If you're planning on visiting the amazing city of Seattle and staying at this rustic hotel please beware that you may pay for more than you bargained for. Mind you parking is a mere $36/night, which is to be expected. However, what is not expected is being charged for a $45 bottle of wine that you did not consume. I...

It was an excellent experience to stay at a 97 year old facility without loosing any modern comforts. The staff was very accommodating. Walking distance to Space Needle and rail transportation. Market around the corner.

Love the charm and location of the Marqueen. However, I was disappointed this last time that they did not have a Christmas tree in the lobby. In the past their decorations have been beautiful. Have stayed there over several years now when visiting Seattle for the St. Patrick's Dash and after Thanksgiving for Christmas shopping, and this time for a...

We have just returned from a 4-night stay at the MarQueen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The location was great - close to the Space Needle and complex, close to bus service, walking distance of downtown, walking distance to the Queen Ann/Knob Hill residential area (if you can do that hill!) The room was very comfortable with an old-world...

Old style decor from last century. Big rooms,24 hour stores, lots of places to eat and a bus Stop in front. I would stay and recommend to friends. Chas bank is around corner, market is comparable to Whole Foods or Trader Joe's.

We loved the overall feel of the hotel (the interior of the building is just beautiful), the room, the proximity to our evening destination (Key Arena) and restaurants and coffee shops. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast (bagel, yogurt parfait, and coffee/tea/juice) in the Tin Lizzie lounge in the hotel. We tried to go there for a late night dessert...

Wonderful vintage hotel in a great part of Seattle and so much to do in the area. The rooms were big and I love the old hard wood floors. The service was good and the lounge they have has a great HH. We would stay again.

I was excited to stay here and upon arrival I was not disappointed! For the price, the room was incredible. We were staying to be near Key Arena, which is easy to find and walking distance from the Marqueen. This is my new favorite Seattle hotel.

This hotel has a great location, and our deal was reasonably priced. Staff were helpful and courteous. We had a room with two queen beds that was advertised to sleep 5. There was a pullout love seat bed which I presume was to accommodate the 5th person. We were three people, but needed the pullout (father, daughter, son) When I...

Nice looking place. Old. Classic. Well kept common spaces. The staff was pretty alright on the service front. Our room...yowza...kinda rough. Not great ventilation and got noisy and the bathroom plumbing needs repair and upgrades. Sad, because it has lots of potential. At one point my wife smelled gas. I didn't. After she went to sleep. I smelled it too....
