Hotel Max has a modern, cool vibe and the staff are excellent. They upgraded us on arrival and had a room ready very early. Michael at the desk gave us great restaurant recommendations and the happy hour beers were very tasty. The location is close to everything downtown and all the major transit lines. I would happily return!

Rad vibes throughout. Employees were awesome. The room was clean & comfortable. Good Location. My guys and I really enjoyed staying somewhere different from the usual! Only complaint is the parking situation...if you're coming in late the street parking will probably be taken and the nearby lots are gonna be pricey. I suppose that comes with the area.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Max in Seattle. Rooms are small but clean, sufficiently equipped with anything you would need. Their location leaves nothing to be desired: walk out the front door and find yourself in the midst of downtown Seattle, at walking distance of all tourist attractions, shops, museums, restaurant and bars. So great! The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Spent 4 days at Hoyel Max! The vibe is awesome and the space is vintage with a Seattle music theme. Love the Max room we had as it was clean and well laid out with all one would need for a comfortable stay. The coffee in the morning and beer hour at night along with the Wi-Fi and wellness supplies, make the resort fee not an issue (as long as you use the amenities). Location is amazing. Right where you need to be and an easy walk to all Seattle has to offer. Super easy access to the Light Rail to and from the airport. Onsite parking (for a fee) that has easy in and out access. At the end of the day though, it all boils down to the staff making it a great experience. The folks that we encountered at the Hotel Max were nothing but awesome (even when our Door Dash driver messed up) and took care of our needs with a genuine smile. The hospitality is exceptional. Now, if I can only figure out how to get a candle or room spray for their signature scent. Some may say it is strong but I say bring it on. ;-)

These are the type of reviews we love reading. Sounds like you immersed yourself not only in the hotel, but in the surrounding area as well! The scent we pump is called Oudh Aura from a company called Prolitec. Definitely check them out!

I brought the granddaughters to do comic con . Stayed in the bunk room as there was five of us. It had a very funky vibe that was perfect for the Seattle scene. There was a large modular couch that fit all of us. Perfect to relax and play games. Plenty of room in the bathroom with double sinks, and the beds were very comfortable. Located in downtown Seattle and close to the convention center and all the great restaurants . Also short walk to the link. Everyone was very friendly from the people at the front desk to the housekeepers and the gentleman opening the door.

Excellent location! Fun, clean, room just a bit on the small side! Great service at the front desk! Highly recommend the 5th Floor Sub Pop rooms if you are a music fan! I cannot recommend Pho Ba around the corner from the hotel but other great restaurants fairly close.

Thank you for taking time to share about your time with us. We definitely have a charm with our rooms. Our desk staff is truly amazing! They know all about the hidden gems and go-to places to see and explore. Our 5th floor is an art show in itself with all the photography and music references. We're more than lucky to be walking distance of local eateries and attractions. Come back soon!

Awesome service, loved the coffee and beer, even took a bike out for a ride. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The walls were on the thinner side but if you keep the fan going you won’t hear a thing.

We had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel over the weekend January 21-23, 2023. We were greeted by the phenomenally sweet Jasmine who explained the area to us and the amenities of the hotel (coffee in the morning, beer in the afternoon, bikes, gym, parking, where to eat, where to shop...). The rooms were comfortable, but on the smaller side. The beds and pillows were so soft, and the sheets were amazing! The crew keeps the hotel and rooms so spotless. And the aesthetic of the hotel is so retro/funky and really reminded me of the music scene of the 90's. I could sit in the lobby for hours comfortably. Such a great space to just relax. Shout outs go to Michael as well. He was so helpful giving my husband and I suggestions on places to eat, directions to places we wanted to go. But what impressed me was while my husband and I were out, on our way back to the hotel...Michael was on his way home. He saw us on the street and checked with us to ensure we were good and knew our way around. He wasn't at work, he had no obligation outside work to talk to us, but he still took the time. This really speaks to his work ethic and commitment to the guests at The Max. Checking out today was the most difficult thing. My husband and I did not want to leave, and were sad to be saying goodbye to Jasmine and Michael. I highly recommend The Max. It's so close to everything; food, shopping, Pike Place...it's all so conveniently located to The Max. We're going to be back! This place has a place in our hearts!
