The Westin properties never disappoint us. The staff is great, rooms clean, in house dinning is very good as well. The property is in a perfect location for most of the tourist attractions. The only time we needed our car was for a trip to the Woodland Zoo. The only down side of this hotel is the pool. It's very... More

Excellent downtown location if you want to be walking distance to the market. Many options for eating and shopping around. Pharmacy is next door for last minute needs, refreshments, toiletries. Movie theatre is 2 blocks if you have time to kill. Staff was nice. Beds were cozy. I took the Link train from the airport to downtown West Lake station... More

Stayed here for 3 nights in May, first for business then to begin an Alaska trip. I've visited Seattle many times before, but specifically chose the Westin to get SPG nights towards platinum status. This is the only SPG hotel I've ever stayed at where an "experience specialist" for SPG elites personally emailed me ahead of my stay to help... More

We only spent one night here before boarding a cruise ship, but I will say I was disappointed. All the pictures I had seen of this hotel led me to believe it would be really nice and modern. The pictures of the room and mentions of wall-to-ceiling windows advertised great views. I paid a higher rate than other options because... More

Stayed in Seattle for two days before heading to Fairbanks for our land/ sea cruise. The hotel is located in downtown which made it easy to walk to locations such as Pikes Market, the waterfront and restaurants. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable and we had a view of the city and water. Overall a nice stay.

Room was excellent. Great Service. Downtown area, walking distance to many stores and eating places. Super-friendly personnel throughout the hotel. Very eager to help and/or answer any questions you may have. Ate a great breakfast and lunch at the hotel, Relish. Super friendly waiter, "Hunter" was terrific and made our trip even more awesome as we found out he had... More

Two things going for this property, its location and it has some good people. For the money you pay you would expect a little more in way of amenity's. Some hall way areas had bad odors. Rooms, average at best. Internet,,, for a fee.

We chose the Westin for its excellent downtown location in Seattle, which really is superb. Walking distance to all major shopping areas, restaurants and monorail station. Location wise, you really can't go wrong by choosing this hotel. However, that's where my positives end. I booked this hotel way in advance, as I needed connecting rooms for a large family with... I visit nearly every year, but not likely in the future. There are some positive constants, but the scale is weighing heavy on the bleh side. The continuing good: first-rate concierges ( there, year after year), the quality food in the bistro -- bread, desserts, French toast, and the central location. The clientele is very heavy convention. The Bistro wait... More
