What a great hotel to stay. Awesome location within easy walking distance to the Space Needle and the Pikes Market. The comfortable rooms offer nice views of downtown Seattle. Due to Covid, breakfast is now either delivered to the room (extra charge) or can be picked up in the lobby. The breakfast choices are quite delicious. Hygiene and sanitation appear to be taken very seriously in this hotel. Sanitizer is available everywhere as well as tissues to avoid touching the escalator controls. The bar and restaurant are adding to the convenience with Happy Hour offered daily. Parking is available either for an added charge or included in the room rate. The staff is wonderful!! We definitely enjoyed our stay and would return anytime.

4 stars overall (3 for service because of waiting for our room)

My wife, young daughter and I stayed here in July of 2021. The absolute best thing about this hotel is its close distance to Westlake Center, about 6 blocks away.

If you need a place in downtown and close to the link stations, but are still on a 'tourist budget' of sub $300 a night, then this would be a great option. There is also a CVS directly across from the street, though it closes in the evenings.

The lobby is small, and there are only 2-3 elevators in the lobby serving everyone. The staff were very courteous and knew what they were doing.

However, we were a little disappointed that when we arrived, about 2:45 in the afternoon, our reserved room had STILL not been cleaned yet. We had to wait in the lobby for about 40 or so minutes for staff to finish cleaning our room. This was a bad first impression. But in fairness it must be said that the hotel was just packed with visitors.

The room itself was totally clean, with 2 Queen beds, and a 'balcony' towards downtown that was a beautiful view at night. Mind you, the balcony is not large enough to place a chair outside, it is only about as narrow as a single person could stand outside. There was nothing else notable about the hotel.

I must stress that having a small 'balcony' was wonderful, and also a BIG plus for those who want lots of fresh air coming into the room. That, and the location, were really the big factors that make staying here a plus.

Having just stayed at the Warwick Hotel Seattle it is conveniently located for PikeMarket Place and the Westlake train station stops and for walking to the Space Needle however breakfast is limited to either drop of or collect at reception and is only a juice tea or coffee pastries yogurt French toast and so very poor there is no sit down .
Also unless you are staying for a week you do not get daily make up bed service or clean towels or room cleaning , if you phone down to reception /ask they will send someone up to empty bins and send a bag with clean towels for you - but it’s asking for everything you want . Even down to extra toilet rolls . Theee are coffee making facilities and a fridge and iron and safe in each room and a microwave /ice machines on different floors . The beds are comfy though ( room 1613) and great view of space needle . The pool wasn’t open /hot tub not working and also the gym was open . There are no laundry service as stated on there website . Overall a 3 star limited hotel and when asked why no daily cleaning /make up service they said due to not enough staff . Was a good base , shower powerful enough , bathrooms are tiny but at least we were our most of day exploring so was ok for a limited base

Initially, they gave me a room that was smelling with full of smoke though my preference was smoke-free room. When I asked them to change, they gave me a room which is small and not maintained well. The washbasin is positioned outside the bathroom. The coffee machine is placed on the washbasin slab. I have never seen a hotel of this low standard. Adding to this the washbasin drained very slowly. The staff did not attend to the problem till late night though reported early in the morning. The stink stayed in the room for quite some time after the washbasin was cleaned. The design of the room is so poor that the outside noise from corridor and lift disturbed me through out the night. There was no sofa. They changed me to a different room after two terrible nights. That was also below average. I saw other guests also with such complains at the front desk. Overall, it was a terrible and frustrating experience.

The room could have been cleaned better. Drapes had visible stains..mirror smudged and dusty..bottom front of sink visibly dirty..looking around you can see the dust and smudges everywhere..I always bring clorox wipes just incase when staying at hotels but for$200 + a night the room was a disappointment..There is no microwave and the mini fridge doesn't work..plus they charge you an extra $20 a night for the pool and work out room? and another $41 a night to park your car! Its a very spendy stay. I've stayed at much cheaper places that were much nicer and cleaner.. On the up side the parking attendant and staff were very pleasant.

Tripplanner509, It is unfortunate that you did not have an exceptional experience, but I would like to thank you for your candor about the problems experienced during your stay. I was disappointed with us falling short on our expectation to deliver a clean comfortable room for you. I have passed along your concerns to the Director of Housekeeping to follow up with the team members involved. We have replaced the mini fridge in the room and appreciate you letting us know it was not working properly. I also want to thank you for your kind words regarding the parking attendant and staff being very pleasant. We could not do what we do without them! We would love to welcome you back next time you are in Seattle.

We booked 2 nights in Seattle due to an event we planned to go to in 2020, situated very close to this hotel. Not knowing that the world would shut down, we booked and paid for our stay. When I called to move our date, they (kindly) moved our booking to 2021. They also charged my credit card a second time. I called and spoke with Les H, he told me they'd take care of this when we arrived. We made it to the hotel when Canadian border opened up Dec 2021. Our room couldn't be smaller, and they provided only one small shampoo, one small body wash and one small bar of soap (bring your own hygiene items). Carpets didn't feel clean (if you stay here, bring slippers or keep your socks on).
Parking there wasn't easy to get into due to the one way streets. No elevator in parking garage.
We had dinner the night we arrived at the Margaux. Sloppy and slow service. My dinner wasn't right. Due to wheat and dairy allergies, I requested no burger bun and no cheese. They got had of that right. Eat here with caution. My spouse had a couple of beers. One beer came with a fly in it. They replaced after we brought to their attention.
They didn't take care of what they owed to us even when they assured us it would be dealt with. What we paid here we would have had a very deluxe stay at a reputable establishment close by. Thy also wouldn't return our calls. We will never come back to this hotel again. Book with caution when staying here.

Spent 3 nights 4 days here. Location seemed great, however hotel rooms were extremely outdated, other than the lobby. Beds were firm, bathroom seemed tight, however shower pressure was nice. We were charged $20 extra everyday although there is room service; At least they could have picked up the trash. Pool was extremely cold. Total cost was around $500. Train station was only a few blocks away to Westlake which was convenient, otherwise parking I believe is around $30 a day.

Stayed overnight and paid $60 to upgrade to a suite. Well worth it. The jacuzzi tub could easily fit two adults, and it was a welcome respite from the road.

Margaux, the restaurant, does have a limited menu but the pasta was hot, fresh, and filling.

I would absolutely stay here again!

Arrived to the Warwick Jan 18 for a 5 night stay. For the first 3 days had no room key as their system had crashed, and therefore were "escorting" guests to the rooms. On day 3 finally received room key, which would not allow access to pool/hot tub, still required an employee to allow access to this area. Did not see a housekeeper to my room during the 5 days. Had to take out my own garbage and ask for clean towels.
The restaurant was open for take out only, which the food is delivered in cardboard boxes (not at all appealing).
Guests staying in other rooms were unruly at times, well into the early morning hours, when mentioned to the front desk people, little was done to resolve.
Asked if I could shorten my stay and receive a refund, the answer was No as I booked through a third party.
Although the rooms have a coffee make and mini fridge, there are no microwaves to reheat food
The hotel is situated in a well suited area for walking, and seeing some of the mote popular sites in Seattle, it is also surrounded by street people, and homeless, of which I was attached by one.
My recommendation would be to spread the Guests out over the 16 floor . Open the restaurant for sitting in, have coffee available in the lobby for guests. Reduce parking fees for guests,

A_Canadian, Thank you for the review of your recent stay at the Warwick Seattle. With all of our systems going down on a holiday weekend it was extremely difficult on all the guests as well as our staff. We appreciate your working with us through such a stressful time while we got them back up and running correctly again. I was happy to see you mention our location suited for walking and seeing the most popular sites in Seattle and we are hoping to open the restaurant for seating in the very near future. We look forward to taking care of you in the future, Safe Travels.

Parking not included in your stay. But the parking garage is 5+ levels with no elevator. The most convenient entrance is closed so you must enter through parking garage. The room card system was down so every time we wanted to leave the room or enter any amenities we had to hunt down an employee to let us in-which as you can imagine they were extremely annoyed and gave a ton of attitude. The pool is merky and freezing. The jacuzzi jets were down for maintenance. The pool is tiny and 4 foot deep in the deepest part. No towels in the pool. The room is extremely dirty. Dusty, chipped paint, soiled sheets, stains on everything, destroyed grout, hair everywhere, etc. we were told upon booking that there was room service. There is not. You have to go down and pick it up. The elevators smell like cigarettes. And the icing on the cake? I ordered a Caesar salad for $15 and they used canned chicken on top. This hotel room cost us around $200. What did we pay for exactly?
