The hotel is in good location. The crew of several airlines stay there. The area beside has a lot of shops. The rooms are OK in terms of space. They leave an envelope for tipping the housekeeper. The breakfast is good. It depends on what you need but I prefer the Microsoft area to stay.

This hotel was a great location to walk to Pikes market ( 15 min) but be warned that the walk includes several hills. The lobby is large and well decorated and has comfortable seating areas to congregate in. The bar, which is just off the lobby, is also very spacious, had several comfortable seating options for larger groups ( couches,... More

I have had a zillion nights at Marriott managed properties over the years, so I usually know what to expect. This hotel, however, was far above what I expected. The location is actually very good if you are driving, as it is easy off on on I-5. Also easy to walk all over. The rooms have been redone, and are... More

Our waiter named Ken at Maxwell's restaurant inside of the Renaissance Seattle Marriott on Madison in Seattle went beyond his duties as a waiter. Our room was not ready when we first arrived at the hotel, so we went upstairs to Maxwell's for some coffee. We had already been waiting three hours. He decided on his own to leave the... More

Great bar. Good bartenders. Good food. Breakfast also. Good value and deals. Great location. Good for walking the city catching cabs or Uber. Marriott need I say anything else. Good for work or pleasure anytime of the year and the price is right.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and the rooms were very clean. I didnt have much of a view being that they were building a new hotel right outside of my window. This hotel is located in the heart of the city, however they are doing a lot of construction in the area, so if you... More

We enjoyed our visit to the Renaissance Seattle Hotel. The hotel is a short walk to Pike Place market and the monorail to go to the Space Needle. We also walked to a Mariners game at Safeco Field, although that is a longer walk. The Public Library is nearby and a great building to see. Hotel was nice, clean and... More

Worked good for our 1 night stay before our cruise. Found it very surprising that they didn't have shuttle service to and from the airport. We were very thankful for the early check in because we had to use the light link rail and walk several uphill blocks back to the hotel and that would have been terrible with as... More

Dear Jessica, thank you for staying with us while in Seattle. There is a commercial shuttle from the airport to the hotel. We are the first stop in the city. However the light rail is the more economical and more scenic way of transportation to and from the city. I do hope we will have another opportunity to have you... More

Room was top notch. Always cleaned. Near all amenities. Good for city walks. Easy walk down hill west. Try to go a little north on the way back and the hills aren't as steep. Restaurants are near besides at the hotel.
