The staff from reception, cleaners and restaurants were all friendly, helpful, polite and service oriented. Our room are always clean. The lobby is so welcoming and I really loved the smell when you came in from outside. It smells clean and fresh.

Great stay! Would definitely repeat the Westin when returning to Seattle. Went for the Seattle Marathon and enjoyed both the location and the hotel. Staff was very friendly although not always the most helpful in the front desk.

The only reason for the 4-Star rating is that the rooms are not updated and it seems ours at one point was flooded since it smelled at bit. The hotel was full and there was no way to get another room. Also, I had booked a two queen bed superior room on Expedia, but the hotel only has Double Beds...

Stayed for the marathon. Good beds, excellent location. Located right in the heart if downtown Seattle there is tons of things to do only a few minutes walk away from the hotel. Only issue was that the air rooms were a little to dry.

Welcoming to pets and a very comfortable room with a great view. I will mention that the pool is shallow and parking could be very expensive, although we weren't affected by that because we were there for a holiday, so we just parked on the street for free. We came to the Westin after staying at another hotel in Belltown,...

Great location! A short walk from all of the attractions - Pike's Market, Space Needle, Century Link Field, etc. I didn't need Uber or cab for the three days I was in Seattle. The bed was so comfortable I bought a similar mattress for myself!

We had a very nice stay at The Westin Seattle. It is in a great location - close to Pike Place market. It was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable, as usual for Westins. The only negative experience for our entire stay was that the elevators could be very slow and crowded.

This round building with 2 different towers stands in the heart of downtown seattle. The modern amenities and ability to connect to wi-fi, in all electronics and have privacy was amazing. The ease of valet OR personal parking was an added plus I will definitely stay here next time I am in Seattle.

If you have stayed at one Westin, then you have stayed at them all! that's the upside of this hotel chain as i have experienced. Consistent service, room amenities, creature comforts at a reasonable price, no matter which on you visit. Great for business travel. Great breakfast eatery at this location.

The Westin is situated in Downtown and very close to all the happening areas in the city. The higher rooms have a breathtaking view of downtown. The restaurant is great. The lobby stretching across the main floor with open restaurants and eatery is welcoming.
