Beautiful rooms, great beds, clean, fantastic in room coffee and tea. Very friendly front desk and Valet staff. We were upgraded at check in which was great. Wanted a spa experience, couples massage but it was not available.

Rooms 1952, 2862 & 2954 Stay 9/4 thru 9/6 Bed Bug bites. No assistance with luggage upon arriving at the Westin, transportation left on the side walk, hotel no assistance with new guest total in our group 10. A friend felt and hit her knew and back we reported the accident, while our two day stay in the hotel management or operation did not check on the status of the injuries. Lack of courtesy in behalf of the staff about fall until we called security. The room was not clean or pick up on our second day, we called front desk and there reply was that the hotel did not have enough housekeeper because of the pandemic. Two ladies in our group room 1952 and 2954 with bed bugs bites.

The bell service is great, housekeepers are very friendly, towels are soft and there is a nice view from the 36th floor. The wallpaper is peeling, the towel rack is rusted, the mirror is damaged, the lamp shades are cracked from age, the drapes are shredded from dry rot and the carpet is stained. There is more, but I believe you get the idea.

We were so pleased with our stay. Your concierge was so pleasant and a great help. Our room was comfortable and we loved the layout. The hotel was located in a ideal part of town, so close to great restaurants, Seattle Washington, will be remembered. Great time.

Our stay here as the conference organizer was great. The hotel's team did a wonderful job. The new lobby bar area is the perfect gathering spot before heading out to explore Seattle or walk to dinner. Very pleased that the hotel is open and running smoothly.
