A surprisingly underwhelming stay. TL:DR - The decor doesn't make up for an overall lack of the services and hospitality I expect from a hotel at this price point. Check-in service was prompt and courteous, and I appreciated the craft beer welcome gift. Unfortunately our experience soured upon reaching the room. The room itself was small, which I had expected... More

We just got off the NCL Pearl from Alaska. Our Uber driver, Gary, picked us up as scheduled the week prior(he is a lifesaver). We were supposed to be on a flight to Phoenix at 11:30 am.American Airlines cancelled and rebooked us on an earlier flight while we were on the ship so we missed that flight of course. To top it off... This was my first experience at Hotel Max. The bathroom is very tiny and room is also small. The shower (not bathtub) is a maybe 2' by 2'. If you are obese, I would not recommend. Air conditioning unit is very loud. The room reminded me of hotel rooms in Japan but room was less than $100 a night. Hotel... More

Had a one night stay in downtown Seattle. Had never been to the city before, was looking for a "cheap" room downtown with two beds. Very nice hotel, has a younger "hip" vibe to it. Free beer happy hour was great. Room was very small (300 sq ft) but clean. Beds are standard size, not queen, so it can technically... More

The reviews are true! All the staff are extremely pleasant. Service is prompt and efficient. The text concierge is also quick, helpful and genuine. Food and drinks from next door were delicious and delivered without any sort of trouble. No issues with wifi. Only minor (very minor) issue was that the A/C was a little loud, which was troublesome while... More

Loved this hotel. As others said, the rooms are small but you expect that. Just a cool experience. Loved the fun staff and the easy access to all the area. If more than one person in a room, I recommend gettingn a room with 2 beds, just for some space. Appreciated the secure elevators. Fun happy hour was awesome!

We stayed for three nights and from the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. The staff were excellent and very knowledgable and were able to give us recommendations of paces to eat and visit. We also dined at Miller's Guild sampling the tasting menu which we would highly recommend. Even though the head chef wasn't there... More

Overall the stay was great. Having a room next to the elevator can get a bit noisy if you're looking to sleep in. That would be the only negative. Friendly staff, clean room and a great location. Good job.

From the valet and check-in all the way to check-out the staff was very professional and helpful. The location is great, with many excellent restaurants in walking distance. Beware, if you are a night owl, the valet parking is not 24x7 so if you are out late you may need to pay for parking nearby. The rooms are fairly small,... More

Our stay was amazing. Their 24 hour lobby made our 1am arrival extremely easy. The room was a bit small, but very stylish and extremely comfortable. High quality products in the bathrooms, well stocked mini and snack bar, and a coffee/tea machine were all provided. Tons of extras from a recommended Spotify playlist for the city, to a vinyl record... More
