Historical building with spacious suites. Close to Space Needle and Chihuly Museum. Fantastic service and decent continental breakfast. Our room was a little warm with no temperature regulation. A sat at in the heat of summer might not be comfortable. Close to public transportation.

No they are not. I would request a room on the backside of the hotel, rather than a room that is on the street side. The street side faces west and the rooms will be warmer during the spring and summer months. The rooms have ceiling fans. And I do believe the windows open.
