We stayed at the Sheraton for a conference at the Washington State Convention Center. The proximity to the conference was great, right next door. Being able to walk to the event each day was so convenient. We stayed on the 9th floor in the Pike Place Tower in a king room. The room was clean and well appointed. The bathroom...

This is a beautifully appointed Hotel. Great Café for Breakfast and Lunch. You are within easy walking distance to the Pike Market Place, Mono Rail, and Space Needle. Next Door to the Convention Center. Friday Afternoon Check-In was Very Busy - the wait in line was over an hour. The Staff is very helpful. They put out bottles of water...

Stayed for a week on business. Easy check in with great views of the city. Room was very nice with great room service. Parking is a premium downtown and the the hotel is no exception so plan on $50 a day just to park your car there.

the hotel itself is very nice and we found all staff to be very kind. Checking line was very long due to a conference we were attending...the line moved quickly and staff was on hand to direct guests and offer water/chips....the room seemed larger than average....The bed was amazingly comfortable! I don't know if I have ever said that before...

Stayed 5 nights in the Sheraton in Seattle - from the very beginning we received horrible service, the valet was too busy to look me in the eye and explain their valet service, the bellman was rude and it took a really long time for our bags to get to the room. The room was OK, nice bed but the...

I love to stay in this Hotel when there is availability - so many conventions! The staff is first-class, the rooms are super clean and they run a "green" establishment. Terrific level-of-service, as always. As a SPG, I was surprised to be located just across from the elevators. With the Les Schwab convention members staying there, it was noisy most...

My wife and I stayed there while visiting family in Seattle. Overall experience was very positive. While it is not a 5 star, value is very good, room was very nice and staff was accommodating. Location is perfect with easy access to Pike Place and shopping. Valet was $50 per day - we parked across the street at Washington Athletic...

Chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Conference center. Pricey, but clean and quiet. It is walking distance to downtown attractions, restaurants, and a large assortment of shops. Staff was helpful and had great suggestions. Would stay again.

We visited for a conference. The staff work hard at making sure you use their service even if you don't necessarily need the help. We had just a couple of small bags and some things that had to hang....the attendant made it very clear you couldn't use a cart without them...something that I find bothers me to no end. Self...
