theaters. What more could you need. Cant wait to stay here again.

My wife and I have stayed here a few times now. And each time it has been fantastic! The staff has been so friendly and helpful! The rooms are cute! They are on the smaller side, but are well done for the size. We Can’t wait to stay here again!

I booked this hotel for my Mom's birthday and the level of service I received was outrageously good. Gladys and Kat (front desk) were so incredibly kind and helpful. Gladys even corresponded with me via email to make sure the flowers I got were delivered to the room and also upgraded my mom to a suite! Kat threw in a wonderful bottle of Prosecco, that my mom loved! It felt like they both were my own family trying to help make this a memorable stay! I can't say enough about how amazing of an experience this was. I will always stay at Hotel Theodore wjen I visit Seattle, and I most definitely will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. They treated me so well, I want to book a stay just to have the experience myself! Thank you guys so much! My mom was so happy with her stay! Thank you!

Small and deceiving, also charged me days after, a small but annoying charge for I have no idea what. Im also now being forced to add more characters to my bad review so just look into other hotels, I dont know why they called my room deluxe, there was nothing deluxe about it.

Second year staying here during Seattle flower show. Staff is always nice. Rooms are small but just fine for one person. Right down the street from the trade center, and Cheesecake Factory. Clean, coffee shop in lobby.

From my late check in, to check out, every interaction was 5*. The rooms were clean and very trendy. Had everything you needed and very centrally located. The in house coffee shop was amazing for my early morning business needs. The tub in room was too Notch !
