Many great features

Comfortable and clean rooms, nice breakfast, and pool but the best feature is the proximity to the Space Needle. A very short walk! Also free parking, good front desk service, ice machines, attentive staff.

The place is a dump, literally.

A family of 4---plus a couple who also stayed in another room---was in for a huge surprise. Dirty hallway floors, peeling wallpaper/dirty walls, damp smells...and we haven't even entered the room yet. Once in, we noticed stapled wallpaper, stinky mini fridge, non-controllable…

Is there a charge for parking?

Yes $18 which I thought should have been mentioned when I made the reservation and was no where - all it said was parking is available or onsite parking nothing about a charge

Hi, it was mention that transportation is available from the airport by train or monorail, will there be stops near the hotel? and is it still possible to arrange transport to cruise terminal with the hotel?

I have mobility issues so we took a taxi from the airport. It was about $40. After that we used Uber. It worked great. I never saw any shuttles at the hotel.

it was only $5.00 a person. I gave the driver $20.
