Location was great. Staff was friendly and bartenders even friendlier. The breakfast selection was amazing. Location was 10/10. My only critique would be to work on updating the rooms to be more modern.

This hotel was quite nice and had some great amenities. It was also centrally located to everything I wanted to get to in downtown Seattle. My only issue was that during the night there was a constant clicking sound in the room that I couldn't ever get to stop. Not sure of the source, but it was pretty distracting to say the least. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Enjoyed my stay at the W hotel with the fun W vibe and good central location. Loved the cafe for breakfast and good food at the bar in the evenings plus happy hour. Appreciate the black out curtains for an international traveller....but did not love the pillows! Comfortable bed and good linens, but the pillows let down the sleep experience! Glad there are refillable bathroom products!

I was at the W for a work Retreat. I was thoroughly impressed with how spacious the rooms were and the desk space. It was definitely conducive for the work I needed to complete. I rested very well at night. and my room was properly taken care of while I was out. I didn't have to call the front desk for anything during my stay.

Service was excellent from start to finish. Check in experience with Kellie was great she even followed up via text to address some concerns i had. Beds in rooms with two doubles are a tad small and rooms could use a reno soon. But the fun and lively bar in the lounge with a live DJ made it a great way to kick off the night. Would stay again.

After writing a review and leaving feedback, the company was quick to take action. The hotel is dog-friendly and a 10 min walk from Pike Place. We got to test out the Nespresso machine in the room and ended up purchasing one for ourselves!

The stay was great, room was nice, service was terrific. Loved the amenities and location in downtown, just blocks away from everything, easily walkable. One thing I liked is that while I was there, I got a survey. I left a negative comment and within minutes the manager called to resolve. I liked this so much over getting a survey after it's too late to fix anything.

I spent 5 days at the W Seattle for a business conference. I was impressed with the service & atmosphere from the moment I checked in at the front desk. I want to especially thank the server in the lobby area for her wonderfully warm & hospitable attitude! She took care of my friends & I each night and we were very impressed. Thank you for making our trip extra special & memorable. The service by April was really special & she deserves recognition. Thank you !

From chatting with Susan via the Bonvoy app to the breakfast burrito, this was a great stay. The banquet guys were always helpful, polite, and personable. The room exceeded expectations and was very clean. One thing that was missing was a concierge level to be able to grab breakfast in the morning and snacks at the end of the day. There is coffee in the lobby in the mornings. I'd absolutely come back,
