We are visiting from New Zealand and met friends in Seattle to have a sightseeing weekend. We were disappointed with the level of noise in our (small) room and amazed to find for the first time ever there was no fridge in our room -...More
Had a room on the Fwy side. Actually couldn't hear the traffic at night, as the AC was so loud it easily superseded the cars. Normally a tough guy when it comes to sleeping despite noise, I hardly found an hour of sleep.

It's about a 1.5 miles away. They do have a shuttle service but you pay for it. They also have independent contractor drivers as well. The train station is right next door to Century Link field. They charge more to go there. We had the contractors a couple times and they charge different. But DO NOT rely on them after 9 pm. The hotel said to make your own way home from after that. Believe the hotel not the contractor. He assured us they would pick us up after the game. They did not. We walked. Not a bad walk but just fair warning. The Seattle space Needle and science center is only a short walk. It's great and lots to do. Didn't know about that and wished I had planned more time. The Quality Inn's breakfast is one of the best we have had and we have stayed at alot of chain hotels. (This price range)
