I stayed at W for a few days recently. The location is great because it's in downtown Seattle and I had a really good view of the city from my hotel room window. My first night, I had some issues and reached out to the hotel staff. Within an hour all my issues were resolved. They had excellent customer service.
First time in Seattle and it makes me want to move there. The hotel is in a great spot in downtown. There are Coffee shops in front of hotel and walk distance to all the popular stuff near the water. Brian was the front desk agent who checked me in and welcomed me. He was very nice and gave me some helpful info of restaurants that were delivery or patio dining. Room was over all clean and understandably missing things that could have been transferred from room to room. Hotel restaurant and bar were closed because of Covid but I found many places to go grab a bite. In a time were you don’t know what is safe or clean, I did feel safe and clean staying here. I only encountered one guest throughout my four day stay. Not complaining. Housekeeping is upon request but to minimize extra people in my room I only had them change bedding and bring extra towels once. So thank you to the housekeeping department, wish I knew your names. Definitely will choose the W again when I’m back. …
Since travel is so challenging this year, for our anniversary, my husband I walked about 10 blocks from home and checked into the W. It was our first stay at this hotel and we are already making plans to go back again. Check-in was quick and easy and the staff was very accommodating. Due to cleaning protocols, they explained that many items typically found in a room were now available only on demand. We asked for a few items to be sent to our room and they were delivered promptly. Our room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. We ordered room service and were quite pleased with the variety of menu options as well as the taste and temperature of the food. We look forward to our next visit!
Our stay was pleasant and I have no complaints. Attentive front desk personnel and Chloe from the bar (Trace) was awesome! I would definitely stay again the next time I visit. Very fitting of the W brand.
It was our 10th wedding anniversary and we had booked a camping site on the Peninsula, forgetting that in October, camping is not ideal - or romantic. After one miserable night, we needed to seek comfort. I reached out to the W and asked for their nicest suite. The person we talked to, Bryan, worked to get us a killer deal on the presidential suite. We drove back to Seattle and spent the next two nights in romantic luxury. Bryan was so helpful, as was Mike, the person who checked us in at the front desk. We felt safe in a clean and socially-distanced environment.
