I was supposed to stay here for an event, but the event got postponed (and eventually cancelled) because of the pandemic. You can imagine my disappointment, because I was very much looking forward to staying here! I had already sent some things ahead of my arrival before it was cancelled, and the hotel kept everything very safe and secure for me, even doing everything they could to coordinate with me on getting my items back via courier and with respect for hygiene and safety. They were incredibly generous, the level of kindness and service was outstanding. I can confidently say I'll be staying here the next time I'm due in Seattle (sans pandemic, of course!). Could not recommend enough.

Bunk room was comfortable and a great space for a few friends to hang out. The beds were comfortable and the room had all the amenities you could need. If you want anything special you can just call the friendly front desk agent and they will get you taken care of.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Max Hotel! It was clean, located well and reasonably priced! Great views from our 9th floor room. Very cool eclectic decor and Anthony couldn't have been nicer nor more helpful. We requested extra towels and coffee when we booked and they were there when we arrived!
