I stayed at this facility and paid good money. Parking is 42 per night which is rediculous! I left items behind and I am still calling as package has not arrived. I was informed they would ship it a week ago and use my credit card on file. I've followed up twice still no package. Again today they said they have it and mailing Monday. Well lets just hope it makes it. I will never stay at this location again. Not to mention the lobby was super small, no ice maker no microwave, no fridge and no housekeeping.

The room could have been cleaned better. Drapes had visible stains..mirror smudged and dusty..bottom front of sink visibly dirty..looking around you can see the dust and smudges everywhere..I always bring clorox wipes just incase when staying at hotels but for$200 + a night the room was a disappointment..There is no microwave and the mini fridge doesn't work..plus they charge you an extra $20 a night for the pool and work out room? and another $41 a night to park your car! Its a very spendy stay. I've stayed at much cheaper places that were much nicer and cleaner.. On the up side the parking attendant and staff were very pleasant.

Tripplanner509, It is unfortunate that you did not have an exceptional experience, but I would like to thank you for your candor about the problems experienced during your stay. I was disappointed with us falling short on our expectation to deliver a clean comfortable room for you. I have passed along your concerns to the Director of Housekeeping to follow up with the team members involved. We have replaced the mini fridge in the room and appreciate you letting us know it was not working properly. I also want to thank you for your kind words regarding the parking attendant and staff being very pleasant. We could not do what we do without them! We would love to welcome you back next time you are in Seattle.

About 2 years ago I booked a basic room at the Warwick for a concert that was canceled by Covid. I frequent the Warwick when in Seattle for a few reasons, the quality of the rooms, walking distance to pier, and the pool being huge. The stay had to be pushed back again and again for various reasons. My bestie and I finely got to go on Saturday. Slugging along in slow Tacoma traffic i get an unknown call. It was Les from reservations! He heard I was a bit confused on the date of the stay and wanted to make sure I was coming up today. He was super nice and even upgraded our room. When we got to the suite and settled in it was all go. We where out and realized it was time to head back to the room and enjoy this once in a lifetime space. We went swimming and took in the great view as well as the HUGE bathtub. We had a wonderful experience with all the staff with the exception of a front desk girl who needed a hug. :) So thank you Les and Warwick for helping make this friend trip one to remember.

I stayed here with my family last week (7/7/21) . The location is great. Close to the space needle, pikes market and many restaurants. However, one of the beds had blood stains on the sheets. Another bed had cheeto crumbs all over in it. Also, the shower drain was partially plugged up so you were standing in 3"+ of water while showering. There was a set of dirty plates stacked in front of the neighboring rooms door when I checked in early Wednesday and the same dirty dishes were still there when I checked out at 1030am on Thursday. This could be a great place to stay if they hire good housekeepers.

Not a bad site to “urban base camp”. Central location in easy walking distance to the Pike and water front. Easy walk in the other direction to Space Needle attractions (15 minute walk). Hotel does not have extensive amenities. Food available from next door restaurant. Plenty of food options available for delivery. Room service was limited during our stay. I ended up taking out our room trash, and placing used towels at the door. Request clean towels to be delivered by house keeping. Work out room and indoor pool available.
