This hotel was immaculate, both in the lobby and the room. Front desk was super friendly and informative. Our views of downtown and the harbor were stunning and the hotel was centrally located to access all the tourist attractions pretty easily.

We just returned from our trip to Seattle. Emilia (spelling?) was super friendly and helpful at check-in! The room was comfortable & we had a great view. There was an odd dark stain on the ceiling above one of the beds that was questionable and was quite ugly to look at. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The fridge wasn't working but they were able to provide a replacement ASAP. We had requested room service the same day as we forgot to request the day before. Staff was very accommodating in fitting us in and had the room replenished and cleaned while we were away. Parking was very pricey but as expected. We had requested a coffee maker and coffee in our room. It was wonderful to see the amount of supplies left in our room. Unfortanelty, the coffee was more than a year expired and tasted off. We brought this to the attention of a staff member and was just told, "he manufacturer said it's fine". The attitude by this employee was a little off putting but whatever. Overall a decent stay.

Our main problem was arriving in Seattle early. We knew we would have to wait till about 1 or so for early check in. We asked about it when reservations were made. We asked about it again when we dropped off our luggage at the hotel around 11am the 1st day of our stay and we’re told we would get a txt soon. We came back to the hotel just before 3 fully expecting to be able to check in by now. We were met with complete indifference and told to wait. At exactly 4 pm we were finally allowed to check in early, but wait 4pm is standard check in time. Just a lack of support by the staff to help out tired travelers. If we cannot check in until 4 then just say it up front, don’t keep blaming other things for your lack of effort. For over $800 for 3 nights I would have expected a much higher level of communication than that or at least some up front honesty. Total let down for me and I will look elsewhere next time we travel.

Other reviews have also mentioned this hotel places erroneous charges onto your invoice at check-out. We requested to the front desk no less than 5 times that we were not going to park in their garage after the second night. They still managed to charge us for SIX nights of parking. Our initial invoice when we checked out correctly showed that we were charged for only two nights of parking. Then an invoice sent later that day charged us for six nights of parking. We have called three times since, and have been promised each time that the charges would be reversed, but every time, a new email is sent with the incorrect charges still present. I will be notifying the Better Business Bureau in regards to these illegal practices.

I like it but nobody told me that you have to do an appointment to go to the pool, at the end I got an appointment but you can be there just for 45 minutes, the water was pretty chilly no warm at all, the food of the restaurant is not very good, the service is excellent thanks a lot
