The check in process was long and tedious. The employee that checked us in was not friendly and she behaved like she was doing us a favor . At 2100 I had to wait 15 minutes for them to make sure the room was clean....More

I stayed here the day before I took a cruise and one day after. The staff was friendly and gave great information, but the rooms weren't that great. The latter was better, but my reason for the low score is more to do with the...More
We stayed here for several nights for a pre cruise vacation in Seattle. The hotel is walking distance to Seattle Center, where you find many activities including the Space Needle. It is also a reasonable walk to Pikes Market but a little further. The staff...More
This team did an excellent job of accommodating my group stay in Seattle. Thanks to Jennifer and Nayda for their excellent customer service. Check in was on time, rooms were nice and clean. And we had a good, healthy selection for our breakfast. Will definitely...More

It's about a 1.5 miles away. They do have a shuttle service but you pay for it. They also have independent contractor drivers as well. The train station is right next door to Century Link field. They charge more to go there. We had the contractors a couple times and they charge different. But DO NOT rely on them after 9 pm. The hotel said to make your own way home from after that. Believe the hotel not the contractor. He assured us they would pick us up after the game. They did not. We walked. Not a bad walk but just fair warning. The Seattle space Needle and science center is only a short walk. It's great and lots to do. Didn't know about that and wished I had planned more time. The Quality Inn's breakfast is one of the best we have had and we have stayed at alot of chain hotels. (This price range)
