One of the most enjoyable stays of my life. Right on the waterfront. Felt everything good in Seattle was part of my stay. Food was spectacular. Lounge bar and restaurant over the water. People sensitive to my needs. Used the house free transportation around Seattle to tour everything. Comfort and local ambiance, steeped in history.

First of all, staying here is a part of US entertainment history...this is where everyone from the Beatles to the Stones to the Monkees stay. The Elliot Bay views from the bar, restaurant, lobby and of course your room are the best in the city...that is, if you like to be right on the waterway, and see the ferries, ships...

If you need a beautiful place to stay in Seattle, try the Edgewater! It is, as the name suggests, right on the water, conveniently located downtown, right across the street from the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. The restaurant is outstanding and offers a beautiful view. The staff is exceptionally well-trained and anxious to please, beginning with the bellman,...

Our first room (119) .. The room had not been checked properly. We did not have a price list for the mini-bar, as we wanted to eat some snacks after our flight had arrived very late. We also noticed other things such as the ear plugs they provide were not present... the cleaning was slap dash in places.. but the...

The room was a little dark and old. I didn't care much for the decor. There was not much around to walk to as far as restaurants, coffee shops or shopping. The bar food was good. The bathroom was nicely done but not a lot of counter space and no place to hang towels by the shower

Our company booked a meeting at this location for a manager's meeting. What a great place to stay. Conveniently located, food and service was terrific. I didn't even mine the train traffic rolling through.

The hotel has a classic, but lodge type feel. The rooms all have a gas fireplace which is nice to come back to when the weather is cool and rainy. We could walk to the main attractions and many restaurants on the waterfront and they have a free shuttle if the weather is not good for walking. The lounge has...

We were welcomed to the Edgewater Hotel with a teddy bear on our pillow, a fireplace and a fuzzy bear footrest. The bathroom setup was also fabulous. We looked out our window and saw the Seattle Space Needle. We sat in one of the many locations available to view the Bay. We walked to the Seattle Pike Place Market and...

We stayed in the "family room". We have two teens and needed the extra space. The room was misrepresented in the photos online. It was large, but oddly shaped, had a small bathroom with doors that didn't lock, the room was dark and had a view of the hotel's mechanicals and the train. Plus, for such a large room, they...

Thank you for your honest feedback. We are sorry to hear we fell short of expectations this trip, especially since you had fond memories of our hotel as a kid. We always want to treat our guests with kindness and respect. To hear you experienced otherwise is a disappointment and we will make sure to address it as a team.

We came to have lunch at the restaurant Six/seven for the great food and the picturesque setting with the gorgeous view of Elliott bay and ended up staying at the hotel. Loving the lodge style of it and the sofistication of the place. We chose a city view and the top floor. Cozy little room with a fireplace. This is...
