The hotel is at walking distance (less than 1 km). When leaving the railway station, turn left and take a small pedestrian way down to the river (the view is impressive). Once you reach the river bank, follow the road to the sea (I mean turn left again), the hotel is some hundreds meters away, on your left, just by the river/harbour.
Enjoy your stay!
