Hotel Max has a fun, hip vibe embracing Seattle’s music culture. Our 10th floor room was cozy, and had a comfy king bed. Super friendly staff, who had Rainer on draft when we got back from a show at the Showbox. We had an interior view so we didn’t experience loud road or city noises. The location is perfect with easy access to Downtown, Denny Triangle, and lower Capitol Hill. Mr. West and Cafe Ladro are great, nearby coffee shops. Would recommend.
After an hour in downtown rush hour traffic and 7 uninspiring hotel lobbies, we arrived at Hotel Max. Samuel Beckett greets you as you enter the lobby. Music paraphernalia adorns the walls as you think, “this is so Seattle”. The elevator provides an intimate ascent and allows you to quickly become close with fellow guests and the smell of their night cap. The hotel room allowed us to do everything we dreamt of. The room shouts minimalism, and exemplifies the tiny home you’ve always thought of building. La petite salle de bain is reminiscent of 1800s europe. The room allows you to feel closer to your lover than ever before. We’ll be back.
I had a great experience at the hotel and the staff was very friendly. The location is a perfect spot because it is a walking distance to Pike Place Market and the monorail to take you to the Seattle Center. The room was a little bit small but it had everything I needed and did not effect my stay. I will definitely come back in the future.
Hotel Max was a great price on a prime location in downtown seattle, adjacent to awesome little neighborhoods; proximal to the waterfront, U district, Capitol Hill so there was easy access in many different directions. Staff was always very courteous and helpful. I would stay here again for sure!
From the beginning of my trip to the end the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and made sure I was accommodated. Easy access to fitness, my room, and the complimentary welcoming beer where so nice. Could have used some honey for my teeth in the morning but I'm sure that was just my late wake up that put me out.
It was a really nice location w/ great restaurants and pike market place within a 15 minute walk. There was a movie theatre and mall just off the corner which was a great way to spend some time. All the staff were extremely courteous and respectful
I took a weekend business trip to Seattle and was happy to have Hotel Max as my landing pad. The staff was kind and took care of all my needs, the room was clean and comfy. It’s an older building with some quirks, but it doesn’t takeaway from the quality of the stay. I’d recommend Hotel Max as a fashionable value option downtown.
Hotel is beautiful. Fireplace and coffee in the lobby in the morning was a nice touch.. Staff is very helpful. Location is perfect. At the heart of downtown. Parking directly across the street, was a great convenience. Will definitely return!.........
I was supposed to arrive on a Friday, but unfortunately my flight was canceled. I spoke with Samuel and he made things so easy changing my accommodations around. When I arrived the next day I was impressed with the design of the hotel. Both outside and in gives off this amazing wow factor. Beautiful art everywhere, musical instruments, a fireplace in the lobby AND you get a complimentary beer upon check in! I definitely plan to return and will be staying here again without question. The staff paired with the character of this establishment makes it a gem indeed. This place is a vibe!
Cozy lobby and nice room if you’re not looking for anything spacious. The location of Hotel Max is unbeatable and it’s within walking distance of Starbucks Reserve as well as Pike Place (which we walked to multiple times during our stay). Excellent service and there is coffee in the lobby in the morning. Would stay here again for more downtown Seattle experience.
