It was a pleasant experience at the MarQueen. No elevator, so staying on 3rd floor was tiring. But we were offered to move to lower floor once they became open. Only one doorman, so waiting for your car to be pulled around was a wait sometimes.

I loved the beauty and period charm of this hotel. Our room had a sitting room with french doors to the bedroom and also a kitchenette with a little table and booth style seats. Everything looked like a step back into history. Everything in the room (which seemed more like a flat) was from the period. The staff were very... More

I've stayed here a number of times and keep coming back. This hotel is rustically charming, so don't expect pristine bland newness, expect character. I love the neighborhood. You can walk to a ton of restaurants. The hotel has no elevator, just FYI

I visit Seattle frequently because it's my hometown and I have children and grandchildren here. At the last minute I found a need for a hotel room for my visit. Online, I noted the Marqueen and happily they had a room available. Overall it was a treat. Friendly people, good service, sensible included breakfast, and great location. I would definitely... Old hotel with great location, wifi wasn't good. Would recommend but don't expect too much from the rooms they are old. The continental breakfast was nice but the water for the tea wasn't hot, always a downer if you don't drink coffee!

Mar Queen hotel is recommended to anyone who visit Seattle. It's located center of Seattle and only 10mins travel by local bus which runs every 10mins or so. Me and my mum stayed there for two nights and we had a dinner at reastaurant nearby that recommended by door man was excellent. Also 10mins walk from space needle was a... More

I had booked this hotel for my parents stay in August for 2 nights via Booking.com. The deal was a good one with complimentary breakfast and WiFi. As they were in Seattle for just a couple of days, we wanted the hotel to be conveniently located within the city's main attractions. This was a big draw in our selection of... More

Pros: Front desk staff were super nice, very courteous and helpful. Location is great. Cons: I get that the hotel is aiming for an "old" theme, but things like the bathtub, shower head, faucet, all seemed ancient. You can get new equipment and still keep an old look. Staying on the 2nd floor was very noisy; you can hear everything... More

Hotel that needs some updating. The staff was friendly , accommodations were large ( including a kitchen and sitting area) and clean but not worth the lofty price- the hotel is in desperate need of updating. Their is no elevator however staff was friendly and willing to help with luggage.

We chose the MarQueen because of its location and we were not disappointed. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the extra large room with beautiful furnishings and kitchenette. Coffee in room, Complimentary WiFi, Terry Robes in closet, Continental breakfast and in house 'Tin Lizzie Lounge' made our stay a good one. We were on the 3rd floor (no elevator) but... More
