Great location and great views. Very nice professional staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable, a little smaller than what we’re used to in the USA. We went to an event at the rooftop bar. Amazing views, very comfortable, and the food and drinks were great. We would definitely stay there again, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in a great centralized area in Seattle.
Loved how close this was to pikes place market and the rooftop bar was awesome! It had an amazing view in the evening. It was also across the street from a great quick breakfast spot in biscuit bitch!
This location is wonderful and is ultimately why we picked The Thompson. It was clean and quiet as well, which was wonderful. However, I was disappointed in the experience. For the high price, i was disappointed my first experience with the hotel was an unenthusiastic valet with BO, and front desk staff who clearly wanted to be anywhere but there. That remained true the rest of the stay. Next time I’d rather just pay a bit more for the Four Seasons, where i know I’ll get better service.
Really genuine staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Amazing views of the water. Great location. Dude Bartender and Manager were super friendly. I was there from Sweden (9 hr difference) and slept like a baby.
Everyone was very friendly and efficient staff. Welcoming check and great location. Honestly I left a gift inside the frig upon checkout, hours later after realizing it I was able to call them and make arrangements to retrieve.
Charged about $50 in unexpected charges which are different than the website. Bill was over $360 for one night. Hotel and location are nice but the prices are too high even without the unexpected charges.
Want to give a shout out to say we found out our hotel near airport was canceled when we arrived there around 11pm and the front desk at the Thomson was exceptional! What started as a major bummer turned into a blessing thanks to them and the amazing comfort amenities and walkability of the hotel! Kudos!
I liked this hotel the rooms were nice and the location was excellent and with a great view of the city. The service wasn't all too bad and I liked the service and room view that I had. I would recommend this place to people who are looking to stay in Seattle
The location is great by Pike Place Market, and is one of the nicer hotels around Seattle, however, the service is poor and not friendly. When items are requested via the app, it was not delivered but was marked as delivered. This happened twice. Calling the front desk resulted in no one picking up. This was after trying for a twenty minute time span. This is rather unacceptable for what it terms a boutique hotel. I gave Hyatt a try, but will likely return to Marriott properties where there is actual service.
This property is great for enjoying the market in Seattle. The customer service is fantastic. The rooms are a little small, but perfectly adequate. The bathroom is large. The restaurant and the rooftop bar are very good.
