The Ace is different and I really enjoyed it. The bathrooms are all grouped along one hallway, not in or next to your room. This seems strange perhaps, but the place was super quiet and I never had to wait and actually never ran into any other guests when I needed to go. Also

Everything was very clean, breakfast is free, location is great! We had a shared bathroom, which was no problem at all because they were always free and always clean. Couldn´t have been better with an en-suite bathroom. Rooms are very s

Great location and easy to get to from the airport. The rooms were clean. The staff was accommodating and answered all of our questions on how to get to shops and restaurants. Close to restaurants and shops.

The Ace Seattle is one of my favourite hotels in the US. This is the second time I have had the pleasure to stay at the hotel. This time, we did the share rooms and it was great! Not only were the share bathrooms spotless and stocked with everything you need, there was also a

The Ace Hotel in Seattle was maybe my favorite hotel I stayed at during the week long vacation I was on. I love the concept with your own private room and shared showers and bathrooms. I never had an issue with lines for the bathrooms or anything. All shared elements were always

how far is the MoPop Museum from Ace Hotel
EMP is about a 15 minute walk, next to the space needle and Chihuly museum. All worth visiting.

Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
The room I stayed in didn't appear to have an air conditioner. Based on what I've read from other people, I think only some of the Deluxe rooms do. I was there in the early spring so it was too soon for them to have put in the window air conditioners

Proximity to King street railway station
It's at least a mile and a half away. However the #99 bus is a straight shot from in front of the station to in front of the hotel. However, the bus does get caught in heavy traffic during the rush hour. The bus driver suggested a bus on 3rd Ave. as an alternative when traffic is heavy.

"Try to get a room not away from street noise"
"There is a long staircase up from the street to the lobby. They will help with heavy bags."
"if you like quiet splurge for the deluxe room"
"If weather is warm, try to get room with AC. There is a bar below the hotel open until 2am & sound comes through open windows."
"If you choose to pay less for shared bathroom space, this hotel is quaint and small. Most likely, you will have it all to yourself."
