We stayed here on a business/pleasure trip for a conference which was also in the hotel. The room was clean, large and business like with a very nice en suite bathroom. Breakfast was expensive but good and the lunch food at the conference was excellent. The hotel is located in a good area a short walk from the waters edge...

Nice, low profile, boutique-style hotel with good access to all the major downtown spots. Though the hotel is located right off of I-5 North at the Madison Avenue exit, highway noise isn't a problem. Main entrance is on 6th Avenue which is just several blocks or about 10 minutes (on foot) to the central downtown area. It's all downhill from...

This is a nice enough hotel. Everything is as advertised. Easy to find as it's just off the highway. Do keep in mind that it will cost you $45 to $55 to park your car. Good location for pike place and pioneer square.

Thank you so much for staying with us and your review. As you noted correctly parking in Seattle is expensive due to a very high parking tax and operating costs. We are constantly monitoring our competition to insure we are priced appropriately with other downtown hotels. Sincerely, Rene Neidhart

We spend our 1st wedding anniversary at the Renaissance and we had a very good experience. They gave me an upgrade due to the special occasion so we got a huge corner room with a living room. I stopped by the day before check in to drop a frame and asked them to put it somewhere in the room so...

We spent an extended New Year's Eve here and loved it. The staff was friendly and helpful, the restaurant was great for breakfast and lunch. The location was perfect. We walked every where, we parked the car on Friday with the bellman and didn't see it again until we checked out four days later. We have stayed at many downtown...

Reception was very good & she covered all the key items. Rooms are newly renovated, nicely designed, clean & well maintained. The doorstaff were extremely nice & attentive. Fitness room is great. Could add a channel listing plaque. Even the housekeeping staff on the floors offered a greeting and wished us happy holidays.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and could not have been happier. We had an amazing city view, a beautiful room, friendly staff, and the perfect place to rest after site seeing. Everything was in walking distance, including the ferry, and public transit (for adventures outside downtown). It was my husband's first time in the city, and...

I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel's location is within walking distance of many of Seattle's top attractions (walked to Pike's Place Market daily). It is a block from the Seattle Public Library (which has a Chocolati Café stand inside - try their chocolate drinks and treats!). Plenty of great places to eat. For places that were a...
