The W Seattle is what you expect out of a luxury Starwood property. Great service and atmosphere. The lobby and bar downstairs are a perfect mix of quiet and party. What I mean is you can go to a more open section of the bar with a group or a nice corner near the modern fireplaces with a book.

HOTEL’S FAVORITE REVIEW

We were on the 12th floor, which was very comfortable. There was some noise from the elevator but it was minimal. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We stayed two nights. It took us a bit to figure out the coffee maker. There were instructions, but too small for our eyes. The addition of a handle in...

Located in the downtown district on the corner of 4th & Seneca, the hotel is walking distance from shopping, Pike's Market, the 5th Ave Monorail Station, the convention center and more restaurants than you can get to in a long visit. The two-floor lobby often has entertainment, a nice bar and a seating area with fireplace. The rooms are very...

I had booked another room with a hotel nearby, and calcelled when I noticed that the W was much nicer, more affordable and closer to Pikes Place than what we had. I'm so glad we chose this hotel, the service was great. The atmosphere was great, and our room was upgraded at no cost when we arrived. Joaquin in the...

I wasn't expecting to like the W. Our son is the meillenial, not us. Thus, i had a preconception that service would be indifferent because we aren't their target demographic. Could not have been more wrong. For the price point, this is really a 5 star place. The staff was extremely professional, pleasant and helpful in check in, check out, and...

The checking process is very easy. The staff was very helpful and were happy to help with all our requests. The Hotel is walking distance from the Convention center and is in the middle of Downtown. The room is spectacular, clean, the beds are the most comfortable hotel bed I had so far. They have a business center where I...

The Thai wife and I stayed here for a night recently. We arrived late and despite quite a bit of loud music from the bar area which is open to the lobby, were checked in quickly and professionally. We were allocated a high floor room as per request. It faced north giving it a glimpse of the Space Needle. The...

It feels like Starwood tried to squeeze its sparkling brand into a dingy, mid-tier hotel building. After stayed in numerous W's in US and elsewhere, this one felt different from the moment we checked in. Then, I realized what was missing: Energy. Energy is what makes W a widely copied brand. But, maybe it's W Seattle's limited space. Maybe it's...

Dear W, I recently engaged business with you the week of April 16th, and I was disappointed. My room smelled like sewage. I inquired at the front desk, and the best your “welcome center” could do to resolve the stench issue was to send an engineer. The sewage was not coming from my room. I asked to be upgraded into...
