By chance we were stuck on the 8th floor with the lift out of action from 0700-1000hrs, with two large suitcases to get downstairs to check out for 0900hrs. Staff helped carry the bags down the 8 flights, but the lighting was so bad we almost fell down, infact a couple infront of us did slip. This was down to...

Hey there Martin! Thanks so much for staying and for taking a moment to share your story. Truly a case of bad timing. We knew about the power outage planned by the city but given our older building we didn't know what power would be shut down at what time and ultimately where it would affect given the multiple different...

2 night stay in May 2016 for a mid week city break. Very smart and trendy hotel in a good location. Staff and reception team were excellent and the facilities in the rooms (a record player!) were great. Quirky artwork and stylish design throughout the hotel. The coffee station in the morning served incredible coffee and although we didn't make...

The location was great and near everything in downtown Seattle. The staff was very helpful. Great happy hour. The rooms were clean and staff was very attentive. I would definitely recommend this place if you visit Seattle.

Great small boutique hotel! Excellent customer service, comfortable beds and a great restaurant! My only complaint is the bathrooms have no counter space- just a thin shelf. Great location for walking the city.

Super comfortable and welcoming hip hotel close to anything you need. Loved the free craft beer and helpful staff. I would book this hotel again in a heart beat! Great destination restaurant in lobby - super handy for late night snack.

I stayed at the Hotel Max for four days and loved it! I would gladly go back. And the food at Miller Guild next door was delicious. The room was small, but clean and quiet. I really enjoyed my stay. There were many great restaurants within walking distance - lots of good seafood. And we walked to the Space Needle,...

The halls are a bit dark and rooms run small, with the bed taking up most of the space. Fortunately it was very comfortable. Bathroom left a bit more to be desired, with limited shelf space for toiletries. The coffee in the lobby in the morning is a nice touch.

We loved the atmosphere of this hotel. The mingle hour in the lobby was a unique experience. It was interesting to see how diverse the crowd was. The décor was fun, vibrant, and tasteful. We have found our go to hotel for future trips to Seattle.

Excellant staff and great service. Room was great! We will definitely stay at the MAX again. Lots of places to walk to to get a great meal. Never seen so many Starbucks on one block. Easy to get to Space Needle and Pikes Market. Loved Crab Pot and Pikes Market Chowder.
