Great location, wonderful beds, friendly and helpful staff. The room was beautiful and very comfortable but what made our visit amazing was the concierge’s suggestions and help. Thank you Micah for making our stay so special! It wouldn’t have been the same without you. Thank you Fabrizio as well.
Superb hotel in downtown Seattle. 5 mins walk from Pike place Market and most downtown shopping as well as Westlake station for trains and the monorail Rooms are big, stylishly decorated with lots of practical features like pier and charging outlets in convenient places. The restaurant Lola in the lobby is excellent with Serious Pie pizza and Dahlia bakery opposite with a visit. Very friendly and helpful reception staff made the stay special.
Tristan was so helpful and pleasant. I called needing to merge 2 reservations and he was able to efficiently and expeditiously make sure that the stay would be uninterrupted in the same room. It’s such a stress reliever knowing that the stay will be seamless. Thanks Tristan. I appreciate you!
Our family stayed at Hotel Andra for the first time on a night out in the city to see some theatre. In general, I would the experience was very nice and I would recommend this hotel to others. The hotel is well located in that it is walking distance to the shopping district, the theatres, and the Pike Place Market. The design of the lobby was warm and inviting with a large fireplace in the seating area. The staff were welcoming, although, one pet peeve of mine is that I have a hyphenated last name and the people at the desk continued to call me by only part of my last name, including on a welcome letter. I get this at larger hotels, but I think at a small boutique hotel, a little more attention to detail should be there. The room was very cozy and well appointed. The furniture in the room was comfortable and I have to say, the mattress on the bed was perhaps one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a hotel. I appreciated the little things like having a hidden refrigerator outside the elevator with bagged ice, rather than some loud ice machine in a closet. Some of the issues with the hotel itself are really minor and some can't be helped. Being that this hotel is in a renovated older building, there were some things like, the small bathroom size, which made the hotel feel older. We had a spacious suite, but the bathroom was very small. It also didn't seem to be very insulated as you could hear both the city outside and the noises from the hallway. Hotel Andra will certainly be a top choice for our family the next time we stay in the city. …
We've stayed at the Andra twice in recent years. Each time, our experience was very good. I hope their new association with Accor doesn't spoil things. What I like about this hotel is its unique design and boutique hotel feel. The location is close to all the usual tourist destinations, and the neighborhood is very walkable (albeit quite hilly). It's not perfect, for sure. If you're looking for traditional room service you won't find it here. No "free" breakfast, but there's an amazing Dahlia Bakery across the street and a Nespresso machine in the room. All in all, I think we'll be back!
I travel a great deal in the U.S. and I had an amazing stay at Hotel Andra over the Thanksgiving holiday. The rooms are clean and VERY cozy. I used to live in Seattle and the location is ideal to get to the Public Market and there are planty of restaurants, cafes and even a jazz club nearby. The adjoining restaurant Lola is wonderful. But the staff service was simply stellar. The concierge Fabrizio Bettini went the extra mile and brought me to tears with his care and attention. I plan to stay at hotel Andra for every Seattle visit.
My sister, her partner, and I stayed at Hotel Andra during the week of Thanksgiving. I had not been to Hotel Andra since it was remodeled. What a remodel! It's beautiful. The fireplace in the lobby makes the lobby a difficult place to leave. The rooms are cozy and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Then there's the allure of Lola restaurant. If you go there for breakfast, make sure to order the house made donuts. I think the real story of the hotel is its staff. There are a lot of people I'd like to thank, but I'm going to single out the Concierge - Fabrizio Bettini. He is a gift. Fabrizio, thank you for making my family's stay one of the best times we've ever had together. You are a key reason why Hotel Andra is a special place. The warmth there doesn't just come from the lobby fireplace.…
Great Boutique Hotel perfectly located close to DT Seattle, Pike Place Market & wonderful restaurants! Enjoy grabbing a cocktail or fabulous food at Lola’s or on the morning coffee and a pastry at Dahlia Bakery. There’s also a couple rooftop bars a few blocks away plus shopping down the street.
This chic hotel is now my go-to for business travel! It is located within walking distance of several restaurants and Seattle attractions including Pike Place Market. The staff members that I interacted with were really friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. My room (611) was gorgeous, very spacious, and clean. I was truly shocked when I opened the door. The room had stylish decor and seating area along with an espresso bar, mini bar (snacks and drinks for purchase), and full-size shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers. I took advantage of the luxury robe, the separate vanity area, and comfy bed with the high-quality pillows. Although I never had time to read it, the New York Times newspaper was delivered to my door every morning. Breakfast is not included, however, you can grab breakfast at the Chef Tom Douglas restaurant, Lola was fabulous. …
Our stay at Hotel Andra was delightful. We were greeted warmly when we arrived and all our interactions with the staff were friendly and professional. The room was comfortable, attractive and quiet. Our favorite surprise in the room was the nightlight in the bathroom. The restaurant associated with Hotel Andra, Lola, was also outstanding! We will be back!
