A good clean room in a great location. Free parking a very well maintained for an older building. Front desk very helpful and knowledgeable. A great place to lay your head after a day spent exploring the city. Not a five star hotel but unless you're spending your whole vacation in an expensive room it's a great value.

Upon checking in I found the front desk guy arrogant, wanting to lay down the law about smoking rather than welcome me and give me info. The room itself was dated with poor decor, tiny TV with limited channels and no carpet (just a couple of rugs). I found the door to the room (which leads straight outside) flimsy, perhaps... More

After reading many of the reviews, I wasn't expecting much when I booked this hotel for a few nights stay in Seattle. The hotel met those expectations. The front desk attendants, we dealt with at least 3 different ones throughout our stay, are basically there to tend the desk. Don't expect any smiles or friendly service. The rooms, though small... ...unfortunately it costs $230 per night! Kind of noisy and definitely older but well located and I was able to sleep. You'll pay about $25 more per night for a significantly higher quality property and it's probably wise to do so.

We were looking for a hotel that would be convenient for a one night stay in transit between plane and train. This was the only hotel that we could find that was affordable. I knew from the reviews that it would be old and small. However, when we arrived, we were surprised at how old and tiny it really was.... More

Stayed here for four nights over the long weekend . It's an old style setup with rooms around the car park . The rooms are small bathroom very small but freshly painted with modern curtains and fit out . They are clean and serviced well. It's in an ideal location close to everything . It's not plush and good for... More

Budget hotel it sure is and we were prepared for this as it's position was what we wanted, however it is the first time we've ever had to do without a jug or electric kettle in the room to make a cup of tea or coffee. We even offered to hire one but were told they were only available in... More

Busy weekend in Seattle with the marathon. The hotels were ridiculously priced yet we got a good deal at Kings Inn. Received a warm greeting upon our arrival. Was even upgraded at no extra charge. Rooms are dated but immaculate. Excellent location...could walk to the start line which was by the Space Needle. And free parking!!

Compared to hotels in the immediate vicinity, or across the street, this place is cheap! But keep your expectations realistic!! It's older, but it's clean with some modest updates. Bare bones amenities, but in short walking distance along tree-lined streets to everything you need or want. Monorail, restaurants, cinema, groceries, shopping...right outside the door. Short walks to Space Needle, Pike... More

Stayed here 3 nights, room clean microwave and fridge in room, bed comfortable. Went to San Juan for 3 nights. Returned to kings inn for the remaining 2 nights we booked before our first stay, considered changing second stay to another hotel but no chance due to Memorial Day weekend. Second stay room was a tiny box with a tiny... More
