We booked a family room which turned out very nice. Two bedrooms devided by a sliding door for approx 150 euros. The beds were all full-size European beds. The room is perfectly fine for a single night (as we were on our way to the south of France). The hotel has a small garage for a few cars and charges...

It's a small hotel, Tournus is a small town anyway. Something worth mentioning is, I saw somewhere from the internet that part the hotel is built in 11 centuries. As a matter of fact, parts of it is converted from a military stronghold during crusader's time. The food in the restaurant is nice as well.

Comfortable standard room. Small tv. Breakfast 16 euros too expensive for what was on offer which was very average ; you would expect better from a hotel which has a michelin starred restaurant. We had booked specifically in this hotel in order to dine in their restaurant - on telephoning the restaurant to book a table I was told that...

Well, I'm afraid I summed it all up in the title: excellent rooms, very good bathroom (a very large tub in all three dimensions -- hurrah), a good bed, good wifi... So absolutely no complaints. It is just that it is too expensive for a good, but not luxury style hotel in a small city.

Great base in the countryside for scenic activities. Quality of the restarants were a nice surprise. (Bistro and 1 star). Hotel is along a main country road so traffic does slow down at night. Not to worry. Limited parking across the road. There is a Carrefour supermarket within walking distance of the hotel. Cute local bar is attached to the...

We picked the hotel based on location -- was nice and we could easily walk to the river. Staff was fairly helpful but the rooms were just ok. We stayed in much nice places during our 10 days in France. That said, not sure we ate much better food. Both restaurants were incredible -- two of the best meals we...

The room was clean and nice. Very helpful staff. Easy parking for 13€ per day in indoor garage. Nice restaurant but we didn't try. Prefer to have a meal outside in the village. City centre is walking distance (3 minutes). Breakfast quite expensive - 16€/person. Pets are allowed.

I had a wonderful night sleep. The rooms are very comfortable with spacious bathrooms. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is very disorganised. They ran out of food and coffee 45min before the end, as more guests were arriving. However the waiter did his best to prepare fresh coffee and eggs.

We enjoyed our stay at Le Rempart. We were biking through the Burgundy region. We enjoyed to an excellent dinner in the hotel's restaurant. The room was clean, bright and airy. Although very close to a major road, the hotel is quiet.

The hotel is nice, dog friendly, we had a room where you take a lift to the first floor change lifts and go up to the fourth floor. The room looked over the roof but was a suite so can't complain. Tournus itself was a big disappointment, we arrived on the Saturday at 2 30 pm to be told that...
