I chose this hotel because it was within walking distance of Century Field and we had tickets to a Seahawks game. Everything about this hotel was excellent, the room, the coffee shop (Maxwells) housekeeping, wait staff, front desk, parking valet. Chose this hotel based on location and will now always go here when we go to Seattle. I can't say... More

I was here on business and didn't get the chance to do much in the way of tourism, but found the location very convenient for my purposes. The staff was very helpful and friendly on check in and check out.

Hotel is nice, but very loud due to construction both on the lower level and surrounding streets. No one on the staff, except for the concierge, seemed to take pride in their jobs. I was not welcomed at check-in either. I don't need a personal greeting, but as an Elite member, with a dedicated line, I've become accustomed to a... More

Dear Bill, Thank you very much for staying with us on your last trip to Seattle. I am sorry if we did not welcome you in the manner you are accustomed to, and we certainly should have. We all are taking pride in our jobs and maybe miss in projecting that to our guests on a regular basis. I will... More

Loved the central location and very helpful staff (ie. particularly all the concierges). Helped with trip plan and got us into two of better restaurants after they told us they were full. Nice, comfortable room and club lounge that had good food, Sunday newspapers, and fresh bakery products for breakfast. Not sure why parking was $55 per day or why... More

Room was spacious and clean. We were next to a building under construction but never heard anything. Check in and check out were hassle free. We arrived late, but the lounge was serving bar food-which was great!

We stayed one night for a weekend only. we wanted to optimize the short time we had in Seattle and decided to stay downtown. It was perfect! Check-in was quick and effecient, we got a room with a bit of ocean view. There is construction right now but not on weekends, so no noise. I did notice a note in... More

You actually won't need a car, because you can walk many places or get alternative transportation. The parking is wildly expensive, the garage is beneath and dark and just sort of strange, and spaces are TIGHT. Be careful walking with your luggage up and down ramps. Hotel itself is nice; we were with companions who had access to the conceirge... More

Nice hotel. Worth staying. Construction going on - will take at least 4-5 months to finish. Didnt bother me much but can bother some people. Bed is great. Rest good. Staff nice. Used Uber to go around the town

This hotel is centrally located to everything a tourist might want: shopping, landmarks and more. The beds were ultra comfortable, the views are spectacular and has all the amenities you'd want a hotel of this caliber to have. I can't recommend it more!

The renaissance is aging a bit with smaller rooms than some of the newer properties in the Seattle downtown area. The lobby is shaped oddly with escalators that dominate the entry way, and check in on the rear of the first floor. The hotel bar and restaurant is tucked out of sight, well off to the right behind the elevator... More

Dear Wayne, Thank you so much for staying with us and your feedback. I am so sorry about the stain on your sheets. Of course this should not have happened. We wash and check all sheets in house and for some reason this one did not get caught in the daily routine. We will share this with our housekeeping staff.... More
