The location of this hotel and the view is spectacular. The restaurant serves delicious meals. But the amenities are a little dated. No bathroom counter space, long long walks to your room, ice machine, or lobby. Everyone was attentive and courteous.

I had to take a business trip to Victoria, British Columbia. I took the Victoria Clipper, a relaxing three-hour boat trip to B.C., which launches from the Pier right next to the Edgewater. The Edgewater was the perfect place to spend time for a full Seattle experience before and after my trip to Canada,.

Will no use again. Way overpriced and not maintained in the last 10 years. Not sure how They ever got a 4 diamond rating. Stayed at a holiday inn express the night before and wish we would have stayed there again We splurged for our anniversary but we’re sad for our decision. They need to put some money into the property and upgrade the rooms for the amount they charge. And fix the elevators.

This hotel had great character with a rich history. The room was cozy but clean. It included a faux fireplace which I loved. All the staff were super friendly and ready to assist with anything. I would absolutely stay there again.

Great staff, beautiful hotel, but my room smelled of cigarette smoke so badly that I had to buy a candle in the gift shop to get rid of the odor. The room was beautiful and the fireplace a nice touch.
