I booked the Moore based mainly on location and price, and after staying there, I can confirm the location is great. Literally a two minute walk from Pike Place Market, it was super easy to start my day with a coffee from the original Starbucks (though the coffee at Moore Coffee is great too). The staff were friendly and helpful... More

Cool is a word. Hip is another. Location is yet another. Value is cool word. The Moore I go there , the Moore I love it. The new James Moore eatery is a Mexican original that adds even Moore value. This is not a hotel for everyone. This is a value Hotel, some shared baths and a few friendly ghosts.... More

The staff were very friendly and helpful and I liked the location of the hotel. I booked a suite which was roomy and nicely decorated. Given dishes (limited) were supplied, a tea towel would be useful. I'm not sure if it was normal but I found the water to be lukewarm at best and trickled out. I asked downstairs for... More

Had serious reservations when we came around the corner and saw this hotel. It's in a transitional neighborhood very near Pikes Place Market. The rooms are very, very basic, but clean and acceptable for one night. The price and proximity are the best things going for this hotel.

Always good. We stay here every time we're in Seattle. Walk to everything. Coffee shop next door. Looks like there's a new food place and bar on the other side. Desk help is always very helpful and friendly.

This hotel is charming and gorgeous is in its own right. It's got a nice old school feel with a bit of a modern flair. I stayed with my boyfriend back in Feb 2016 as well as January of 2015. We really got a kick out of the coffee shop next door, and how close our hotel was to everything.... More

I stayed in this hotel because I was performing the same night at the adjacent Moore Theater, an old venue with a rich history. Both the hotel and the theater are known to be haunted but my experience was disembodied-spirit free. The hotel has a very film noir vibe, which the hotel alternately embraces and also misses the mark. The... More

The building is wonderful!! Has a coffee shop with yummy waffles and great coffee as well as a bar and kitchen with great service! Hotel rooms are varied. I did not have a fridge but my friends room did. Staff are great, had a problem with plumbing and water, it was looked after very quickly. Location is only a few... More

I love an old hotel that's been renovated! I feel like this one stopped just short. We stayed on the 6th floor, and I got the impression as I took the stairs down to the adorable lobby, that the lower floors were a bit more updated. Our room however, had the grand, high ceilings, with not so much as a... More

Stayed 2nd week of October, but brought my 3 teen boys this time. I've stayed here about 4 times already and it's always great, again, no fancy stuff or room service but clean and great location for the price. Luckily they upgraded us 5 to a connecting suite on the 7th floor at the same rate as my original room,... More
