Friendly and very helpful owner. The building is fantastic - high ceilings and carved staircase. Breakfast was very good; lots of good restaurants nearby and several creperie. Close enough to the port and other locations.

This is a lovely old fashioned hotel in the heart of Morlaix and although it is six years since we stayed here, it was great to come back. It is a really well looked after historical building and the atmosphere is great The staff are lovely and the breakfasts and fabulous! Make sure you stay here, once you park your...

Because the entrance wasn't great, the lobby and hallways old fashioned, we expected our room to be one of those old french types with carpet on the wall - but no, thankfully it was newly decorated and, although small was very comfortable and clean. The bed was comfy too. The bathroom, again was newly decorated, a bit too small really...

A super historic building with a beautiful carved wooden staircase makes it worth the stay by itself. The location is perfect for north Brittany, with the beaches of Carentec, the GR34 coastal path, Île de Batz, Château du Taureau and other scenic places within easy driving distance. Morlaix itself has a lot to see and the famous viaduct walk is...

Centrally located in Morlaix, in an interesting historical building. We were a group of 18 cyclists staying for one night. Storage space for our bikes was helpfully made available. Rooms were clean and water hot. No drinks-making facilities in rooms (at least, not in mine) but there was a TV. I had a very small room with double bed but...

A quirky, characterful old hotel with an interesting history. Friendly reception staff. Slightly clunky lift which got stuck for a few seconds but then started up again. Gorgeous staircase, and the breakfast room is beautiful (though has seen better days, like a lot of the hotel). This is the sort of building you can imagine might be haunted. It's quite...

Just back from 5 nights at this hotel and was very pleased with every aspect of it. The staff were so helpful, especially Florence whose English is amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The building is old and the special features have been retained. Loved the Art Deco revolving door what a shame it wasn't in use. Our...
