Location is the only positive thing about this hotel. I've stayed at Sheraton Seattle, W Seattle, and Four Points Seattle. Westin Seattle needs to work on their customer service. Check-in experience was unwelcoming and attendants had snobby attitudes. Restaurant waiter/waitress are clueless. Bell desk had this "where's my tip?" attitude before you start interacting with them. Not to mention the... More

I am in love with Seattle so take this review with a grain of salt. My only complaint about this hotel was for something that is temporary and that they are clearly working on: the elevators. Slow. And in the mornings.. forget it. The hotel is old but they have recently upgraded their rooms. The front desk and banquet staff... More

If you're just in town for business or for pleasure this hotel is in a good location. Generally crowded, but overall the hotel is what you could expect of a Westin Downtown. Pros: - great food options in surrounding area - Walkability to office and other location - Rooms have a decent view of the city and the water Cons:... More

I recently stayed at the Westin on a business trip, and after reviewing some of the reviews online, I'd like to agree that they do indeed have very well appointed rooms and comfy beds. With that said, there were some issues that I'd like to raise for the discerning traveler that is less familiar with the city or this property.... More

Great views. Round building so you get to see forever! No view is bad. Clean! Fast elevator! Great to be a gold spg member and get priority checkin! It is in the middle of downtown so close to places to get snacks, pop, beer without paying those expensive hotel prices!

Like most other W - location is key selling point. It's close to main shopping drag in downtown Seattle and an easy walk to Pike place etc. High floor rooms have beautiful views of Needle and bay. Easy and cheap to take an Uber to almost any other part of town. Cons (a) we had to ask for a coffee... More

The room was expectedly magnificent with a great view! Amenities were complete and linens smelled good! Nate, from the concierge, was so kind to let us check in early and even gave us tips how to go around. He suggested a great restaurant we really loved! Our internet was also free because he reminded us to take advantage of our... More

We stayed here before our Alaskan Cruise. It was really nice. Had a great bar. The tour we had booked, Seattle City Tours Plus, picked up at this hotel which is centrally located. The staff were all great and helpful. We did have an issue with the minibar. We were charged more than the price list said for the item... More

I wish I could give this hotel six stars. Every employee that we encountered was friendly and professional. You could tell that they enjoyed their jobs. The location was walking distance to the Space Needle and local attractions. It's worth the upgrade for the Puget Sound view rooms. They are probably only second to the Space Needle. The beds were... I've stayed at this hotel twice and found the rooms to be good quality, are quiet and are great for sleeping. The hotel is in a good location. I like the hotel's design and they seem to have really done some nice things with the common area spaces. This hotel gets overwhelmed by the number of guests and I think... More
