When I checked in they said internet would be included for free because I am a BonVoy (Marriott) member. A charge would appear but be taken off at check out. When I asked how much parking (under the building) was they took my stub and said it was included as well. Found out two days later it was actually $50 a day. They said it was a misunderstanding and offered to take one night off and suggested I move my car. Pool was closed for maintenance (though this wasn’t noted in any ad online, and they separated a group or family between several rooms and caused a lot of traffic and noise all night and early morning. Do not recommend because of the deceptive tactics or at least because the won’t honor what they say at check in.

Good day Veraqu, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our team members standard is to provide exceptional service. Our hotel website as well as the booking site which you reserved through, express parking options available for guests. Additionally, we welcome all guests with a letter in their room detailing current available amenities. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. Per our conversation, our team has offered several options to remedy your concerns. Additionally, per your request, we have made exceptions to waive penalties for your pre-paid reservation, which you declined. Veraqu, we do not wish to lose your loyalty and only wish to exceed the needs of our guests. Again, thank you we appreciate your genuine feedback.

Form the minute we walked in, I felt very comfortable! The staff was so friendly, and helpful! We got in late, we were tired and hungry, and they found us a restaurant to deliver to the hotel! (COVID had most places closed). The bed was great, the pillows were just ok. The room was very spacious! As well as the bathroom. The only negative, is the bathroom could use better lighting! Will stay there again!!

Another great Seattle Westin experience. I have come to expect excellent service ,accommodations and amenities when I stay at the Westin ,once again my expectations were exceeded. Lee in the front office and Nathan and Amelia at the front desk were particularly outstanding in making me feel like a valued customer. Even during these very strange and scary times a very nice experience.

As a Platinum owner, this stay was not up to the caliber of Westin. Due to COVID, we were asked if we wanted fresh towels. Problem #1: On our way out for the day, we advised the front desk of our desire for fresh towels. They came and collected all the used towel, but never returned with a clean set. I called down and they left a clean set hanging in a bag on the door handle, which was fine, due to COVID. Problem #2: When I opened the bag, there was only one set - one bath towel, one hand towel, one wash cloth. It was hard for my wife and me to share one set of each. I had to call down for another set and eventually received it.

Beautiful property. Staff was more than friendly and helpful from start to finish. Even the cafe workers would recognize you when you walked by whether you stopped to buy something or not. Room was clean. A love seat or couch would be good I feel. I know the rooms are limited in size.
